Of the 3 dogs that live with my son and family, their sweet pit bull is the least vicious, aggressive or other adjectives listed for that breed. BSL could be used for so many unfortunate breeds/dogs that are not loved, trained, or given a chance to blossom in the world. I am thankful that BSL is on it's way out worldwide. As with any breed of dog. The restriction should be on the human that owns any dog. Too many times, dogs are neglected, abused and owned for the wrong reason. It is those type of owners that caused these laws in the first place. So if any law that should be created and enforced, should be that any owner be prosecuted, fined and banned forever, if convicted of abuse, neglect and raising an animal to be viscous. Pretty much the same guidelines as raising your children. And how are these kids doing these days?REPORT COMMENTS
