A 51A was called in by UMASS ER after viewing the video of my 7 year old disclosing that her father was touching her inappropriately. Today, I received a letter, dated April 4 stating that ?5? different counts of ?neglect? have been supported against me and my ex husband (the one my children have been disclosing against- we have been divorced 3 years). I received NO paperwork, no phone call, was never told by anyone, and had no knowledge that any allegation was pending, or that I was under investigation at any time. On the contrary, my "investigator" just told me last week that I was a great mother and should be proud that my children feel safe enough and trust me to tell the truth. I am completely blindsided by this. I have a Masters in Education and over 20 years experience in Early Childhood. DCF needs reform immediately. -

Leominster dcf is a joke, it's not fair the way they interrogate small children. Abruptly remove them from home and i have to wait a week to do anything to fight for them. They are assumed right and the parent is guilty, i have no voice and am helpless. My children are suffering because of it. Dcf in Leominster ma is a joke i feel i can't live my life and have kids and be happy without feeling someone anyone can just call on you for even simply just a friend or anyone can call on you even if they don't like you so many bogus calls and claims its pathetic.....my daughter has autism and seizures she loves her mom and dad and brothers so much she has been taken from us because we missed two umass appointments they call it medical neglect.....when they came to my house i was in Walmart shopping i bought my daughter 3 monster high dolls and i came home and found two workers two police men in my house they wouldn't tell me what i did wrong i had to wait until i went to court to find out 2 days later (medical neglect)seriously omg i could1 believe it because i missed two doctors appointments because of transportation issues omg...i have always made sure her blood levels were done at the local hospital so her neurologist would communicate with me to make sure that was done ...so now my daughter is with her grandmother whom is 70 years old and has health issues herself seriously what are these dcf worker's thinking...my daughter has been in the hospital 2 times now since being with her grandmother 1 was for my 9 year old took medicine and almost od ...and just tonight i get a call that shes in the hospital for freaking out ......don't they get it my daughter wants her family back.... she did absolutely nothing wrong and my daughter is doing things she would never do ...she needs to be home with her family....dcf is so backwards you know i have said to them wait karma will get them back....REPORT COMMENTS

I am writing my letter on behalf of somebody I know who has had three of her children taken away. She is one of the best mothers I have ever known been a single-parent basically as the fathers pay when they want and she works for the federal government she's had a job steady job always comes into work runs to get her kids whatever their sick kids are so well behaved clean fed and so well taken care of and because of one incident of a argument they're taking away drastically taken away from the one parent that has constantly been in their life talk about drama type seen a child's life she's fighting to get her three children back as she should never in the years that I've known her have those children ever been neglected the argument she had to had nothing to do with the children and she has the fight of her life to get her children back they were in no harms way . i have been through hell the last year of my life and i have struggled with proving that i am a worthy mother to my two children. this is a long heart wrenching story and i don't understand why i have become a target for the DCF office located in Leominster Massachusetts to keep my family apart and just recently removed my youngest child from my care. i have done everything those people have asked form me and it getting worse. i just want the right help ive had to cry myself to sleep wondering where my 5 month old son is because the last time dcf had put him with a foster family he had gotten third degree chemical burn. i have fought tooth and nail to satisfy these people. i am on my third worker on this case and they do not even know me nor my children. they jump to conclusions and i dont need my son being the next child to DIE in their hands. this is absurd, there were several other parties involved and they have already gotten custody of their children back yet i am still being bullied by this DCF office and its unjust and disgusting. this story is long and its been the product of many tears. i am reaching out to every single person that will take the time to listen to me. i will never stop fighting for my children i love them with all my heart. i will continue sending emails letters voice mails anything that i can do until i do get someone to really not just hear me but listen to me. i am being targeted and this is corrupt justice. i am not rich but to me all of the Proof and evidence that i have together should be enough to not only show but prove that i am being BULLIEDREPORT COMMENTS

DCF has not ONCE but twice wreaked havoc in my family. I had to deal with them in the past and never at one point did they make an effort to create a supportive environment to strengthen the family. I found out later I have MS and that was the cause of my fatigue. The law says that DCF must try to unite families. Specifically, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 119, Section 1 says: "It is hereby declared to be the policy of this commonwealth to direct its efforts, first, to the strengthening and encouragement of family life for the care and protection of children; to assist and encourage the use by any family of all available resources to this end; and to provide substitute care of children only when the family itself or the resources available to the family are unable to provide the necessary care and protection to insure the rights of any child to sound health and normal physical, mental, spiritual and moral development." Right now they are wreaking havoc with my daughters family. While my grandson was in foster care he developed and sustained 2nd degree chemical burns on his bottom due to neglect. My GRANDSON IS NOT going to be the next statistic while in DCF care. There is so much more to this story.. but for now KNOW they are ripping families apart. So much for making America Great Again.. families, strong ones should come first and services should do just that SERVE. My next step.. the media.. because I am done pussyfooting around.. time to play hardball with this very crooked institution that is not only ripping off the state but is tearing apart the very fabric that made this country what it was.. I've been dealing with dcf in Massachusetts since 2009. They removed my kids from the home in 2012. I did a series of things they asked me to do and complied with their service plan and still did not get my kids back. My mother filed to get them as soon as they were removed and that process took 2 years because they couldn't get their paperwork together. My daughter was burned twice with a cigarette on her face during their care it took them a whole year to remove her from that home after the first burn then the second time she was burned they decided to take action and remove her. In 12/2014 two years after my mom had filed for custody she finally gets them. They said the guardianship process was going to take 6 months from 12/2014. Here were are 3/2016 and nothing has been done. My sons social security check hasn't been given to him in 15 months and they're trying to claim 70 or 80 percent of it once the guardianship process is done and he's been under my mom's custody for 15 months so how is that fair. Recently we had a court date and all the social worker did when she was asked why the paperwork hasn't been processed was smile at my lawyer and said she hasn't gotten around to processing the papers. Like really in 15 months you haven't gotten around to do that so what they just go to work to make people's lives miserable and sit on their*****and can't even pick up the phone or call back after you've left numerous messages. How is it legal to do what they do they're just destroying families and making money of them while they're protected by immunity from civil suits, pure craziness I tell you. All this was done by the Dcf in Greenfield,MA and nothing is being done about it.REPORT COMMENTS

