The National center for missing and exploited kids say 74% of sex trafficked kids are from the foster care social services system. Satanic Ritual Abuse is real and their running out of victims to murder and give their demon the innocent souls.Sep 13th, 2016Someone from Soddy Daisy, TN signed.

I'm currently going through a custody case. The child's mother and I had our own notarized agreement but she decided to alienate me from my daughter so I was forced to retain an attorney. Now her lawyer conjured up a false restraining order which I won in court cause it was all lies. No repercussions to the mother either. Now a mother who time and time again was all for equal 50/50 custody is all of a sudden wanting every other weekend for my visitations plus child support and she takes home more than I do. I have emails from the mother that this is all her lawyers doing. Classic example of gender biased and an attempt to get more money for Title IV-D. I'm not stopping until something is done. I see fathers get screwed bad by this. What child needs 4000 a month to support him/her? The mother has nice clothes and cars. The entire system is a fraud. I have a 24 yr old I'm still paying support on. Never missed a payment. I still have every paystub I've had since I've been an adult. Proof that I've never missed a payment. I've over paid by 27000 dollars. Where's the justice in that?REPORT COMMENTS

When are we going to realize as a nation just how important both parents and both families matter to a child? This makes me sick that the federal government will pay states for keeping kids away from anyone who will give the love all for the almighty dollar!!!REPORT COMMENTS

The lowest kind of criminal attacks children & families. The is common sense change that should be an overnight priority. No bottomline is more important than preserving the best country in the world, by swiftly enacting legislation supporting the American children & family.REPORT COMMENTS

This is egregious legislation that proves how corrupt our state & federal governments are. With treatment like this, we are sure to see an uprising like this country has never seen before. History has proven that people will fight back when fed a steady diet of blatant oppression. Fight to save this country by fighting for the family. If another country was robbing, tearing apart, & flat out attacking our families (with legislation or guns) we would be at war. Why would we do this to our own country? Change legislation now!REPORT COMMENTS

Although this particular issue of Title IVd funding is not a mechanism my family was touched by, we were profoundly impacted by Title IVe funding guidelines and draw down criteria. I know first hand how states see uncapped federal funding as an invitation to take kids into custody even when a valid protection reason isn't present. The word-smithing of case plan narratives in keeping with draw down requirements in commonplace, especially in those states where maintaining a balanced budget requires a consistent number of kids in care (custody) annually. It's time to undo the unintended consequences of the ASFS of '97. Reform CPS objectives to be more 21st Century (family preservation/ healthy parent focused) common sense centered and support sick kids, competent parents and kinship connection when ever possible. Healthy kids NEED familial connection to health family to thrive. Funding must prioritize familial connection and early access to basic and specialized services and supports. Funding the foster care industry and maximizing child support revenue is not in the best interest of children and their REAL families.REPORT COMMENTS
