law abiding, tax paying, high skilled workers who don't have access to any government aid are waiting in line patiently for many years. US already has diversity visa to maintain diversity. Please remove per country caps for highly skilled workers. Clear backlog, this will surely help economy.REPORT COMMENTS

I am really upset when I see how high tech skilled workers are being treated with immigration system. My question to government is if you really don't need High skilled people why in first place you have H1B. Even if you have H1B and you still don't need those to stay back and contribute towards nation why do you have Green Card process? Believe me US is losing many talented people from all around world. Please don't let talent go waste. Don't let reverse brain drain. Let's react before it really goes out of control. Thank you!REPORT COMMENTS

It's a humble plea to ease the backlogs in the Employment based categories for Inaia. I have been in the US for 10 years now and I am waiting for my green card. I have a daughter who was born here in the US. I have a wife who is a Radiologist but cannot work here becuase of visa issues. She quit her successful career to be with me and in the hope of starting the same career here in the US which is proving more impossible with each passing day. We have to put our careers and life on hold due to the temporary nature of the H1-B visa.REPORT COMMENTS
