Please help us cut thru the red tape and get the loan modifications moving in the right direction. Too many people are losing their homes. The banks are not following the HAMP Guidelines. People are getting denied who shouldn't be denied.Oct 29th, 2009Someone from Maple Valley, WA writes:
The casualties resulting from this tide of foreclosures will far outnumber those from lack of health care reform. Please re-examine and re-align your priorities with our priorities-- the people who elected you--and those who pay your salaries via taxes on the diminishing wages we work so hard to retain. An estimated 9 million families will face foreclosure and eviction from their homes by 2011. Thats a lotta votes, folks.REPORT COMMENTS

Indymac/OneWest has sent a default letter despite us being in the "trial" modification for the HAMP program and making our first 2 on time payments. I believe these banks are using the "trial" modifications to give bloated numbers of modification offers to avoid congress/senate from passing the cram down legislation and have absolutely no intention of offering loan modifications. Please stop this insanity.REPORT COMMENTS

I've been trying to modify for 7 mos.I'm in the HAMP Trial Plan. Don't have much faith that it will result in modification of an "affordable" payment on a home severely underwater.REPORT COMMENTS
