Please consider tightening EB1 visa regulations as I have personally seen examples of migrant workers abusing it to fast track through Green Card processing even though they were far from being exceptionally talented and had lower average years of experience than the rest of my peer group that has been wallowing in EB2 pool for more than 7 years.REPORT COMMENTS

EB1 category application has not multiplied but has grown exponentially since 2012 and especially in 2016 there are 9000 approx cases pending... isnt this an eye opener for the concerned authorities? I have been in this country legally for the past 11 years and have followed the process legitimately... and people coming from India on H1B and L1 visa in less than 3-4 years are getting their GC's... It is a mockery of hard working advanced degree US educated legal immigrants who have been here in USA for more than a decade, contributing a lot to american economy and education, still waiting for their GC on EB2 category while any Tom Dick and Harry just comes here on L1A with spouse (L2, can work) and gets a GC within an year..I have just realized this fraud as someone around me got GC like a cakewalk, and really really does not deserve it..His wife is a simple MCA graduate with little background in skillsets. This is highly unfair to all of us STEM graduates from US colleges (some of even have PhDs). Please abolish EB1C or make it highly merit-based.REPORT COMMENTS

EB1C has killed the GC process totally. EB1 is for HIGHLY qualified and HIGHLY intellectual individuals who have accomplished accolades in their work area. But this EB1C category with Executive and International Managers has given a clear path for abusing the GC process. The main company to abuse this system is CTS (Cognizant Technology Solutions) who file for EB1C and prepare fake resumes and papers back in India to pass the verification process. This has given certainly a great back log on the EB2 and EB3 category since they are filing so much of EB1C per year that the GC country based quota gets filled up just with the EB1C category and since it is current they have abused to the maximum. CONGRESSMEN please STOP and REPEAL this EB1C immediately.REPORT COMMENTS

One of my friends brother who has failed in his 9thgrade, 12th grade bsc(passed after chasing papers for 5 years. Worked in a call center and didn't show dat experience. Has put fake for 5 long years in his 13 yrs of so called experience has got his gc thru eb1c yest. He was a ssa in cts india came here to usa on 2014 and thru fake org chart they made him as mgr here. He is not even a international mgr nor he has managed any team. The USCIS is not even bothered about this abuse as bribe plays a major role in this. Cts applies for eb1c in bulk. When so many Drs, post docs, Masters are waiting for decades together these people fake n get the GC. Guys don't waste time by signing all these petitions. Its worthless. USCIS n Cognizant join hands together to cheat all others who are genuinely waiting. There is heights of frustration and I know how these so called mgrs brag n treat other ppl. They really insult peoples ebility. Wait for another two years guys only people in Cognizant alone will get GC and all others will return to their home country due to frustration.
