I do not believe that attorney fees shall equally be divided. In my case, she is a criminal who pursued her goals such as obtainment of the greencard. She is practicing prostitution in addition to her legal employment. She did morally devastating things to me including contracting out my life. Now, she is legally rubbing me of my income. She said, "you will loose everything, and then will loose your life." I am working more than 60 hours a week. I am loosing my second job now. I am trying to sell property, but seems as if impossible in this economy. She is using my money to pay for her attorney. My attorney was a crook who rubbed me as well.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been trying to get my ex in court for 5 years for contempt of court for leaving state 5 years ago and I have gotten the run around and turned away every time now my ex has left my oldest daughter in Cleveland w her grandfather last year. The grandfather passed away a month after my daughter moved in with him then was left in Cleveland with the next door neighbor til the cousin was contacted before getting ahold of me I've had the same address and phone numbers for 10 years but they both said had no idea where I was or how to contact me after arguing w me on face book before she left to S. Carolina 5 years ago. I'm now in a custody battle against both of them and now they think it's OK to take her to her mother's in S Carolina against my will. I've been denied contact and holidays for 5 years not through the courts but through her own actions against ohio law but I can't get any help anywhere. It took me 4 years to make them realize the mistake they made in my child support papers which put my $30k behind. I was ordered to pay $600 a month at a minimum wage job which I only made $1200 max if I was allowed to get 40 hrs and that's not bring home. No way to afford rent let alone a lawyer to get this settled what am I to do against this crooked court systemREPORT COMMENTS

There are less legistration protecting fathers rights then there are of animals. My ex wife went to jail twice for domestic violence, and they still awarded her the kids. She has kept my kids from me for 6 months now violating my visitation rights, and the courts dont seem to care. This is the second time I have had to take her to court for contempt, and can only hope they finally do something. The time and damange she has took, and done cant get back to me. I must add Im a combat veteran of the Afghanistan War, and disgusted with how the system just seems not to care that my rights are constantly violated even after I sacrifised my life for this country. I have 3 awesome boys. I'm a peace officer and was injured on the job by a criminal. I've been off work for over a year. They are still taking over 1600 a month from me even though I'm on disability. Furthermore I filed for 50 percent custody of my boys since I'm not working. The judge wouldn't even listen to me and threw out my request and sided with their mother who leaves them in daycare instead and bills me for half. I have seen my son 4 times this year... My rights were taken away because my ex wrote a letter to the judge,who she used to babysit his kids, and he took everything from me. Slapped me with 7k in back child support and refused to hear a word I said when I appealed. This system is broken. I have gone into massive debt trying to get my son back. I shouldn't have to work my life away while she sits at home and does nothing but complain that I should be paying MORE! I guess my payments don't support all of her bills quite yet.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a victim of being a great father for my sons but their mother chose to live a life beyond her means and let her family members and so called friends influence her decision to take child support out on me. Due to the fact she's incapable of managing her money and love to party and go out a lot she decided to go after my hard earned money to support her bad habits. Her oldest child father haven't sent child support in over 15 years to his child but she refuse to go after him...It's very frustrating on my end and unfair because now my money will be used to support her bad habits and to fill in for her ex duties since he ignores her and don't do anything for his child.REPORT COMMENTS

Something has to change. I have gone fro being a supporting parent to living in poverty and having more taken than I make which goes to arrears. Ohio support literally takes over 100 percent of my monthly income and tax return. I can't pay to drive to work or support my kids when they are with me. Soon to take my license, put me in jail, and me lose my job. All because i worked overtime to pay a lawyer to see my kids while their mother doesn't work. I think that mothers should have their license suspended and sent to jail if the do not comply with visitation orders. I also think that mothers should not get child support if the work, so children are getting 50/50 from both parents, half cost when their with the dad and half cost when their with the mother. Fathers have to pay unreasonable sums of money for children, but the mothers get sympathy for opening their legs for pleasure.REPORT COMMENTS

I pay $619.00 a month for my one child, I have joint custody of my child and my ex-wife refuses to let me see my child now that we are divorced. I HAVEN'T SEEN HER SINCE 2013. I exhausted every program available to me to get my court ordered visitation, and even was escorted by a officer to pick up my child for visitation and the mother stated that she did not want me no where near my daughter. This type of behavior should not be aloud, as she is all too happy to receive my money for my child and uses my child for all sorts of government income benefits. Its like me and my child are her own personal piggy banks. She is a criminal and a fraud and a theif and must be stopped. The courts in the State was filed in base child support on my gross wage, not my net pay. I haven't seen my kids in several months, and don't know where they live. My calls are automatically sent to voicemail, but I have to pay a monthly obligation, provide health insurance and more. I WANT to see my kids, but every time I driving to their city of residence is merely a waste of money. Someone has created a significant amount of animosity toward me, and I'm not even permitted to talk to my kids. Things need to change dramatically. My children were concealed from me by "move away" of mother b4 determination of custody n visitation, she accomplished a div by pub 5 yrs later while I remained resident of same city we lived in during marriage..now 2yrs later I am still buried in support debt for children now 25,30,35yrs of age, she gained a doctorate degree n works as teacher in higher education. I am a laborer - Truck driver in never ending debt due interest and her fraud. My children were totally concealed they're entire childhood! How is this fair or Legal??!!
