It is unconstitutional the way these public representatives gouge honest people to secure their jobs and monetary growth. Its unfair and the government has no idea what this does to a persons career and future. It inhibits a persons ability to be a parent, because they are too stressed and preoccupied in finding the next $10 just to put gas in their car to get to that job that makes that huge monthly support payment. Please sit in any Nebraska Family Court room and watch these bully's ruin family's and children's futures by completely taking every dollar a person has left in their paycheck. What it creates is "deadbeat" dads that have no option but to dodge the system and find other means of survival. Wake up and put a stop this!REPORT COMMENTS

CPS took my 4 kids in 2011. Because I was around people smoking marijuana, while I was 8 months pregnant. They then piled on crazy crazy lies. I've done random weekly UAs for four and half years never failing one. I've jumped through all their hoops. Sept 19, of this year the court filed to terminate my rights of my soon to be 5 year old and move my case towards adoption. My now 11 year old was placed with her father (who'd never had anything to do with her) in 2012. CPS has removed her from his home due to horrible physical abuse... And placed her in foster care Again. We have Not SEEN OR TALKED to her in over 5 months because that is what DCF thinks is Best for her right now.... she has attempted suicide 3 times in the last 5 months... And I am not even allowed to talk to her... She has No idea her Mom is fighting for her. AND THIS IS JUST A SMALL FRACTION OF WHAT DCF/CPS/KVC HAS DONE TO MY FAMILYREPORT COMMENTS
