Just lost a day in court. My children have been abused by their father for years. They now refuse to get in his car for visitation after his recent blow up. Calling them names, worthless, etc etc. One son is Autistic. He shut down. Traumatized. Dad manipulated the system. Screamed at the mediator, another $500 lost. (this didn't matter) He made appointments to see the children's therapist. She was charmed and told the courts that Mom was sabotaging the assessment. The judge was furious with Mom. Telling her that if she interrupted visitation again, then he would send her to jail for 30 days. If the children don't get in Dad's car, he will place them in Juvenile Jail for 4 days. When I told him my oldest is Autistic, he said he didn't care. My son told me he would run away. The judge told him that when is found he will be spending 4 days in Jail. Mom will be slapped with a $2500. fine and pay all of Dad's attorney's fees. Dad laughed in court. Dad was removed from the house in 2013 for publicly agreeing to a internet blogger's comment over his divorce. "Hey, I have connections, they will never find her body." - My children are frightened. Have watched Dad abuse, kick, and violate their mother to tears. He's been given a pass to continue his abuse. Someone needs to help. Please!Sep 1st, 2016Someone from Ohatchee, AL writes:
Grand son has been abused by step mother have medical records to prove. mental and physical abuse. filed for custody. lost in family court. judge orders step mom not to use corporal punishment and to take anger management classes returns child back to step mom.REPORT COMMENTS

Thanks to Judge Mullinax of Catawba County, NC, this is what my children deal with. Trapped with a powerful abuser and no where to turn, even the counselors and his aunts and uncles and grandmother just turn their heads while he abuses my children in front of them. I am a father of two. My daughter and son who are my life and everything i live for. I also am going through a very similar mess with the mother of my kids.I tried to protect my children from getting abused from the mom and her new boyfriend and it led me to jail. Police , mediators, nobody believes me. I always told my children i would protect them from any harm and its been the hardest for me to do. If the police or anyone would just show up to the home surpisingly without advance notice they could catch the lies.REPORT COMMENTS
