DCF doesn't do much to help considering they HAVE BEEN piling up a list of anonymous harassing phone reports compiling a list of numerous harassing calls against a good single mother without just cause. durress My daughter has had to drop out of COLLEGE because DCF wont let anyone babysit her daughter, due to the almost 200 anonymous tips from neighbors who have had a PERSONAL disagreement REGARDING A SEPARATE MATTER. This harassment has been noted by all departments, including but not limited to DCF, State and Government Agencies as well. None of the above will provide proper care for my grandchild, NO safe housing for them to reside or the proper assistance to handle this harassment issue which has been an issue numerous times before with the same individuals causing the problems. now this has gone violent, my daughter is about to lose her daughter, DCF wont help, housing wont provide proper residence, case workers are randomly dropping by the house, drug testing her (she does not use drugs!) she has dropped out of college and is stuck within the four walls housing has left her in. NO HELP FROM THE STATE OR GOVERNMENT! QUESTION: WHOM IS BEING NEGLECTED IN THIS CASE? HOW FAR DOES THIS HAVE TO GO? IF MY FAMILY IS BEING ABUSED BY DCF WHO DO WE TURN TO FOR PROTECTION? SHOULD PEOPLE BE PROTECTED FROM THE SAME SYSTEM THAT IS IN PLACE TO SAVE THEM? -

hi my name is Jacquelyn and i was taken by DCF from my loving mother and supporting family when i was 9 its been almost 6 years sense i was taken and its sickening. My family has fought so hard to get me home and DCF wont let me because one time my nana let me see my mom... I cannot for the life of me even begin to understand how and why the children of Massachusetts are being striped away from loving parents. a simple call to the police if and when children are present warrants an immediate 51A filing of abuse/neglect. The women who are scared to call 911 bc of fear of DCF will continue to get beaten ,continue to suffer, and then after it all someone will finally end up dead, or so injured that police eventually will be called and after all the pain already endured they will take the kids away anyways. and if they don't they will take your pride, dignity, self respect and destroy your life anyways and if you get to keep your kids hold them tight and close because soon enough they will strip you of just about everything to prove you are fit to keep them and then take them anyway. it's a sick system and I hope we cN change it by standing together. DCF AND Worcester court have treated my wife like a useless bag of trash. Her ex narrsasstic husband has falsely accused of her actions she has never done. DCF took away her children while they were in school 8 weeks ago!!! DCF informed my wife it was all her fault despite all the proof we had that the ex husband was lying about every allegation. They offered this so called "service plan"? In that plan they forced me (the step father) to take a parental class, in which mainly focuses on parents going through Divorce? They also claimed I needed to take anger management despite the fact I was being attacked by her ex husband and his psychotic girlfriend every time they were around at a kids event (even had police reports that the lovely worcester judge cared less to work at). They made my wife take the parent class as well despite the fact she took it several years ago already. We have tried to have our lawyer create further time for us to see the kids as DCF only allows us to see them 1 time a week for 1 hour in their dirty box of an office in worcester. They rudely cancel any meeting we schedule last minute and continue to not bring the kids to dentist appts they may have (2 of them have braces) or doctors appts (one has glasses and needs eyes checked). We have all come to the conclusion they are forcing the kids to live with a father who never paid child support, has a violent history, does drugs, drinks alcohol daily and in all cares less about these innocent children. I truly pray some day, this nightmare of an organization, receives it's same exact punishments it has giving children all around in Massachusetts. They all do this for an extra bonus to their checks! Half of them look like hood rats. We have one social worker who forgot to pick up her own son at school? We were at a visit and the DCF announcement said over the intercom that the social workers school was calling and the son was waiting for over 45 minutes????? Maybe we should all report a useless 51A report on her!!!! This is all ruled up mainly because of a corrupt judge in Worcester Court. I wish every innocent parent luck who ever are involved in this situation and hope some day this all ends!REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter had her kids taken because of an isolated incident where she threatened suicide and cut herself. She has since received help...therapy and meds and done everything dcf has told her to do and they still won't give her them back. They keep coming up with allegations of prior suicide attempts when she was a minor...which is absolutely false. They refuse to provide any documentation of these claims but thr judge keeps siding with dcf and her case constantly gets continued. My wife sober since the day informed of her pregnancy. was tested "Swab",Aprill 1,informed aprill 8 it was positiv for cocaine, requested a new test and told,"too late,also requested hair analysis for DNA, informed,"not cost effective" , the positive screen and allegation of neglect concerning our baby's growth chart. THE premise of an affidavit, resulting in the removal(theft) of (Alianna) our baby.Since refuted line by line via previous neurological test, diagnosis and post and current profesionals, pediatric exams, Inpatient feeding study, every diagnosis" perfectly healthy" baby. The removal caused us to be evicted from the family shelter. Every employee of the motel. Manager, security, Dr.,nurses, social workets, housing workers. etc. etc. Offered to testify on our good behaviour , never seeing us impaired and in total compliance.the numbers and apointments were and are daily and often multiple daily verified frequent observation of us and our babies condition. This, the short version. The number of egregious lies and over reach that are verifiable are numerous as is positive verification from reputable agencies and profesionals, opportunities to improve our lives has been set back by D.C.F. .I was working toward re entering the work force (3 semesters at college) and actively perusing a job How I the father, without allegation or dirty drug screen was and am excluded from my babys child care.DCF "s Plan reads Thomas Rozene is to continue as he has been. Why did they not leave the baby and l at the family shelter? The removal, causing by process