My full personal bank account information was provided to my ex-wife even though our court order stipulated neither one of us owed child support and we had 50/50 custody. The state form is very specific stating "Last 4 numbers ONLY". I was told that when you owe child support, the ex-spouse can see the whole account number. One problem, the judge had not rendered a decision and the whole case that Larimer County Child Support Enforcement Agency brought to the court was dismissed. There was never a decision and my privacy was violated. I never received my ex's full account information. County Attorney Sean McGill was asked for the court order that authorized the full release of my personal banking information. To this date he has been unable to produce this.REPORT COMMENTS

Husband had 50% custody of his kids for years. Was reduced to 4 days a month to increase exwife's "income" child support received. No evidence was against him. Judge made a biased order because husband works and his exwife is a welfare queen. Judge actually said, "I can't approve a reduction in child support based on visitation because your exwife cannot afford a reduction in her income." (She has no income of her own. Judge was referring to my husband's child support payments as income.)REPORT COMMENTS

There needs to be full and blatant Family Court Reform in every state. There also needs to be an automatic presumption of 50/50 Equal Parenting. That needs to start with the abolishment of Title 4-D funing at the Federal Government Level. There also needs to be a removal of judicial immunity from family court judges who blantantly take the law into their own hands and continue to destroy children's lives on a daily basis. As my fiance has already been a victim of the so-called CPS in Texas and in several other states. And is now currently facing any even worse horror. The juvenile court system here in Texas. Which is apparently nothing more than Good Ol Boy court. Were they pick and choose who they prosecute and it doesn't matter what anyone says. And most of the time it's the parents they prosecute not the children!!!!!!! Yes the parents are being prosecuted in juvenile court When the Children of the ones committing the crimes!!!!!! The juvenile court here in Conroe saw it fit to take her daughter away from her without showing any reason or cause or any evidence to why!!!!!! Refused Place her with people of recommendation who have had dealings with children like her daughter in the past!!! Enterprise door with a pair of psychopath who have allowed her to have full access to pedophiles in Missouri!!! Furthermore the court, her guardian at Litem, and her attorney are all in on this!!!!! They have put a no contact order out which is against the law because it is parental alienation, any given no reason why the no contact order is in place or any evidence as to why it should be put in place. And if we so much as try to sneak out and Court her attorney and her guardian at litem retinas but making sure we will never be able to contact her again!!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS
