If people are expected to submit to drug testing to get a job, WHY would welfare recipients not be expected to do the same???? It's there source of income, they should be under the same scrutiny as others who work. -

My Mom said her family had to be on well fare when she was a kid. In the past it was something you worked hard to get off of. Not something you wished to live on. I am so fortunate that we do not need well fare.
