I am active duty E-5, 6yrs. I have been pay child support since before I enlisted in the Navy. I believe BAH WITH.....emphasis on WITH DEPENDENTS should not be calculated as income because the that is the benefit entitlement to me in order to provide housing for my current children with whom I live. I am in the military. I am a E-4 in the army. I am in financial hardship do to child support. I have remarried and my new wife is currently pregnant. We are worried to death how can we afford having our baby and give the baby a half decent life. I love my other daughter, and I will support her good. But this child support is putting me to far in debt. I'm struggling trying to make from pay check to pay check.REPORT COMMENTS

I am getting divorce and the Ohio judge calculated my Base Pay, BAH and BAS so now I am paying my ex $ 2100.00 for child support and spousal support for 2 years. Btw I have three children which I do not mind paying child support or spousal however I disagree with judge including every little thing.REPORT COMMENTS
