This situation has and is ruining lives. Most do not know that the court system and child support are two separate organizational units. Child support is a collection agency, if a parent receive or has received title iv-a funds (a welfare check) which is actually a loan child support seeks out the absent parent to pay back the welfare check. Which in turn is identity theft because a parent has used your ss number to get a loan. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that Judges cannot sit in judgment that they have a financial claim in. Child support money that is collected from the absent parent go into a state coffer for judges retirement and slides all the way down to city and county officials. IV-D agency requires a ss number but ss cards are the property of the ssa and must be returned upon request. According to 42 U.S.C. .408 the use of the ss number by the iv-d agency is a felony. whoever compels the disclosure of the ss number of any person is in violation of the laws of the united states. There is so much I could write but the bottom line is child support is a collection agency to collect title iv-a loans only and even then you still have a right to raise your child as you see fit, start looking up laws and case laws look at the ssa website read and re-read and start taking this stuff into court and get justice.REPORT COMMENTS

According to SC Supreme Court ruling, the courts are supposed to check the non custodial parents ability to pay or not pay, and they DO NOT. Courts should be used for crimes and criminal acts.
