Hello my name is Danielle my kids were taken by DCF it's been a year but they've been in their custody and now you see I was trying to adopt out my children on September 3rd. I have done nothing wrong I am not on drugs I do not drink. DCF is just discriminating against me because of my heart condition. Even though I have a note from my doctor stating that my heart condition does not stop me from cleaning my house or taking care of my kids. Even though they have this a copy of it. DCF is still harassing me about my heart condition and now they're trying to say that my children's heart condition and my other children's conditions other reason as to why I cannot have them at home they have provided me with no help from any company whatsoever. They have said that I was on a waiting list for one no I don't know if that's even true now they're trying to say that my daughter the youngest one that I have was only a year old has a seizure condition. DCFS just a screening against me because of my heart condition. Even though I have a m*** my doctor stating that my heart condition does not stop me from cleaning my house or taking care of my kids. Even though they have this a copy of it. Now do you see if trying to say because my children's medical conditions they can't come home. DCF has not provided me with any help of any kind. They told me that I was on a waiting list for a CNA I do not know how true this is due to the fact that DCF has told me so many lies. They're also trying to say that my youngest daughter now has a seizure condition. I do not feel that this is true I was not told about this until the court case and I was only told by the children's lawyer that this was the case. I also found out the bed trying to adopt out my children on September 3rd and I don't know what else to do. I'm asking for any help of any kind please my children mean everything to me. My children are only 6 years old my son. 4 years old my daughter. And 1 year old my other daughter. As I said before I have done nothing wrong nor has my fiance and we don't know what to do anymore or asking for help please. If you can help me please call me at 774 955 5470 -

They take children and place them in foster home and make up reasons why they don't contact reliable family who is willing and able to take care of my paternal grand daughter, while the rest of the siblings go to their relitives, beginning to think, race have much to do with this. This is a disgrace what we are going through and to see what they are doing to familys ,they have the power to change information and manipulate circumstances. The investigation was on child neglect. In the complaint was I dress my son in girls clothes and shoes and do his nails. He actually chooses to do these things he has an older sister. On top of this it is against my first amendment to tell me how to dress my son. They have opened an assement on substantial concern when there is none.REPORT COMMENTS

Our grand daughter was put in a foster home, when they know of her father and grand mother, who is able to take care of her. They tell us we have to be licensed foster home, two months after we got the license they put her up for adoption, we are still trying to get her for three years. My sons and me have been the victims of Massachusetts DCF. They have continously broken the statutes and noone is thier to hold them responsible for continously abusing children by tramatizing them and give them to so called foster parents who abuse them because the children have no say on how they are being treated. Many children complaints go unaddressed and they are left at the hands of strangers who will take advantage of them until they do something stupid and be labeled as crazy criminals or disturbed. I believe the government should govern thier program if the children best interest is what DCF is about. The federal law says that a judge cant keep a child in the best interest clause but only if substantial evidence proves the parent to have abused the child but the judicial system help this governmental agency break the law on a daily basis and it shouldnt be that way. Congress WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR OUR CHILDRENREPORT COMMENTS

We were approved for ICPC back in 2011 and since then did home study and got certified as foster parents but DCF still refuse to connect me as the paternal grandparent. Instead because for whatever reason they have been untrustworthy and fabricated a story about my son the father. My granddaughter is 6 now and the connection the foster mother has with DCF is more important than family.REPORT COMMENTS

DCFS had my kids for 2 years now. Before it they came to my house I was a special needs teacher for 20 years and the two children that I adopted or adopted from DCF. They have destroyed my life and it won't be until two and a half years that this January there will be a trial to try to terminate my parental rights. My kids have been put into two different foster care situations and the first one my son was abused in and it was shut down by DCF after a year of me complaining because the foster parent has severe mental health problems but she wasn't dealing with it all and your house was below their standards for being clean. On top of this the foster parent told my son that she was going to be his new forever mom. DCF supported this and I just don't understand how they can mess with kids Minds like this and just rip them out of good homes because they don't like something minor in your life or they don't approve of your choice of friends or partners. My children will literally taken because of what they thought might happen in the future. And now these children who have always lived together have been separated and they're almost teenagers now they've missed their whole childhood being in foster care and I don't know if they're ever coming home and it has ruined my life and I worked very hard to have a decent life being a teacher being a foster parent being a good citizen having two master's degrees. But I do notice that generally they target Young mothers who are single mothers and to have very few resources. But their new thing is that they're going to do this to anybody so it's not just an issue of young for women this is everybody's issue at this point because if they can do this to me they can do it to anybody. And like everybody else has said there's no repercussions because DCF has more power than the police it has more power and no checks and balances than any other agency in government. They are funded by the amount of children that they remove and the state receives a certain amount of money based on the amount of money that DCF makes so it's a big sick cycle that's about money greed and Power and it's very sad because the young workers that they put out on the line who are not even certified are the ones that are the henchmen and they don't even understand the full consequences of what they're doing because each work or just does a small part of the case. This needs to change because it's definitely not in the best interest of children and it's devastating to familiesREPORT COMMENTS