eviction, has left us homeless. I'm 17 years old and currently being accused of having sexual relations with a 14 year old girl that's in middle school.... School teachers informed me of the situation the next day a police officer comes into my school and tells me she's going to arrest me for sexual abuse I know this girl from my best friend which is 16 now Dcf is now in her life being relentless trying to accuse me of being with her when I have not been, then about 3 months later two police offices come to my house threatening to send me to jail for life over allegations that are not true They are insisting that I am lying to them.... Dcf has ruined our families lives as well. They lie, coerce, manipulate, antagonize, the list goes on. Dcf took my children out of the home based on an allegation of domestic violence without any verified findings. Meanwhile my children beg to come back home. One of my children has disabilty in which dcf and cpc could care less about, while I fight in the side lines. They have traumatized my children and myself. At the time they took my children I was 21 weeks pregnant, lost the baby one week later due to the amount of stress I was under. Dcf has had my children for 2 yrs. Then they recently pulled my 11 month old. All based on heresay no physical evidence nor abuse. The system is corrupt my 3 yr old came to my house a month ago with bruises all over her and my 6 yr old has staples in her head on halloween which at the time i questioned the worker she was not aware of it. They pull ppls children that try hard to do the right thing and leave children in the care of drug atticks,child abusers,and they are ok with that this is why so many children end up dead on theyre watch. Trying to say they protect family and children that they try to keep them together the social worker i have has done nothing but pulled me and my children apart even caused my boyfriend and i to break up. They have destroyed our lives and i just feel like thr government needs to give back our rights we do no live in a communist country we should not be living out lives in fear but thats exactly what dcf is doing to good parents. The Massachusetts DCF program is the biggest Joke... Talk about corrupt... Dcf took my girlfriend son away because the father had a drug problem. She passed a drug test the next day. Then they bribed her.. Your son can come home but we keep custody. Or if you want to appeal the neglect charges he will stay in Foster care.. WHAT?? How does that make any sense... She got a letter in the mail saying the neglect charges are being supported.. (even tho there are zero signs of neglect from her.) She sent a letter to the appeal board and asked her dcf office for a copy of the 51a report and they told her oh it takes up to 6 months to get that... How convenient she won't have her report for her appeal hearing.. Most unorganized, unprofessional, corrupt system ever.... THE MORE KIDS THEY HAVE IN THEIR CUSTODY THE MORE FUNDING THEY GET FROM THE STATE... Sad these people are RUINING good families.. Me and my fiance were forced to either sign rights over to my mom or get my two week daughter taken away into foster care, because of diaper rash, thresh and an ounce of weight loss in which she gained back which is all perfectly normal for a two week old baby. DCF is trying to make an example out of us showing that they can in fact do some good because of all the mishaps they have been having with children during in thier care. They have a lot of people breathing down their necks, its still wrong and they are destroying my family. I've missed three holidays with her due to this. The worst part is after crying in the hospital holding what became my world, it was ripped out from under me and I've started to feel like I'm not the great father I know I really am. DCF bases their views based on someone's past history instead of who they are today. My boyfriend was a severe alcoholic. He now only drinks socially, works full time, and takes care of business. Because we got into a verbal argument and a neighbor called the police and said it sounded like I was abusing him, I was arrested. Because of that DCF refuses to let my boyfriend around my son because of his past history. They told me that this might not ever be lifted. They are harming us more than helping. DCF reached out to me to take in my nephew after the family he was living with was becoming "frustrated" with his behaviors. They were concerned about how he was transitioning. I agreed to take him and went through the process of home evaluation, cori, ect, I was approved. The DCF never contacted me and didn't reply to my emails or calls for over a month after this happened. When the worker finally responded, she informed me of their solution, (over family placement!) was, "we put him in daycare all week so it's okay now". I informed them that I still wanted to take him only to be denied bc placement was no longer needed. Clearly, they are not putting the children first. Makes me nauseous and scared.REPORT COMMENTS

My significant other and I had our 18 month old daughter taken by DCF. By a temporary worker a month after our worker went on maternity leave.the reasons didnt make sense. Completely contradicts statements and reasons in documents.hadnt ever felt nesacery to look at proof i had proving them wrong.further more totally destroyed .our daughters life our family our relationship and eventually took my sobriety..when i entered a program dcf terminated both our rights and closed the case.neither us ever signed anything.her father never lost contact missed visits or appointments doesnt do drugs.totally compliant with union job.he was never even an option for her to go to neither were ANY either her blood grandparents.by time we were told of our rights being terminated the time had expired for an appeal( which i did try and do). Our temp.caseworker mocked my going into a program laughed said i really helped my case good luck to both you.case closed.we really need help in having. Nothing that I hear about DCF is good. They opened a case on me through an investigation that was a 5min conversation at 2:30am. There are children dying in their custody and they come to my clean home, stuffed cabinets, and my daughter wants for nothing. She is loved and cared for. I cant understand why they took 4months to do an investigation after the "supported allegations of neglect". My worker told me that my case wasnt the typical DCF case and that other serious cases come in and mine gets pushed to the side. Thats not fair at all. If my case isnt serious then why did they stick around for 4months before handing me a service plan? The system is broken. They just wait for something that they can use against you and twist it around so you look bad.....its pathetic!REPORT COMMENTS
