DCF in Connecticut has destroyed our family by taking our grandchild family try to intervene several time in family court they told us once he was place into foster home it was the best interest and they did not want to remove grandchild but they took him from home and started alienating and saying we could not see grandchild.Atty was hiried that was a waste of money that will make you go broke.In all reality its dirty cold cruel world. Once child is into DCf custody they never get release with summarys that are false and crimes not committed with no arrest. There needs to be a change in every State because they going to far and the Courts, PublicDefenders,Judges are all working together on not reunifying no familys. The offices of child support services has ramrodded me and my children for six years now. We are American Indian and they have infringed upon me and my children's rights as well as the Seminole Nation. And just yesterday afternoon they started infringing and tormenting my eighteen year old daughter her husband and their month and Two week old son over the fact that their first allegations were overturned and declined by my grandsons pediatrician so the made some false accusation against them 10 mins. Before buisness offices closed and removed my Grandson from his home. Enough is enough....REPORT COMMENTS

Courtnapped by the judges and their lackeys of the court at the victims' expense who go against allreaoning; ignoring evidence, witholding or dismissing witnesses so that no appeal is possible. Victims are penalized by increasing child support, placing them under huge bonds, visitation is impossible. A judge can go againt Canon Law (rules of the Judicial system) State and Federal Laws..Yet, Judicial Committe of the state Supreme Court can find no wrongdoing. Fathers are not visitors. Fathers and children have Constitutional Rights. Family Court should be abolished. All about money, Title lV funds from Federal Gov. kicked back to state based on amount of child support. Plenty of these child victims of the courts have a parent, family, grandparents who would be quick to take and care for their children. Any wonder why Arkansas has over 253,000 or 36% of children under l8, living in poverty in Arkansas households where NO parent has full-time year-round employment? This, according to Kid Count a state by state ranking of child well-being. Arkansas has "come up" from 42nd to 40th, as reported by Arkansas Democrat/paper 6-24-13. Whoop-te-do! These children have a snowball's chance in hades of pulling themselves up out of an environment that the courts and DHS condemmed them to.
