The Midland Michigan friend of the court has stated that my daughter parrots what her father says about me(her mother) during the evaluation yet they did not allow me to defend myself against my ex husbands lies and took full custody away from me and gave him sole custody. I have been alienated from my daughter for five years while I have been fighting for visitation. My ex husband has a violent criminal history was very abusive to me to the point that he disabled me, he was abusive to my son, and he is now abusing my daughter. He has committed perjury and the courts have not done anything about it. What has to happen? Does my daughter have to end up seriously injured or killed before something is done? Why doesn't anyone understand that it's the children that suffer. The fact that he has physically abused her and cps sent him to classes and did NOT protect my daughter she is scared to ever report him again. He is getting away with the continued abuse by alienating her from herside mother, brother, grandmother, grandfather, and other family members on my side. Please do something to change the laws to protect our children they are innocent. PARENTAL ALIENATION IS CHILD ABUSE.REPORT COMMENTS
