Taxpayers bailed out Bank of America - what did we get for our $$$$$? Certainly not help or cooperation!

Indymac is the worst. Give everyone 3% fixed across the board, current or not. I am current and because I am under water by 250,000 I can't refi and I can't take advantage of lower rates. My tax dollars are being used for this too. I deserve the same fair treatment no matter if I am current or not or how much income I have. Modify all loans and/or reduce the principle.

I find it deplorable that the banking industry holds up the entire process as they claim to 'HELP' homeowners from losing their homes. They will call, make assurances to comfort/quiet the homeowner only to use a third party to request duplicate and redundant paperwork. If they don't like the response on their cold calls, they hang up on you. Everytime I call the Exception Clearing Dept for BofA, I get a different answer to the same questions. Nobody communicates department to department and they will even tell you that. I have paid my three months' trial period payments three months in advance and now I'm afraid they will deny me at the end of the day! There is no oversight!!!! No backbone to Obama's Loan Modification program. The banks run their business loosely only to beg for more money from our government. It's beauracracy at it's best.
