I am a small business owner and filed against my ex for taking my child out of state. Hoping the state of Texas would step in and say No to her doing that. Well we've been in court almost two years and now I have to magically come up with $2,100 for a social study. The whole system is backwards. I don't mind a social study unfortunately I can't afford it and I can't afford court. I am going to have to quit fighting to raise my son if something doesn't change in our laws asap. I wish I could say I am shocked and astounded at the level of corruption our government has stooped to, but I am not. The State of GA OCSE certified they the IRS to have my ex husband's taxes seized for back support. ( Filed Single , no injured spouse, no leg to stand on for appeal) The IRS notified him of seizure within 7 days and released the money, to the Burea of Fiscal Services. BFS held my minor children's support for nearly one month. This is where it is run thru a series of banks and transactions collecting interest, doing my children absolutely no good. I find yesterday that it posted in Atlanta one week ago and I am told that it will be a minimum of 30 days. Thirty day hold is required regardless of NCP signs statement denying all claims of wanting appeal and requesting that you remade their child's funds. Corruption, plain and simple.REPORT COMMENTS

I have witnessed first hand how the courts are not interested in the best interest of the children. Guardian ad litems purposely lying in court to protect their interest and not the child!! I've even showed the evidence to the board of ethics for attorneies which is supposed to be the police of lawyers, and yet they never contacted me for further information. They just said there was no wrong doing!! The family court judge himself when sarcastically asking me for proof and evidence of particular information pertaining to my case, responded that it was my fault, when he couldn't dispute the evidence before him!! I had the unfortunate experience of having CPS falsely accuse me, take my daughter without properly investigating. For fifteen days, they continued to keep her from me without probable cause or properly investigating. Apparently they did have a court order to return her to me within a few days which I had no knowledge however they lied on it and stated I didn't have a proper safety monitor after my room mate and close friend had been with me and signed the safety plan at our team meeting. We were told to pick her up the next day and when we saw her and tried to leave, CPS changed their minds and kept her until we went to court and the judge stated she was to leave with her mother. From Sept until Jan, I had jumped through hoops with CPS, being threatened to take my child. I was regularly drug tested and met three times a week with a in home preservation team and all the while worked full time, commuted two hours a day and raised my baby without being able to be alone with her or drive with her. All of this was over a false accusation by police which I was never charged with because they were just as corrupt.CPS tried to accuse me of neglect, however, they were never able to get a shred of evidence of such thing b/c my daughter is old enough to speak for herself and only spoke to a adlitem once and then one more time the day before CPS took me to final trial where they were trying to make my daughter a ward of the state. I had at court in home preservation on my side to testify on my behalf along with several other close friends that I have know from AA and attended for a very long time. CPS pulled my pharmacy records and despite saying I abuse prescription drugs, couldn't find evidence. They continued to pursue up until trial hoping to find something on me. Then they dismissed the case. A week later I was emailed by CPS worker stating that they dismissed dependency but the "dept" still required me to drug test so they could monitor me for a relapse....which never happened anyway. I had court minutes that said otherwise so i contacted an attorney who said they can try but legally are not allowed. However, I got more emails and one stating the the CPS worker required a visit at my home after case was dismissed. I responded that CPS dismissed the case, and although the judge stated I didn't need to do anything further and could go back to being the loving mother i had always been. When she came over I had two witnesses there. From the beginning I decided after being threatened that I would either have a witness with me or communicate via email with CPS. Case worker came over and tried to say many things including I still need to drug test, she doesn't ever need to get a court order and continued on. I was at my end. I couldn't believe after she and department dismissed dependency she was wasting time that could be spent with children that truly need her. I told her she made false claims, fished for what didn't exist and never once had a concern for my child. I also told her she was to leave me alone and I will not allow my daughter or my civil rights to be further infringed on. Before she left I did let her know that she and her dept put my child and I in imminent danger when they had all my court paperwork from custody (when my daughter was a baby) and that I had full custody, he had no rights or visitation, no child supprt and that they served him and now he is aware what city and state we live in. He was already arrest and convicted because I was able to get 3 felony stalking charges placed against him. As the court minutes from final dismissal stated they served father with paperwork, giving a convicted stalker our location. She said she didn't know and I told her that she sure did because I gave paperwork from court when she is a baby. She looks shocked then.I will be going after the remedial investigative CPS for not properly investigating, as well as, case worker for both of them lying, not attempting to "reunify" the family and I will also be suing the police and their false accussations as well as, the other party that pretended to have no part to protect themselves from being sued. I would like to go after them for civil rights but I believe it is best to go after all of them for fraud, because I have 3 years with fraud case and it will be super easy to show my paperwork. I am requesting a copy of my file...but also now i have to move because I fear for our safety from CPS, the Police retaliation and making additional false claims but worst of all the sperm donor that they served. i am grateful to move out of this state...when it comes to human lives I will fight them legally with my well documented case. i pray that they are held accountable for stealing my child ,REPORT COMMENTS

Please wake up and smell the stink of these district court judges. They don't spend one fraction of there brain power on thinking about the effects these rulings have. They only listen to what the other judges have been doing for 30 years. Its 2017! Yes in most cases the men can make more money, but that doesn't mean you automatically strip them of their rights to be a parent. 108 days a year is unconstitutional for a non custodial parent whom can provide mentally and financially better for the children.REPORT COMMENTS
