    US needs talented individuals not so called international managers who look for loopholes to come to our land on L1 visa and then apply for fast track green card with 60,000 salary per year. The fast track green card category - EB1C needs extreme vetting and oversight at USCIS Some genuine candidates waiting for their life for their turn to JUST file for adjustment of status.

    Sirs - EB1C is damage to the US Immigration system. Companies like CTS (and other IT Giants) misuse this category widely upto to its roots. L1A Intracompany transfers and EB1C filing are being done for bribes at the management level. CTS (Cognizant Technology Services), exploit this category and create fake organisation charts and reporting structures for a developer, and portray him/her as a "International Manager" and steal/abuse Greencards. USCIS does not even care about this fraudulent filings. There is a big lobbying and scam going behind this EB1C Greencard allocations. Please take respective disciplinary actions against such companies and restore US immigration system.

    It is unbelievable how this loophole has not been addressed in such a long time and continues even today. It also poses the question and apparent conflict in intention to immigrate as L1 is non-immigrant visa and these people apply for Green Card immediately showing the intent to immigrate.

    EB1 C abuse is systematic and not inline with high profile requirements of EB1 category. Even the largest of employers Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple are abusing this visa category to import cheap labor. Employees with 4-5 years of experience managing other employees are applying for this visa. Several immigrant managers who have real managerial and executive responsibilities are pushed to EB2 and EB3 as they do not fulfill one year outside US requirement and have to wait for many years before getting their petitions approved.

    I myself have seen employees from CTS getting GC in EB1C. I'm not personally against these employees but i'm certainly against the company who motivates and aids the employees to misrepresent for their own selfish corporate profits. Showing employees the greed, misrepresenting and forging organization charts is an intolerable abuse performed by Cognizant Technology Solutions. There are numerous occasions that US workers have seen such incidents at their workplace. I would request the US government to research and investigate more on this issue as this highly impacts the credibility that we all have towards the immigration process.

    CTS, TCS and Infosys abusing EB1C Green card option and bring all programmers and testers by showing fake org chart and experience documents. US lawmakers and supporting this abuse and they never take any action or inquiry about it. This is human trafficking. I request my law makers to stop this abuse through USCIS. Seems these Indian outsourcing firms lobbied heavily to get support from USCIS and law makers. Time to stop this visa abuse. 36k EB1C in 2016, can't believe it.

    Cognizant is a highly unethical company. The trump administration is currently looking into the EB1 C fraud conducted by cognizant. Hopefully all EB1 C green cards approved by cognizant will be revoked.

    Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) is an American multi-national company but it entirely benefits by outsourcing the work to India. In the last couple of years, it has been widely known that this company abuses Green Cards (GC) provided under EB1C category.     The Trump Admin should revoke all EB1C by conducting an audit of such approved visas. Find out the beneficiaries of EB1C on their current jobs in the job market. If their current jobs are in total deviation from their approved EB1C category and if they work in temporary contracts it should be identified. In cases where the beneficiary has colluded with the sponsor and take such temporary assignments, both sponsor and beneficiary should be audited. The beneficiary visa should be reoved as their Forms were submitted under Perjury and is in violation of law.

    EB1C is a big loop hole in EB1 category. It has to be extremely vetted or abolished. There are thousand thousand of deserving people who are waiting in the queue for a decade due to this abuse. US immigration is outdated for this modern era and need in dire need of fixing it.

    Because of the EB1 Abuse, I am having Masters in STEM and waiting from for EAD date for last 7+ years and some one with 3 years Exp came from India on L1A and got GC in 1 year he is not even manager and the company showed docs as if he is a project manager in SOW who is handling a major project.
