Breed Specific Legislation sucks! Good people take good care of good dogs. It is not the dogs fault what he looks like. Dogs are a product if their environment. It is the owner, not the breed!

Each dog should be judged independently of his breed. BSL does not work and many great dogs are being euthanized just because of their breed. It's tragic.

It is totally not right about BSL. I have known many pit bulls and they are a gentle breed when the owners raise them a good way. It is the owners that train these dogs to be mean. Not the dogs !!!!

Dogs are not the problem. Owners of the dogs are the problem. Do not punish dogs for something they have no control over. Pit bulls are very loving affectionate trust worthy companions. End BSL now

This is completely the dog equivalent of racial discrimination in humans, and, as always, it's led by ignorant people who are using propaganda based on nothing to make others fear a breed of dog. No dog breed is inherently dangerous, they're either tortured or neglected so bad that they become dangerous, often they're more scare though. A little Yorkie could be "dangerous" too if abused, but no one would ever label the entire breed that way. Pit Bulls used to basically be nannies to children, then some sadistic a**holes came along and gave the breed a bad reputation. It's so frustrating knowing that helpless innocent dogs are being euthanized because of complete ignorance...

BSL is indeed the very same as being racist. I thought the world was striving to eliminate racism? How can we expect responsible behavior when the law role models the specific hate itself?
