There is such widespread fraud with the so called manager EB1C green card that its shameful to the rest of the people who are in queue for Legal immigration Over here in Cleveland , I know a ton of people who work at Key Bank for Conizant . Everyone became managers and got GC in one year and complained that one year was too long. Same thing is being also done by TCS. Its shamefulREPORT COMMENTS

This is an abuse of the law. Stop EB1 misuse by increasing base wage to 120k/150k and add minimum usa experience as atleast 5 years. Please close the these loopholes where a seriously backlogged country will be improved like (India and china ) . While many deserving candidates wait tons of years in GC eb2 and eb3 backlog its unfair and immoral to grant GC to less deserving candidates. Please tighten the law and do stringent checks before approving any EB1C visa and curtail the fraud. Also, these abused companies should be penalized so that they don't repeat this kind of fradulent activities.REPORT COMMENTS

Simple comparison of the qualifications needed for EB1C over EB1A and EB1B makes it clear that this is open for fraud by crooked companies. Please make the restrictions strict and screening tough for this category.REPORT COMMENTS

Please stop the EB1C abuse. There is no labor tests for such visa. I have personally seen Tata Consulting Services faking Org Chart and other documents and filling many fraudulent EB1C cases. These folks hardly have manager experience and knowledge of Information Technology, just been to US for 6 month and get green card in a year by cutting the line. This is unjust. There are many legitimate EB2/EB3-India folks waiting in line for more than 10 years and paid taxes and contributed to US economy significantly. Due to unfairness of system, there are many talented EB2/3-India folks starting to move to Canada and Australia. Please STOP this brain drain to other countries and save USA. Employment based Green Card is already low in number in USA and that is being further abused significantly. Please FIX the broken immigration system, Make it FAIR for US, US Citizens and IMMIGRANT alike.REPORT COMMENTS

Please stop this abuse, we should be dare enough to bring this up without any fear, we all see this big drama played by Cognziant but we r just watching this. International manager with 70-80K even with non computer science background just r getting Green cards within 1 year, despite much more talented and highly efficient people are working with high package but still they are lagging in their GC process and literally struggling atleast to get their EADs for years and years this guys will come here and while applying green card they will create dummy org chart with some temporary reporteees, we see on proper US companies even with international experience no one is moving forward to file GC in EB1 unless we have PhD.REPORT COMMENTS

Please stop this abuse.I myself have personel experience how cognizant fakes org charts and these so called eb1 managers doesn't even know basics of clients projects but will be doing postmen work for offshore. Please investigate the fraud with these eb1 cognizant managers just working as staffing consults at clients place. They are mere developer resources to clients but cognizant fakes org charts to get eb1. Also all of these international managers work at client sites with their so called org chart reporters working for other projects for same client or even different clients in diff locationsREPORT COMMENTS

Stop the EB1-C abuse! Folks who come on an H1-B visa here get promoted and instead of them applying in EB2/EB3 (backlogged) they purposely go back to India for 1 year due to this loophole of Internal management concept. They come back and apply in EB1-C which grants them a greencard within 1 year without waiting in line. Please crack down on this abuseREPORT COMMENTS

A person who has an experience of 10 to 15 years and came long ago to the states gets a preference of eb2, only being the reson that he was not a manager for 1 year before he came to the states. so the wait time for EB 2 is unimaginable at this point of time. However a person who comes with a title MANAGER gets preference of EB 1 and has a GC in his hand within a year. If they order an investigation, not even a single manager will qualify to get preference of EB1. Hopefully this stops.REPORT COMMENTS
