JOIN FREE: Federal Class Action for U.S. Child Custody Victims - Friends, I just joined CAPRA as one of the lead plaintiffs in an upcoming landmark federal class action lawsuit against all 50 States and the Federal Government, because I qualify as: (1) a biological parent whose child custody was unconstitutionally removed without due process; and, (2) I have been directly impacted by that during the last four years, i.e., within the statute of limitations. This class action is on behalf of *both* types of "family court" -- for wrongful victims of divorce-and-similar-with-kids *and* for wrongful victims of child protection services -- and includes suing on behalf of ANY parent affected by either "family court" type. It's totally free to join, and the federal court relief being demanded includes the full restoral of my child custody rights under law, plus a nice share of the large amount in civil damages expected. Check it out! It just requires entering someone's referral Code to join, so PLEASE use mine - 42085JL619 - in the CAPRA registration form, located on the bottom of the homepage at http://parentalrightsclassaction.com Plus, check out their power-packed Legal Tips page for all parents fighting family court, too -- Wow!! Thanks!!

I am a 45 year old single mother of two. I divorced my husband at the age Of 40 and was married for 20 years. I k ew that my life was going to be challenging after the divorce, for the fact my ex wouldn't allow me to work. Which of course not o or left me with hardly any job experience( as I married at the age of 22). I'm currently on temporary disability which is nothing due to the fact that I have been unable to work for almost a year now due to many autoimmune disorders any many surgeries and hospital stays. My oldest daughter is 18 years old and my youngest daughter is 15 years. I am basically living off their child support which will soon decrease after my oldest graduates. The only only money I relieve other them child support is $300 dollars a month for food stamps. What frustrates me the most is people telling me I'm living off of free money. That makes me so angry, want to work more then anything and have tried and tried so many times. Unfortunately due to circumstances be on my control I'm unable to and to be quite frank it wouldn't be fair to whom every would hire me. I was raised in the way that if you are scheduled to work a job and NO matter what hours they give you, it's YOUR and YOURs only responsibly to be able to live up to those expectations as an employee. Unfortunately due to multiple doctors appointments and hospitalization I am unable to do so. I feel like I have have some how failed my daughters. However I'm extremely blessed with how well they do in school and my oldest just received her acceptance letter to UNT Texas. My youngest daughter is a straight A student, never has made a B in her life. She is so strong willed and is planning on going to Rice University in Tecas to get into engineering. One thing I have always instilled in both my daughters was, whatever you decide to do I have you back, but please don't ever make the mistake I made. I told that no matter what their education was way may important then any relationship at this point. I said just please whatever you do make sure that you both would be able to financially take care of yourself and do well in school so that you will hopefully be able to get an awesome job and NEVER have to reli on a man to take care of you. I absolute hate the fact that I'm unable to take care of myself the way I have bee, which is living off his vile support to take care of us. Even though I don't work I have cut back tremendously on many things. Cable, clothing for myself, mani and pedi's. You name it! Whatever money I have left is ally spent on hygiene products as they are not covered on snap. I'm to proud to ask for help from family members and would NEVER ask for help from friends or take advantage of the state in anyway as I know the taxpayers pay my food stamps and I feel bad about that. I do however have a real big problem with people, and I know that there are many out there who take advantage and lie and do whatever it takes to get a free ride. I also beli

I fully believe in drug testing those on welfare. If I have to continually take a drug test for my place of employment to keep my job, so should these citizens collecting welfare.

A mandatory drug test for each month one receives government assistance as well as more thorough background and disability confirmation sounds very reasonable.

I personally know that too many of the people that receive food stamps, sell them. Most will take 50% in cash...if you use $100 in food stamps, you pay them $50 in cash... and that's what the government is "allowing" people to do... The welfare recipients try real hard to get their children documented with some sort of medical issue. The most common, and perhaps easiest is to have them declared ADHD or ADD. Then the government will almost automatically begin issuing $600-$800 checks, per child, to the parent of the "disabled" kid. And that is what the government is "allowing" them to do... The problem is that a majority of those children do not receive any additional help with their medical issues...unless the government pays for it too. I doubt that these parents spend an additional $600-$800 monthly in gas and parking fees running their "sick, disabled" kids to extra classes learning how to survive/thrive with their illness. Do they spend that government money on therapy lessons for their sick child(ren)? Probably not. They may spend it on toiletries, paper products, animal food, beer, alcohol, or perhaps illegal drugs... you know, the items that food stamps won't cover. Why should tax paying citizens pay for that? Why can't these welfare people get a job? Do the right thing! But until our government stops making it so easy for them to stay on government assistance, we must ask ourselves, "Why would they want to get a job?" It's much easier letting everyone else hand it to them on a silver platter! That's what our government is "allowing" them to do... I do agree with drug testing to receive food stamps, welfare or any type of government assistance. But we must also change our government officials to get more positive results!

I don't think its right so many people take advantage of the welfare system. And Family's that actually do need it get criticized. I do receive a medical card for my children and food stamps. Some people use the system to just sit around and do drugs and sell there food stamp and its sad.

Not only should they drug test but there are hundreds and thousands that have been on welfare for yrs. They keep popping out kids and the more kids the more food, cash they recieve and at the end of the year they get back thousands of dollars and they dont have to work or even look for a job. My husband and I went through a hardship at one time and received food stamps, couldn't get any financial help with gas for our vehicle because we do not have any kids and not being racist but we're white and I'm sure you can look at the statistics but we had no way to pay mortgage, land payments or get the essentials at the store for personal hygiene because we were only allowed food stamps. So tell me how all these people on welfare just sit on their butts and we have to support them, what about us working people trying to make a living? There needs to be a time frame in place so they are forced to get jobs and given a small time frame for welfare 4-6 months Max that they can draw welfare and then cut them off and if they can't afford all the kids they keep popping out which is no ones fault but thier own, start doing mandatory birth control shots until they reach a certain age, can show proof of income so they are able to support their families. At least make drug testing mandatory and maybe foods stamps but they should not be able to recieve cash benefits period! Go back to the days where you get so many diapers, formula etc a month

I think for people to be able to sit on their butts and collect money from our government they should be tested because people who get a job and work for their money have to also to earn money. The only difference between the two in one you have to work for it almost everyday and the other you just have to wait till the first of the month.

I see it almost every day at work. Too many on welfare always have enough money to buy drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol
