Consulting companies and many people are doing EB1C frauds. I know people who are much under qualified using this loop hole for their advantage. I did Masters in computer science and have been working for last 12 years. I havent got my GC yet. It seems really unfair with this fraud going on. Even lawyers are advising me to go to India for 7 months and come back so that I get my GC within a year. I know I can do that to have an easy way out but my morals are stopping me. This visa category promotes an unfair immigration policy and inducts low skilled, low quality workers into the workforce. It is widely used as a loophole by many companies in order to bypass the long wait lines for EB2 and EB3 categories. This is a widely used green card scheme. Most people just stay at overseas office one year and come back with a fake title and get a green card within one year. Majority of the employees entering the US on an L1 visa and going on to eventually file for permanent residence under EB1C do not have 4 year degrees or the necessary qualifications. I don't think it will be difficult to find out such fraud cases. I feel shame that knowing this fact people are not taking action. These are below average developers, testers etc getting in front of the line with cooked up manageral documents. Kindly stop EB1C abuse by those IT firms. Most of the h1b workers have fake resumes showing lot of experience and are getting paid hourly . Most IT staffing companies are abusing the OPT student visas by faking the resumes of the students which in turn takes the jobs away from eligible Americans who can be hired or trained. These companies are all body shops and have made the IT tech industry in a puddle of dirty mess where eligible american workers are not getting the jobs .
