Title IV-D is a monster. it a perversion of justice and repugnant to the constitution. Remedy can not be found in a compromised or diminished court system. Most think they can achieve justice through use and retention of legal council. Legal representation is your least effective option. The family court system operates under the color of law. Not in its full intended capacity. Through justification, ie. federal grant disbursements, block grants, and incentives. the courts have been literally highjacked by a company to do its dirty work. Title IV-D is a PRIVATE COMPANY, not a governmental entity. and all courts operating under Title 4 d CONTRACT are merely providing ADMINISTRATIVE services to a PRIVATE COMPANY in the name of expedience. This no secret in the halls of congress or to members of the senate. To all of us not fluent in legalese, or well versed in law, What this means is this a big expensive dog and pony show. so just for the record let us state the facts. !. There are no child support laws. let that sink in for a moment. . . child support enforcement lives eats and breathes because of legislative provision. a law is determined in fact. a provision is an action in hopes of a future law. but there can be no law because it would be repugnant to the constitution. so simply stated the department of child support enforcement is a private company operating under the color of law. 2. the public court system can not be presided by a judge in TITLE IV-D "cases" it must be administered by a tribunal or other such entity. when or if a judge hears a case ne is not operating under his or her judicial capacity, the referee or whatever you choose to call it is operating under contract law and under a contract to a private corporation without disclosure, (that means he didnt tell you that he wasnt a real judge at the time) and administers the private company's business in a seemingly public capacity. in short the court isnt really a court and should not be called that. the judge is not a judge and should not bear that title. the state is under contract, the court is under contract, and even the american bar association is under contract. the only one not in on the joke is the public. 3. Title IV-D costs taxpayers billions in an attempt to recover millions. it is grossly inefficient and cumbersome. from a financial point of view it is a complete failure. 4. Title IV-d is effectively legislating from the bench and is expressly prohibited. 5. i could go on all day. there is so much wrong with this provision is amazes me that out representatives allowed this to get put into action. it is a disgrace and a disservice to every american. it is repugnant from its very conception.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter has been taken already and even with all the hard evidence and court documents that clearly show not only the illegal kidnapping by the privatized agency NFC, but Judicial Corruption as well. My child has two lawyers and her GAL also has her own lawyer in this case. Nine lawyers all trying to keep my daughter, who I havnt been able to even talk to in over a year though my rights are still in tact, so they can profit from it. The state of Nebraska is almost entirely supported by the department of Health and Human Services, therefore everyone does as they are told or this state would not survive...Its sickening that the government is abusing our children and families for profit and it has to stop! They use people ignorance to get them to contract and sign their freedom away.
