Many companies have sent persons who are working in the US to other countries (like Mexico/Canada) just for a year and have brought them back in L1 visa to the US and have filed under EB1C. They are already having the Green Card. If this is not abused then what are we to call this. USCIS must take a closer look at all the application that are under such misuse route and revoke their Green Cards and deport them to their respective countries.REPORT COMMENTS

Cognizant Technology Solutions sponsors L1A managers who get EB1C green cards within 6 months while US educated EB2 applicants have to wait in uncertainty for 8 years to get a green card. How does USCIS not flag these fraudulent cases? Note: I have worked with these managers and by no means they had superior skills or managerial qualities. EB1C - Indian companies are filing in staggering numbers. Why sudden increase in numbers for the last 2 to 3 years ? USCIS should impose Perm filing for these category as well. This direct GC in 3 months. 1000s of people already got GC thro this loop-whole. Need thorough review on these applications from USCIS.
