My son has been physically abused since age 2 from his biological father who has been diagnosed with a personality disorder and is known for his anger issues in a previous marriage as well. My son has been diagnosed with: ODD/ADHD, DMDD, PTSD and a panic disorder. His therapists have written letters and submitted numerous reports to CPS - I don't know what else to do other than to keep my children away from their father which puts me in contempt of the Consent Judgment. We have court in a few weeks and I'm praying the judge rules in my favor. This time. We are located in New Orleans, LA.REPORT COMMENTS

My ex is has a documented history of domestic violence and drug abuse. In family court, he was able to easily create an alternate reality, with the help of his attorney. The court listened to him because he had an attorney. He had been planning this for a long time, but had no evidence because there was none. I haven't seen my children for 4 months because the court believed a liar who perjured himself in court.REPORT COMMENTS

My ex abused our five year old, blacked the rt side of his face, busted blood vessels in his little eye, bruised the inside of his ear! I reported it, they took pictures, he is still walking around free, while they protect HIS rights to see them! he refuses to help support them in any way because I told on him! If an adult did this to another adult- someone that could possibly defend themselves- this would've been assault or domestic abuse and the abuser would've been arrested on site, and the state would've pushed the charges! The cps worker and the investigator are calling this "excessive punishment!" And my ex is still walking around drunk texting me about HIS RIGHTS-REPORT COMMENTS
