This is the biggest abuse of US workers. People go to college, take loans and work their butt off, when they graduate they SEE that their jobs are taken away by WITCH (Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL) employeer WITH 1-3 month of IT Training and 10 YRS of fake resume on thier PROFILE.....TIME FOR JUSTICE!!

Many of these visa categories are grossly misused by almost all parties- starting from big corporations, medium and small businesses, IT body shop crooks, R&D organizations and universities. Most businesses and many policy makers conveniently ignore to develop our own manpower and protect our own income, our values and ways of life. Those adjectives and definitions for terms like extraordinary, exceptional etc has absolutely no meaning. That gross misuse is not just limited to visa application but also rampant in Green card application. Green card application under EB1 category is used by almost all in academics, research (scientists and postdocs included), business (mainly manager and above), sports etc., who are basically Nobel laureate or Olympic medal winner or Google/Tesla CEO quality- 'extraordinary'. In vast majority of cases, mediocre, below mediocre people/professionals and even criminals can get Green Card under this EB1 within one year, while others wait for 5-10 years (under EB2, EB3 category). In reality, all you actually need is six fellow crooks from anywhere in the world, who would certify that the candidate is 'exceptional'. The rest is done by equally 'honest' immigration lawyers- most of them are first generation immigrants who exploited (and continue to do so) the broken immigration system in USA (and other western countries).

Senators, Tcs l1a applications, are being approved by chennai office by some wrong means, please validate the process in the counselate. They come over to displace American workers. Tcs l1a applicants should be audited, especially from chennai.we have more than 100 people here who come every year and they say they are on l1a application.

This is valid case and EB1 abuse should be stopped. Past EB1 approved cases should be verified again . Please validate their qualifications to check their misrepresentation for this category.

I have seen person with so much less experience than me got EB1C that too with B.S Degree. If he would have come to USA , He could be in EB2 or EB3 Category. Hope this make it clear. Manager should have bar with experience of 20 Years. Otherwise , People irrespective of countries , But in this case mostly Asia will take advantage of this loopholes and kill middle management job in USA by replacing them with low talent people whom candidate from John Hopkins and Other university has to report. Can you see Doctor is reporting to Registered Nurse here :)

Complete abuse of international manager category but all fault goes to the immigration system. People are the opportunist and they are using loopholes. Fix it as other category guys are suffering from this. Take serious action retrogradely of the previous application. I can bet that you will find real fraud in applications. Ask people at work location if they are really the manager. This is happening because there is no way you can get GC if you are from INDIA. Big wait time and uncertainty for EB2.Better take the decision rather pending their application for 10 years. If more people are applying then just mold the rule- if worked 6 years in the US and having MS in the USA they qualify for GC no need of the sponsor. If no MS then 8 years work in the US. No need of I140 to extend more than 6 years. All issues will be fixed automatically.

The so called Manager title is given to almost every one who joins the Indian cos in a matter of 3-4 years. They don't have any special skills and in fact most of them have education equivalent to EB3 category. They are given GC by comparing them equivalent to a Nobel prize winner, an outstanding researcher or an Olympian. EB2 candidates with a good education and working in reputed American companies for more than 10yrs are still waiting in line. This is a big injustice for GC aspirants, who ever has framed this law never saw this abuse coming this big way .

International Managerial categories donot deserve to be filed under EB1C. Most of these managers are from India, low skilled either working as QA, BA . These managers deserve to be in EB3. It is ridiculous such low skilled managers are put on par with PHDs and exceptional skill people of EB1. Please stop this fraud by Indian IT companies and investigate Indian IT companies especially Cognizant (CTS)!!!!

I totally agree with this petition. EB1C creates avenues for fraudulent applications which is causing grievance for people in other categories who have been waiting in line for several years in EB2 and EB3. Even among EB1 people with extraordinary abilities take a lot of work and effort to do research to qualify. However, the international manager category, is a great avenue for less qualified and less talented people to enter into this great country and obtain permanent residency. I request the government under the current administration to take immediate action and put and end to this category or impose very strict measures to allow such petitions to go through
