Same thing happened to me, I still have not received the paperwork from my case but I don't have my children either. I still til this day don't have a clue as to why this happened. My children were abused in the home they put them in, my daughter was slapped, they were starved, every visit I had they were hungry so I brought food to every visit I had. Plus, they were left home alone with a 11 year old who hit them. I was completely appalled, they put weave in my daughter hair and burnt the braids which in turn burnt her real hair and they cut my son's hair all without my permission. These people are out to ruin good family lives. They interrogate spouses and children and if they don't agree with what they are saying they will ridicule and force their own ideas. This is possibly the most corrupt organization in our legal system. They cost families time, money, dignity and do their best to destroy what we protect, care and labor for the most in our lives. Our families!! There are real problems out there, there are real situations where children are involved in terrible environments. Whether it be drugs, violence or neglect related parenting. How dare these people come into a stable home based on love, care, sacrifice, hard work and commitment to raise our children and step children to enjoy life, strive to do their best, think about things intelligently and be a contribution to society, themselves and their own family's when they become adults. The idea of family services is a good one. The reality of family services is horrible. Stop using our kids against us, we are the ones responsible for their upbringing regardless of your desire to prolong your cases in safe areas and with the good people in this world to ultimately keep your funding coming in. Let's make a succes case out of something that shouldn't even be a case, regardless of the effects it has... Where is the logic in that? Where is the family service in that? The one in Burlington County arent worth shit!!!! I called. Many years ago about my gtandaughter being abused and stuff that was going on in the household! The also told my grandaughters mother that i called! And it took them 2 years before the finally removed from them scum bucket family. And she has been adopted and i cant even see her!!! Its been 2 years since she has been adopted!!! It kills me every day i dont see her! She probable thinks i just left her life because i dont care!!! So im the one who called and this is what i get!!!!! Yes i saved her life! But it took them again 2 years to remove her while she was being abused!! They can rott!!! What about the poor children who are taken away, and then returned back to whomever and then they are murdered. I told that to them too!!!! They had no comment!!REPORT COMMENTS

Twice someone has called in on me, making up stuff. They said I was on drugs and passed out on alcohol everyday by 1:30. I don;t even get home from work until after 2pm. I took a drug test the day they showed up at my door and passed, not even alcohol was in my system. It was a Monday afternoon, you think I would have been partying hard that weekend too.....DYFS found the claims to be unfounded, thankfully, but the person calling in should be investigated and charged. DYFS should investigate the claims, before they come and scare my children and not allow people to use their services as weapons and retaliation. Luckily, the case workers that were assigned to me, saw through the claims and they treated me well. However, my civil rights were violated and their actions are against the constitution. People should be charged when they make false allegations. I am sure they trace the numbers, even if anounymous. if a bomb threat was called in, they would certainly be able to trace the call, so why not trace all calls and charge those that are lying? This would end what i see as a waste of their time and what scared my family and caused my kids pyschological damage.REPORT COMMENTS

I'm the maternal grandmother. They took our grandson and refuse to place him with either grandparent. Neither set of grandparents have ever committed a crime. They (dcpp ) in Rockaway new Jersey are asking for friends to place the baby with. After not acknowledging their fourth and fourteenth amendment. He's a baby so I guess it won't matter now they'll never see him again. As I understand it we have rights yet no one had to acknowledge them. I demand an outside investigation and our baby returned! To his lawful parents. If not then definitely with family. Not strangers! He's 22 months he does not deserve his rights trampled on. This is not something to take lightly. We need to act on these injustices immediately. American families are being destroyed. They don't care what black marks on white paper say. They'll make up new charges until everyone is broke and given the death sentence to their child without even a trial. Wake up White House, this is a urgent situation that needs to be addressed immediately. What about the U. S. Constitution's Supremmacy Clause. Which means federal law nullifies state law when there is an irreconcilable conflict. I think this qualifies? Get involved and do something to protect America children. Before it gets any worst. We are battling the front line on our own. Should I start writing definitions for my murder, that way my husband will have what he need for Court? Even though Court is corrupt. Dyfys came into my life due to a domestic dispute me and my boyfriend had in front of my kids. The neighbors called the cops on us and just like that dyfys was in my life. I suffer from lupus. I have chronic kidney disease. My kidneys are literally at 20% function. They took two drug test on me and the fact that I don't do drugs I was more than happy to take them with no problem at all. Till the day they showed up to my home and told me that I tested positive for cocaine and marijuanna. I was in shock. I did research and found out that due to my chronic kidney disease false positives can occur but that wasn't enough for them. They removed my kids from my home anyway. Now I sit here alone suffering without my children the only people in this world who I'm willing day by day to fight against my disease for. They have to be stopped or at least come up with a better solution for people like me who are suffering from a terminal illness. A better to test us for drugs rather than a urine sample.REPORT COMMENTS

Dyfs and the Rockaway township police just took my grandson and arrested his dad for asserting his rights. Dad has paper from judge stating child remain in parents custody. When I the maternal grandmother phoned the Rockaway police department this afternoon around 2 pm I was hung up on by, I'm assuming the dispatcher. She hung up when I, inquired about her name. Wow no laws for anyone working in government, only the continents? Something has to give. These are our children. Not their paychecks! It's american citizens that pay their salary. Yet we the people are no longer afforded protection? Does something horrific have to happen for anyone to stop it? Like a civil war? Families v. Government? My son was taken dec 21 the week of Christmas bc I would not speak to my case worker without my lawyer on the phone. These workers have lies under oath in court to make the case favor them. I still till this day April 2 have not received my children back even after doing a hair follicle test which came back negative. I proved I am not a user and never was. I am now being required to do all these services which I don't qualify for as my child is in foster care being neglected n abuses. I am having to attend multiple er visits for X-rays to makes sure my 19 month old does not have serious injuries. I feel the judge is not giving us a fair trial and the division does everything to keep the kids away instead of reunifying the families as they state. They lies and said my fiancé failed his hair follicle and he didn't. And the judge believes them over everyone. Something needs to be done.REPORT COMMENTS

Especially Dr. "Killer" Cahill! She lies and always rips families a part. Her license should be gone. When you contact the news, they are afraid. I have being harassed by these people as well as a nurse in the school my child goes to. They come out do their inspection close the case and 2 weeks later they are called out to my house again.
