I am a real estate professional who has to deal with the pain of my clients dilemna. I have been helping people legally modify or short sale their homes and often for free. The banks basically do what they what to when they think no one is watching them. As a professional I cannot help my clients easily or in a timely manner as a result of the lack of cooperation by the banks. An independent organization should police the banks as they have taken funds from Americans if they aren't going to cooperate then I want my money back and put into a legal fund to fight them in court. It was easier to get a loan mod for a client before the HAMP program. I just had a cleint whose house was foreclosed even though the bank was receiving a full pay off on the sale. The banks are destroying lives, families and marriages. If you want to maintian a willing and able taxpayer base then DO SOMETHING NOW!!!! thank you -

I have finished my 3 month trial and IndyMac bank has been stalling and been giving my the run around, saying that 7 to 14 days i would recived my final permanent modification....they even verbally said that i was approved for a permanent modification, when My HUD counselor called them...REPORT COMMENTS

I first was denied with Home Eq Serving in March 09, then went to Hud for help, denied again, now i am hiring lawyer now. We have own are home for 28 yrs. My husband is self employeed as a Contractor in home construction in Ca. we are suffering for encomincally over yr. We barley make it each month. Home Eq Serving our lender has been giving us the run around constantly. We have not been able to pay are mortgage for now 4 month's we have loan with a private investor. PLEASE HELP US!! I have been working with Chase for over 8 months on a loan modification based on the HAMP program. Chase has no intention of helping homeowners. They constantly lose paperwork.
