    It is very unfortunate to see the abuse of EB1C abuse by Indian as well as American employers. We are EB1 A and B candidate and the standards required from EB1A and B is exceptional whereas for EB1 C, being a manager is enough. This is extremely unfair to the A and B candidates. Due to EB1 C misuse, the whole EB1 category is getting retrogessed. Please stop this and seperate the EB1C category from EB1 A and B category in order to be a fair system that rewards merit and retains exceptional talent.

    USCIS should talk to clients about FAKE EB1C candidates, their roles and responsibility ... Other wise if they verify the ORG Chart /Documents, they will never found what is actually happening. They Should take the clients comments about each EB1C individual ... On top of that, EB1 is current now SO before USCIS stop these fraud, it will be another 10 years for some genuine people. STOP EB1C FRAUD --PLEASE !!!!

    USCIS should visit client places for investigate the candidates cases those are from TCS whose petition filed in EB1 C. TCS Created a FAKE ORG Chart document and showed 1 or 2 resources Under the candidate as a proof HE is a Manager.     USCIS is vising the Client places for investigate the candidates cases those are from CTS whose petition filed in EB1 C. CTS Created a FAKE ORG Chart document and showed 1 or 2 resources Under the candidate as a proof HE is a Manager. That particular person got 485 clearance and Now he doesn't have any resources UNDER him. He still working as a Developer. And on top of that the same resource is now under another Candidate, CTS filed EB1 C for him now and the New Candidate is QA Tester.

    please validate all petitions filled by CTS in past,current and in future under EB1C.They use international manager loophole and filed offshore coordinators under EB1c. After they get EB1c they just release this resource from the project and have a new resource. these offshore coordinators are developer and do not have management experience or qualified skills.Why do offshore companies need so many international managers. They just need offshore coordinators as this is project by project basis and the projects are not permanent. Also there is no proof that the person who filed as international manager is a legitimate and these companies can provide fake mamager prosition if the resource works for more then 1 years in India in that company. There a many instances where those who got EB1c has no ability to talk in English with the client and doesnt have higher degree and the pay is much less than the sr resource at the client place.

    EB1 C is a huge fraud, especially from the IT consulting companies out of India. To USICS; might want to at least administer a basic English language test for these knuckleheads, that claim to be international managers, but would probably fail to quality even as a Walmart greeter. Matter of fact, most of the IT consulting companies out of India need to be put under a microscope for hiring practices, misrepresentation, and bribery.

    this is false petition, Indian IT workers deserves fast green card then US educated Indians. India degree is better than US degree. I am glad I did not do US Masters degree else I would be waiting in 15 year long EB2 queue, with my Indian undergrads I deserve immediate EB1C green card. Give me my green card urgently.

    L1A visa has no per-country limit, they are eligible for EB1C. TCS like companies misuse this loophole to dump cheap labor in US. Because of these companies, it's very hard for US citizens to get IT jobs. They prefer to NOT hire US people in their client location.

    I wrote GRE, TOEFL worked very hardto get into a grad school here in US, got scholarship, graduated with 3.7 gpa, worked hard in industry for 9 years now. I have made excellent effort assimilating into mainstream Society, taught myself english to make it easy on western ears. I have very little accent for most part. I read a book a month, make ethical decisions, and be a responsible good citizen, waiting in line for my GC (EB2, India). And then I see folks half as skilled, educated, less cultured, fresh of the boat, come in and apply for a EB1 to get a gc makes me lose faith in the system.

    I have been working and living in US since last 12 years and still waiting for my GC but I have seen people coming via Indian Companies who has less experience get GC in 6-9 months. It discourages genuine person like us. Want to stop this practice because I am fade up waiting so long for GC.

Where as people who have Master's degree in STEM courses from American Universities who understand and embrace the American culture and want to contribute to the economy are waiting in the huge backlogs of EB2 and EB3 India backlogs for years. There are so many Loop holes for this category and Companies like CTS are playing with the Loop Holes They are showing fake documents, FAKE Org chart, (sometime THE MANAGER doesn't know WHO Those people are in their ORG Chart ). The people are not even true managers they are QA Manual Tester, developer. May be in the Company his/her designation is a Manager, But THEY are not TRUE Manager, Fake Manager.     Yes, this is the most fradulent EB category and needs to be scrutinized on par with H1B. EB1 category has lot of loop holes and it put less skilled people in queue before the advanced skill people, it really upsetting for people who has Higher US Eduction, paying taxes for even longer period. Please take appropriate actions to implement fair immigration system.

    I know many guys from CTS who are QA testers /Developers and filling EB1 C.. There are Org chart shows same people name some time ... Some of the QA reporting the Client QA leads.. doing only manual QA testing and creeping for not getting the GC within 4 months...

    Green card category #EB1 which is made for very rare people like Nobel Price Winner, Olympic Winner, PHD Patent Scientist. Companies like TCS abusing it using L1A visa loophole. Their cheap employee coming to US and killing lower & mid-level jobs. Recently I know a TCS guy, he came as some fake manager on L1A visa with skillset "ERP & Database" to client GE,North Carolina. No executive or manager role as L1A visa requirement is. Like : Hire & Fire authority/Executive role.. His project got over, he was on bench for 3 month(no job). Then TCS again placed him in another client WesternUnion in New Jursey as build manager. No LCA, no check. Paying very low salary. That guy is happy because they consider EB1C green card for him.

    This is giving unnecessarily advantage to less deserved candidates who produce fake organization chart showing reportiees... cheating the original EB1C intent. It really puts EB2/EB3 Candidates waiting many many years for their priority date to become current.... kind of ashamed in front of big volume of fake EB1C gc holders... Hopefully this unnecessary advantage of giving easy green cards to less deserved and stop shaming those in eb2/eb3 long wait....

    Guys whats going on with USCIS ,I am seeing a lot of L1-A to EB1-C who are testers,QA,Working as PM etc. I am not against these guys but I feel something itchy when i see them get through EB1 and look at me as a fool. As per my knowledge EB1-A =( olympic sportman ,noble prize winners etc) EB1-B =(Phd with patents) EB1-C =(Testers,QA,PM)

    EB1C & L1A is clearly being abused especially by Indian IT companies. I know a person, he came to US recently on L1A from TCS, his project over in few months. After that he had no job for 3 months. Finally TCS placed him into different client Western-Union with completely different skill set and very low billing. Now they are planning for EB1C green card.

    EB1C (via L1A visa) is clearly getting abused by Indian IT complains like TCS. Cheap & Average qualified labor comes from India on L1A visa with fake job-title such as "Manager, CTO, BRM.." and serve at different client places in software-developer/tester role on just $55-75K salary. L1A visa is originally made for Top manager's/executives who comes to USA to create jobs, expand company. But these companies misusing L1A visa category to steal average income job. Which International Manager comes under $55-$75K salary job range? This type of cheap employees gets assurance from their company that Green-Card on EB1C will be filed for them before their L1A VISA get expired. While genuine candidates wait for 8-10 years to get Green-Card, these cheap L1A visa holder gets ready to steal US citizen’s job just in 6 month by grabbing Green Card using EB1C. USCIS doesn’t have to go too far to find out EB1C & L1A visa abuse cases, if they visit any big financial companies in NY/NJ area, they will find hundreds of consultants working regardless of their job-title on L1A visa & ready-to-abuse/already-abuse EB1C.
