This is happening all over this country. It is happening to men and women. The children are suffering too. It seems as if this country is systematically determined to destroy it's citizens.Jul 3rd, 2017Someone from Las Vegas, NV signed.

Currently in the state of Florida the Department of Revenue doesn't allow the inspector General for the Dept to investigate child support cases. Employee misconduct gets kicked back to.the supervisorREPORT COMMENTS

I'm seriously considering running for office in SC myself to expose the corruption and to change the law. Family Court violates numerous inalienable rights written in our constitution. Follow me on twitter. @RyanVonWilliamsREPORT COMMENTS

Far too often, people lose sight of our responsibility to our children, physically and financially. What they also lose sight of is a government who profits from children in the manner specified in this petition. Child support has become STATE support and this is MUST stop. The government has been stealing our children's support at an alarming rate and it MUST END NOW.REPORT COMMENTS

DSS is not held accountable. Our stories are all unbelievable. And no one governs them. It's all about the money brought in for the state not bringing family's together.REPORT COMMENTS

I lived on $67/week after child support garnishment on imputed wages. I lost my job of 14 years after I lost my kids and was on unemployment for the first time in my life. They would not lower the child support, stating "unemployment is temporary in nature." I tried to kill myself by taking a bottle of sleeping pills. Damn near did.REPORT COMMENTS

Child support and family courts operate within an adversarial legal system that pits unmarried parents against each other for legal and expert fees and federal (Title IV-D) matching and incentive funding.REPORT COMMENTS

These incentives devastate families. Babies are taken from loving homes and placed with abusive and neglectful foster parents all on false allegations. The department works very hard to place children with an abusive parent so they can continue to victimize the family for services. We have evidence of the social worker falsifying reports, committing perjury, and the AAG vomiting perjury as well. Throw in that the county prosecutor won't press charges against the abuser for causing a concussion to a 8 yr old, because that's where the depart mentioned wants to place them. Even giving the stepparent status as a foster parent to get more funding, and attempting to diagnose a 6 yr old with multiple personality disorder. Then you have the judges taking out 195,000 loans on their homes and getting reconveyances shortly after. This is happening in Whatcom County Washington State (and everywhere else) RICO/ Conspiracy. Eliminate the Title IV-D bribe money and restore family rights.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a 33 year old registered nurse in the state of Arkansas and I pay more than 1200 per month for children that I barely get to see. I get the bare minimum visitation, my kids mother gets state assistance, child support, and the help of her many boyfriends. The courts thoughts? The mother would be a better fit to care for the children and make medical decisions. She almost has a high school education. So much for the American college education.REPORT COMMENTS