I am speechless. DCF does not allow a dad to know it's newborn because the mom is an addict when baby was born. Therefor, dad not signing birth certificate until sure. Obviously w/the distant relationship, that would be a smart thing to do as a dad, yet let's punish the dad for this and not let him or his family know this baby. Yes, dad relapsed but continues to recover. Yet, let's give baby to the mom's family and punish the dad's family. Let's not issue a paternity yet & tell the dad he must bond w/this baby. On Jan.15 I received this knock at my door. It was 1 pm the children were in school. To my surprise when I answered, it was my 6 Year old neighbor.....no jacket...it's freezing out....she informed me that her teacher put her outside...this little girl was I front of me for a good 20 minutes....the school did not notify the mother or the police this girl was gone and they knew she was not in the school. Almost a week or do later.....my son was assaulted by his substitute teacher.....I was expecting a phone call from DCF about the teacher who put his hands on my son to my surprise I got a phone call from DCF claiming the school that I picked my children up intoxicated. First of all I live right across the street from the school literally my kids walk home by themselves is a walk out of the school they cross the street and their home second of all I don't even drink. Now I have DCF claiming they have supported evidence to keep my case open when I've left messages for them to come to my home nobody has returned them I offered to give them a drug test right then and there the day that I was accused of such an awful thing. Three weeks later I receive a letter in the mail from a lady claiming she's my new social worker claiming she hasn't been able to get ahold of me and that she'll be coming out to my home nobody's called me nobody's left me a message now he's tried to get ahold of me this is the same thing they did to my cousin and they stole her kids from her DCF is more about taking the kids from the parents to actually take care of them then taking the kids from the parents actually abuse and neglect their kids the battle that I'm starting to fight with DCF is not over I'm trying to start petition and I'm also going to speak with a lawyer as well as my neighbor whose daughter knocked on my door between school systems of Boston and DCF of Boston they don't know their*****from their f****** elbows. I have had dcf use my abuse as a child against me as a mother now. I have had them admit to lying to get into my home. They have lied to mandated rporters they have lied about sexual abuse happening to my children and HAVE NOTHING AGAINST ME AND NO PROOF OF ANY ABUSE OR NEGLECT. I have therapist and psychiatrists baffled about our situation because there is NOTHING INDICATING ABUSE OR NEGLECT WHAT SO EVER!!! I see my children changing. Becoming more distant. They accused me of drugs alcohol and not waking up to take care of my children. I've never used drugs. Or drank. I wanted my daughter that's supposedly been sexually abused by a gay guy and his boyfriend examined and dcf said NOT TO DO IT. mind you...there are boys in the home...I offered drug tests they said no...yet...they are still insisting this is all happened ..than said there is no concern but are remaining in the home. And now have to stay open ANOTHER FUVE MONTHS BEFORE THEY CONSIDER CLOSING BECAUSE IM PREGNANT AND LEGALLY CANT CLOSE A CASE DURING PREGNANCY WHICH IS ********. tNT CHILDHOOD RAPISTS MOTHER WORKED FOR DCF IN MA AND WOULD GET FOSTER CHILDREN FOR HIM TO RAPE AND THEN BRING THEM BACK TO THE ORPHANAGE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO STAND IN COURT AGAINST HIM FOR MORE CHILDREN HE RAPED AND I WAS TOLD I COULDNT BRING UP IN COURT SHE WORKED FOR DCF!!! Now dcf is ACCUSING ME OF ALLOWING MY CHILD TO BE MOLESTED AND STANDING UP FOR THE MOLESTER YET NO EXAM WAS DONE SHE DENKES IT HAPPENED AND SAID THEY ARE LYING AND THE PERP HAS NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED AND I WAS TOLD HE CODNT BE QUESTIONED BECAUSE THEY DONT THINK IT EVEN HAPPENED YET IM INDANGER OF LOSING MY KIDS OVER IT!!! Someone help us please!!! My kids will be handed over to the people WHO RAPED ME AND MANY OTHER CHILDREN AND GOT AWAY WITH IT AND BLAMED THE VICTIMS.