To find a productive way to reunite my 13 year old daughter Kylee with her family we need a DCF department who is knowledgeable and sensitive to be professional at all times so good communication can be established. June 29 2016 I got a call from Kylee who is 13 years old that DCF and the police were at house. I was with my sister Donna out at time taking dog to vet. Cari quigley DCF Officer asked to see house we agreed and she inspected house with a police officer. As my sister Donna was standing out side another DCF officer melissa who had an aggressive approach began telling her that I am neglecting my daughter Kylee. My sister told her that she loved Kylee and if she is being neglected or harmed she has never seen it and Kylee looks like a beautiful well developing individual. When my sister Donna asked her how Kylee is being harmed or neglected she told her that she thinks if since Kylee's father Jim isn't there if some emergency occurred and Annuh couldn't call for help Kylee would have too. I told her that is a Witch hunt and walked away. Kylee has always been my sisters priority and she has gone above and beyond what any parents have ever had to do for their child to thrive. telephone call 8--5-16 My sister spoke to Erin Roy my social worker on 8-5-16 about getting custody of my daughter Kylee. She was told me that the only way for her to get custody of Kylee was to move to Ma and she could not live with me and she was not able to care for Kylee in NJ where she lives. When my sister Donna asked her if this was a Ma law DCF Erin Roy changed her story and said that she could live in NJ but it would take a long time 4 to 6 months. And she said that DCF would be making many inspections of her house. My sister told her that was fine. She told my sister if she got custody that I could not be around Kylee. She then decided to tell my sister that Kylee does not miss her Mom. Erin Roy DCF and the foster parent agree that they know Kylee likes the foster parent's house. She was going on and on about how terrible I am my sister interrupted her and told her that she could tell that she has her opinion but we should focus on getting Kylee reunited with her family. This is nonproductive inflammatory conduct and I feel this what we have to expect going forward. To the detriment of this family. It concerns me when a social worker *who on first meeting (7-21-16) prior to the initial 1 hour visit with Kylee, does not introduce herself as the social worker along with her supervisor *begins first the meeting by making substantiated accusations *and who has her supervisor cancel my psych evals/ interviews 20 mins, which was mandated in the July 14 DCF Service Plan, before the meeting is scheduled to start Is this mental patient running the hospital. Had I not experienced and witnessed the absolute horrors of DCF, it is doubtful I would have believed the extent of abuse and abject lack of consideration for the 'best interest of the child' standard. My granddaughter was unnecessarily traumatized for six months in foster care. DCF overstepped in the first place - and then refused to allow me to petition for guardianship to avoid DCF intervention. She was almost immediately placed in a 'pre-adoptive' foster home because adoption is considered a success by DCF standards. I dealt with no less than 9 people in the Taunton office, and all but one were heartless and arrogant who thought their subjective opinions should decide the fate of my grandchild. My granddaughter suffered serious abuse and neglect in three foster homes and full-time daycare that she never suffered before. Then, when I was finally able to wrestle her away from the strangers who sought 'adoption through DCF', DCF was trying to force me to adopt her! The judge simply rubber-stamps anything DCF demand. It's an outrage, and this awful, awful bureaucracy must be completely revamped.REPORT COMMENTS

My 3 grandkids were taken from me and my husband on lies based from this one lady at school. Why she is in the school system with kids is beyond me, for her daycare that she and her sister ran was shut down back in 2001 for child neglect/abuse. Now DCF believes the lies from this lady and have given her the permission to take in the kids. This woman came to us in Sept 2014, asking to take the kids out for a couple of hours to give us a break, then it turned in overnights on weekends, then since did Sunday babysitting for us. She felled in love with my kids and she now wants them and she lied to get them for she knew I had no one here in MA for all my family lives over 900 miles away, I have told DCF this is all a plot but we were arrested as she got the kids. Now they are wanting my daughter to waive parental rights so they can be signed into foster care, another person to be the guardian or up for adoption. I love my grandkids and I would never hurt them. But the lies and now I have read a lot about the DCF is as corrupted as the rest in Washington DC. I woke up at 2:30 in the morning after a week and this question came to me and I never think this way...Can someone use the DCF system to legally kidnap kids. OMgoodness....the articles that popped up and it's true. This needs to stop and stop now!!! Families are being ruin and hurt because of them...the DCF.REPORT COMMENTS

I feel bad knowing this system is so messed up. I have two friends that are suffering due to dcf and they are both great mothers. While there are children out there in this world being killed, raped, abused, and starving; they leave them with their parents. But when it comes to the good parents they are quick to take them away. There are videos on fb of kids being tortured you dont see dcf stepping in to take action. Because of the few rotten apples in dcf they gave the rest a bad name, even some of the kind ones. I'm sorry to all of you who feel like your fight has gotten nowhere, dont give up it will keep fighting. To the kids in dcf custody dont give up hope, have faith, and pray.REPORT COMMENTS
