I'm going through my own personal battle with the family court system, the system made up my income to be double what it actually is, I cannot appeal the decisions made that violated my constitutional right because I'm out of money and if things don't change I will be homlesss or in jail, I walked into court expecting to be treated as an equal, but I was not. I was not granted equal rights under the law and had due process stripped from me, my chirldren want me in their life more than every other weekend, and I'm being forced to pay a child support that is sometimes more than my actual income. Please change the unfair laws and practices in our family courts our chirldren depend on it.REPORT COMMENTS

This destroys men and some women's lives by garnishing up to 86 percent of gross wages and in some cases judgement is more than total annual wages. Oh I can attest greatly to this.. I have plenty of evidence and a story that would have you enraged.. I have my kids.. The relinquished letter.. even have a letter from foc saying I have custody.. Just got a couple letters saying they're comming after me again.. to the tune of $948. (and change).. fees and support payments... I have to take another day off (Oh me and her opted out a few months prior but FOC renigged on that too)..
