I have been dealing with DCF for about a year or so. I have a 3 year old and an 8 month old. Dcf got involved a while back because my ex used drugs. So far in court dcf has always taken my side and helped me a ton... Until now. My 8 month old has a few brain disorders and has already had brain surgery. Over the last week my fiancé was watching her while I was at work and he called me to tell me something seemed off about her... I came home and she was really not ok, so we took her to the hospital and I guess that's where I went wrong... Turns out she was having brain hemmoraghes... Well dcf poked their noses in and showed up at the hospital. I had gone home to get my daughter clean blankets and when I got back she wasn't in her room and dcf was sitting there.... I asked where my daughter was and they said she was getting full body X-rays... I was confused at to why... Then they started accusing my fiancé of shaking her. Well the doctors proved to them that was not the case at all. She was having issues from her disorder.... But now dcf is continuing to do a full investigation on me and sent my older daughter to stay with her father who is a known drug user.... They also said my fiancé is not allowed to be around my children because he "isn't safe". Which is ironic because he has full custody of his own daughter. this whole situation is sickening. Dcf needs to be seen for what it really is. -

Boston public schools restrained my 3 year old disabled son, I saw this asked why is this on him his teacher said to tire him out. It was a weighted vest n my son had low muscle tone in his core n legs hr uses to west braces to correct his walking. Hr didn't walk til hr was 2 years old. I asked who allowed this they claimed a therapist!!! When I asked for a name the teacher the teachers helper the principal and Boston public schools had no therapists name! why? Bps said there is no therapists assigned yet, I explained the issue the Bps asked if they could call me back I agreed. Bps called me back suggested a meeting with the principal. The meeting was on a Monday the week before I went on a class field trip the teacher askedbwuite a few times if I was going n of course I was. Now Monday morning I went to the meeting that lasted 30-45 minutes got no names but 2 hours after I left the principal called DCF on me. I MRT with them they said the principal felt I was impaired, I offered a drug test n DCF denied it. My sons father that dont live with me showed up st school along with his mother n requested for DCF to give my son to them. DCF refused they had the father go up and spesk with our son, while he was the principal grabbed my little boy by his shoulders n coat and ripped him from his dad's arms with my boy crying n now screaming. His father said if I didn't let go something would have broke or dislocated. DCF shoved my din in the car its been 1,0 months 12-15 placements 15-20 social workers around 8 supervisors I'm on my 4th service plan because from Nov til May I hot 3 n they were completed within 6-7 weeks so 3rd one was complete already because I've been doing everything I'm suppose to. So within a month I got my 4th one. My worker gave it to me n said u need to say you abuse your medication. I said so first I was impaired on one thing then I was over medicated now I abuse my medication I came off or came down on and the latest is because where I go for doctors n psychiatry people leave now I'm inconsistent. The day they took my son n refused my drug testing offered I went to court the next morning n my attorney said your honor my client would like yo submit a supervised urinalysis and she's got all her medications you can count and confirm. Judge denied it. In court another time had pictures of my baby with a black eye at s visit bruises on his faces st other visits. The supervisor said she n her workers saw them but we never made record. They had given his father a service plan n said there's a 52a on him. We just recently found out at court that there is no 51a on the father nor did they make sure the places my son has been in were qualified for disabled children also the worker at that point read my find IEP knows his disabilities when asked to name them he had no clue. Dcf also forced 3 surgeries on my boy they said his father had every right to stop them but we violated the father's rights n the father's families rights. Still don'REPORT COMMENTS

I've had DCF remove both of my children. They have lied about me many times. They have had my oldest for 2 years now and they just came and removed my baby at 4 days old. They have blackmailed me. And are trying to keep my children from me. I'm a good mom. All my friends and family have said the same. I have done nothing but cooperate with them. Did what they asked of me and the court investigator even doesn't understand why they took my baby that I just had and still haven't given my oldest back yet. I've been trying my hardest to fight and not give up because my children need me. My oldest has had bruises each time I see my oldest and my baby is now 3 months and since they have took my baby she's had a uti and has been grubby each time seeing her. I was fully breastfeeding at the time they removed her. They didn't offer me a breast pump at all, and they made it so that I had to give up pumping. They sabotaged it for me. I have no criminal history or anything like that. I don't do drugs or drink. So I don't know why they are trying to keep my kids from me and saying lies about me. I am 22. I've had plenty of experience with taking care of children since I was 9 years old. I've been babysitting since I was 9 also. I did parenting classes like they asked of me and everything. Why is it that they can do this to good parents like myself and my fiancé? Also they never gave me the reports that were filed on me. They never even gave me a chance before they took either child. They just came and removed them and said I neglected them which I never did. My kids were always clean and fed and dressed properly and have plenty of clothes. I don't get it.REPORT COMMENTS

Dcf got involved in my grand daughter life because mother tested positive for marijuana while pregnant for another child. the investigator found neglect for my grand daughter since my son has gone to court for custody for his daughter while in court the judge called dcf to ask questions dcf admitted why the investigation opened the case but didn't have anything to say why my grand daughter mother was not fit to care for my grand daughter better than that the judge ruled for the child to return to her mother after finding out the mothers boyfriend is in s gang and also the mother admitted to smoking marijuana while she has her children in court what a system we have to make sure our children are safe another case slipped through the cracksREPORT COMMENTS

Dcf social worker Holly Kinch acused me of sexually abusing my own daughter in 2014 My baby girl was 4 years old! There was no evidence no criminal charges no police investigation.. I was treated like a criminal by this social worker who ruined my life!!! I was before than anything a mother and the primary parent.. My ex husband was arrested and charged for domestic abuse and child endengerment in 2012 and 2014 he acused me of sexually abusing my daughter and tried to get me deported! Holly Kinch the only professional that was suppose to investigate the case only spoke to me once and supported his allegation because my four year old daughter said mommy tickled my pee pee .... Now 2.5 years latter and 85 k on legal fees I finally have a trial and this will not end here because DCF had reversed my case after 1 year that I requested a fair hearing probate court didn't even looked at it and holly Kinch still coming to testify in court for my ex husband?! We have a 20 something year old worker who has proof that dad's girl friend abuses our then 9 yr old she has given him 3 black eyes which all have been documented and reported by the hospital doctors by the child and by me a older experienced worker.did the investigation who's exacts wotds were he is destroying those boy's exactly spot on so we went to family court for our trial where the abuser admitted pushing the child judge was angered and not only by this but judge put dad on breathalizer and dad failed a screen .DCF did nothing about this or the abuse this man has a 34 arrest record including alcohol and drug abuse and domestics he assaulted me at a pick up at my home Our child is scared to death to be there never mind the not feeding him properly.and his filthy home as the report states .I have a judgment from court that would help our sons completely but DCF is standing in the way as she the worker stated in court they were upset with me for going to obudsman and governor's offices for help so the local DCF office and worker kendra quisiano are essentially allowing neglect and child abuse. These kids need your help.and need it now ...governor baker sir your DCF workers need life experience and education on addiction. Domestic violence and child abuse thank you.REPORT COMMENTS

