I am one of these people. I am disabled. My ex never paid child support and owes me 30000 in arrears that are being paid by my ssd now that cps took my children and gave them to him. Cps never submitted required referrals for the case plan. My court appointed attorney never met with me and jusge has full knwledge of all of this.pleaae stop this illegal kidnapping. -

So now I get to fight these self-important basted commie bureaucrats in my home state, after they inherited this 'case' from Oregon with a ZERO balance. They impute my wages, but will they guarantee me a living-wage job at the same level they are Imputing my monthly child support amount to be? Not just no but HELL NO they won't. All the while parroting the 'best interest of the child' line. Best interest of THEIR profit motive is more like it. NONE of these legalistic asshats gives a damn about the true best interest of MY child. I don't owe these pieces of crap the time of day, nor do I care one whit of their endless******law. This whole institution needs to be completely revamped . the "formula" used to calculate child support is a complete fail . Support should never go off of how much money either parent makes but rather the actual expenses of the children . simple example ; if the custodial parent had a $300 electric bill per month and 2 children, the $300 a month should be divided by 3 . 2/3 of the electric bill would be expense for the children . if the non custodial parent has the children 10 days out of the 30 days in each month, those 10 days should be taken out of the 2/3 of the electric bill . so if it were a $300 electric bill, thats $10 a day per 30 day cycle . that brings the electric cost for the custodial parent down to $200 per month . that remaining $200 per month would be split 50/50 by both parents resulting in $100 a month owed by non custodial parent for electric expenses . This formula should applied to to food and clothing as well . ONLY the actual expenses of the children should be calculated without any heed to the actual income of either parent . The villification of the non custodial parent due to the Title IV-D law which has become nothing but legalized extortion and Racketeering has got to go and the funding of ANY foc or parental servicing institute should be completely government funded with no incentives to extort as much money as possible from the process of parental serviceREPORT COMMENTS

They have striped him of all his rights as a father, because his ex asked for sole custody - he was even held in Contempt for not giving her HIS password for his insurance policy, that the children were on. A fellow coworker is trying to gain custody of his twin 16yr old boys. After hearing that the boys want to reside with him he was informed by his own attorney that judges rarely every speak with children anymore. And that he would have a better chance of gaining custody by quitting his 80k a year job and getting a job at Mcdonalds. Since then she would out earn him. Best interest in the child, I think not. My twin sister is in this same situation, we have already spent of $5,000 just for them to deny reunification. My niece shouldn't be in foster care and they denied me kinship, I have never seen something like this. I'm blown away, they are suppose to be there to protect children instead they are the ones abusing them and the family, I believe the incentive has a big part in their actions today. As a father who is owed thousands in overpayment I agree something needs to be done! There are rules in place to protect the custodial parent and ensure they get all the benefits, even if they kick the child out of the home. I am appalled that the courts and child support division in the state of Ohio has handled my case so irresponsibly, but were quick to try and place blame on me. Numerous payments sent to them were applied to others accounts. I paid arrears I did in fact not owe. I was alienated from my only child and that's just the easy stuff to explain.REPORT COMMENTS
