The Judge has required the lender(whoever they are now)to attend mediation with me through an attorney who is representing Freemont Investments who was the original lender, but went bankrupt. The attorney representing them filed foreclosure papers to the Court, but told the Court in the suit that they did not have the original note. Litton Loan Servicing is now trying to collect the payments, for another lender? Please help homeowners keep their homes by reducing the high increasing interest rates, reducing the principal, and going by the 31% rule for monthly payments. The reason for the foreclosures is no jobs--we need professional jobs that are disappearing. -

I am not looking for a way out, just a helping hand. I was defrauded by a childhood friend who took my money and a loss of income left me in bankruptsy. I am now in a position to start making things better. I just need help from the banks to raise my family in a good neighborhood and a safe place to make memories. I am with wachovia and ready to start the modification process. Thank you for your help and God bless America.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been trying work with my mortgage company for a year to get some kind of relief after my husbands hours were cut back. We are now on our 3rd trial payment for HAMP and it has been a nightmare. I am constantly told different things. None of the people helping me even know how to do their job because they have not been given clear guidelines to follow. This has created a headache for both sides.REPORT COMMENTS

I've been wrongly denied by my lender for the HAMP. I sign this petition with faith that Congress will act along with the White House.REPORT COMMENTS
