Please pass this rule immediately. Been over 7 years in the US, with paying high tuition fees for grad studies and heavy taxes while working. This GC wait has been an ongoing struggle for years and this madness needs to stop. There is no growth for a country that doesn't encourage high skilled immigrants.REPORT COMMENTS

To start a company or to work with a startup is not possible. Many opportunities lost. Just tied to one employer and waiting for the lengthy green card process to complete. Its totally unfair for the heavy tax paying immigrants. We could not make any investments here with confidence. Please remove the country based green card in EB category and clear the backlog.REPORT COMMENTS

Dear Congressmen and Congresswomen, I cannot emphasize enough the positive impact of clearing green card backlogs for legal immigrants. I have friends and colleagues who graduated in the same year as I, but have advanced far ahead in careers and promotions because the priority dates for their home countries were current. The reason America has been able to maintain democracy and flourish for nearly three centuries because whenever it was posed with a problem, it sought for solutions. I would still like to believe in the values America stands for. This petition, primarily, is for seeking certainty of legal status and social justice and for a level playing field where those who are willing to work hard are rewarded proportionately. We request the legislators to use their power of pen to make several thousands of lives better. Sincerely, Legal Immigrant in Status QuoREPORT COMMENTS

Kindly address the backlog in the EB3 India pending cases. One simple way is to eliminate country quota until backlog is cleared.REPORT COMMENTS

No sunshine or hope, been waiting since Aug 2004. Been facing hurdles on regular basis even after switching to EAD & Advance Parole. Recent parole application took 5 months for approval, still waiting on arrival. EB3 priority dates movement of a week every month is ridiculous. There should be a stop for this madness and fix broken immigration system. No signs of joint action from political parties to get these issues resolved for taxpayers, who are well deserved when compared to illegal immigrants.REPORT COMMENTS

Please clear the backlogs and do something to support legal immigration community. We are not seeing light at the end of the tunnel, there is no predictable time frame and basically blocking the job progression as well.REPORT COMMENTS

Came to USA in 2000. 2nd Green Card EB3 applied in 2005 which means we've been living and paying taxes in USA for 15 years and still waiting for Green Card. Son born in USA is turning 13 this year. Wait is just unbelievable. Hope someone understands the situation and looks into this matter for EB3 India.REPORT COMMENTS

Many of us have advance degrees, worked for over 10 years, paid taxes , not a burden to US, do not have criminal or police records, have not broken any immigration rule, have made friends here, have family here, and want to make this country their home, flourish personally in turn helping the US economy, through legal means. Will the congress support us? Been waiting for 10+years for GC in EB3 India category. Where is teh fairness when only this category for India moves only 1 week per bulletin while all others move months and years. Please clear quota limits and remove the EB3 India backlog.REPORT COMMENTS

Please remove country quota limits and clear up the green card backlog. The system needs a fix without any further wait. When theres so much a hype and reform on illegal immigration, why are the legal immigrants been left aside to experience a lifetime of immigration process?REPORT COMMENTS

This country game me everything I have right now and I am really thankful for that. I love this country and that is not going to change even if i had to leave. But the green card process needs to be fixed, If not US would lose a lot of skilled workers like me to other countries. -PatrickREPORT COMMENTS