We the people have a voice, D C F Mass, they, lie, they take children from their families place them in foster home who are their friends ,we have proof of all we are saying the children are the ones who will suffer later in life ,D C F don't care. 4 years ago we (the childrens father/grandparents/aunts/uncles received a notice from Dept of children and families that my children were going up for adoption. We asked for the children for years and fought in court. Their names are Samantha Nuzzo and Alexander Nuzzo. The children were taken from their mother Rita Sager the night before she and the children were to return to Florida, they had tickets the next morning. Elaine Diserio obtained a 51A because Ms. Sagers unknown cousin reported a false report to DCF. The judge asked "are there any filing in any other state that would supersede any ruling I would make. Ms. Diserio lied to the Judge saying "No there is not" knowing full well custody was previously filed in the state of Florida for the children to be in the fathers custody here. [continued below].... Report Attachments: ..... There is 18 months worth of pediatric psychiatrist visits that were steady once to twice a month right up until the day the kids left for the MA. vacation. This fact has been hidden because the new social workers Habte ketema and Kim D'errico do not want it known that the older child Samantha Nuzzo had been under psychiatric care for ADD. It is a fact that a psychiatrist is well above expertise of any "DCF trauma counselor" Obviously had there been any reason to suspect abuse of any kind the psychiatrist would hgave known about it and reported it to DCF which was not done because there was no abuse. My mother Nancy Nuzzo Ray has been asking for custody of my children since this tradgedy occured in MA. Ms. Diserio told her "we do not like Florida DCF and that is why we will not transfer the case to Florida" My daughter told her mother on one of the visitations she had with her in MA. that she had to tell the trauma counselor what they told her to say. My daughter asked if Lavinia Wergen (the person who filed the false DCF report and the same person DCF placed my children with) would know what she said to the trauma counselor and the counselor said "yes" so Samantha was unable to tell her she was being forced to lie. Samantha also told her mother and the counselor that she is always hungry because Ms. Wergen will not give her enough food to eat. My daughter told the counselor that Ms. Wergens live in boyfriend is always yelling and she is afraid of him. DCF is the ?moving force? behind the on going violations of federal law and violations of the Constitution. This idea of not complying to the 4th and 14th Amendment is so impregnated in their statutes, policies, practices and customs, it affects all and what they do and they take on the persona of the feeling of exaggerated power over parents and that they are totally immune and can do basically do anything they want including engaging in deception, misrepresentation of the facts and lying to the judge. I have so much to tell about my trials with D C F MA. New Bedford, all the adoption, supervisors are so dishonest. They put our grandaught up for adoption, we have been trying to get her out ,we are license foster parent, we can afford our first grand child, this case is looking like race has some thing to do with this, five children, three different father two older children are with there family (white ) third child my grandaught is white and black in foster home, they kown about us ,no notifiction when they put her in foster home, the two younger children are with there family who is white. Dcf is horrible this system needs help ASAP their are good social workers out their which sucks for them cuz the majority of workers do suck not only do the workers suck the people who parole dcf especially in the norfolk county come into your home and look at you like your scumb of the earth when in turn they dont know you from a hole in the wall and only know you from what they read on a piece of paper. When in reality your an amazing mother your home is clean completely baby proofed and your child is very well taken care of and have gone above and beyond what dcf has requested you to do. Dcf isnt for the children. They don't protect they put them in the line of fire. Willing to give kids back to addicts and allow them to return to homes of domestic violence and unfit parents. The system is wrong, don't say a pattern doesn't matter. Police arrested and label others based on records, but a person who's continued to get kids taken away, do drugs, and stay in abusive relationships isn't allowed to be submitted as evidence they're unfit. It's ridiculous, my cousin will be returning home for the First time since he was born. To a unfit parent who's never been able to care for herself never mind either of her two kids. Clear evidence of partying online, neglect of his allergies have been seen. Swept aside as lessons learned. When something goes wrong it'll be wild fire, my mother has spoken to government people, wrote the papers, talked to dcf and even tried going higher with no calls returned. If this child gets hurt because they were for the mother and not for protecting the child it'll be a mistake they'd hate to make. I was majoring in social work, now I'm disgusted.REPORT COMMENTS

I?ve spent most of this afternoon at the Taunton Police Department in Massachusetts after discovering my 9 year old daughter?s claims that she has been physically abused. She was punched by my ex husband several times over the past few months if not longer. She was punched in the stomach arms and legs. Closed fist punches during his anger towards me and other problems in his life. I found this out when I was playing outside with my daughter and she told me this. She said he punched her in the stomach when they were getting ready to leave to come see me. And he warned her that she would regret seeing me. And she also claimed that he has punched her in the past when he gets angry. So I brought my daughter to speak to my boyfriend and she told him the same thing word for word. Then my boyfriend talked to me and we both agreed to report it to the Taunton police in Massachusetts. We waited a few hours for Mass DCF to show up. While waiting, my ex husband shows at my home to pick up my daughter while i was at the police department. I told the police officer that he was waiting at my home and was instructed to tell my ex husband to come to the police department. After waiting several hours two young white women appeared stating they were DCF workers. They were no older than 30 years old, and asked my boyfriend to leave the building with no statement. They separated my daughter and I and interviewed us separately. When my ex husband arrived at the Taunton police department he was interviewed separately as well. Each of us only had a five minute interview each and waited two hours for a decision. After all this was done the Mass DCF workers decided to release my daughter in his care. Saying that she did not look like a girl that is scared to go home with her father. So I was instructed to get her belongings and even when I forgot one item was instructed to go back and return said item. When I returned the items and my ex husband left with my battered daughter he said goodbye to me in a sarcastic manner in front of the officers and the DCF workers. Then I went inside and confronted the DCF workers to find out what the next step was. They showed little interest in my concerns and even pulled yet another act of sarcasm toward me. They just told me to document everything. How am I going to document anything since of this incident HE will retaliate by not letting me see her again because he has full custody of my daughter. I have court orders to visit her every week. This is showing how biased the Mass DCF is. If this was an assault from one adult to another, the police would arrest the aggressor or at least summon this person to court for assault.REPORT COMMENTS
