The DCF are nothing but a bunch of child selling, child abusing scam artists. They ruin every family they come in contact with and average of 80% of its cases made on decent, law abiding citizens; the other 20% being inconclusive whether any harm was definitely apparent. They are no more legal then drug dealers are in their methods, and GET AWAY WITH IT. -

In my books, DCF is totally useless. They are interfering in the lives of the wrong people. Over this past weekend 4 women from Springfield Mass overdosed on heroin and a child called 911. Well, I just found out today that their are not even being charged because of some good samaritan act. They should still be charged and DCF should be going there to remove the children. But, they go to your house because you leave your kids home alone for 45 minutes and someone calls on you and you get told your neglecting your children. There is no law in Massachusetts that states how old a child has to be before leaving home alone. They offer babysitting classes for 11yrs old and up. I have already looked up the laws of leaving a child home alone in mass. This is definitely one screwed up state that just wants you to pay high taxes and get NOTHING in return.REPORT COMMENTS

DCF went directly to my grand babies school and daycare and took them. My grand sons are 1 and 4 years old and I was never called or notified by dcf as a possible option to care for them. These babies are my life. I took care of both of them since birth along with my daughter. Once I requested dcf to have my grand babies place with me, they denied me because of a 15 year old dcf (dss at the time) history where I had asked for their help with the same daughter who had the babies taken away. She kept running away so I put a CHINS seeking help and dss got involved. She was put in foster care for 6 months until she went to go live with my mom. I am outraged that they look for any tiny incident in the past to hold it against you. DCF never gave me anything in writing denying my request nor could I appeal it to anyone. I was told by a clerk in probate court that dcf has a lot of power and whatever they say goes. After a week had gone by that they took my grand babies, my daughter went to court which was supposed to be 72 hours later only to find out that, not only were the babies placed with unknown foster parent, but they were split up because there wasn't enough room for both. I just lost it! I couldn't fathom my 1 year old and 4 year old grandsons being put in a home with strangers let alone by themselves without each other. We had requested for them to be placed with my son and his wife and were denied because he lives in a loft condo that didn't pass their inspection. Does anyone know how DCF can be brought down? This is an outrage and a crime that they are doing to the families. I love my grand babies very much and the best place for them would be with me. Why would they no consider that and put them wth complete strangers? We all need to sign a petition to bring this satanic movement down!!REPORT COMMENTS

My Daughter was taken and put in foster care because she tested positive for opiates when born and I was on methadone. I cleaned up my act and did every program known to man. It took 11 months to get her back. When I got her back, I knew there was something wrong with my baby... She was diagnosed with CDiff which if untreated she would surely be dead. I got her back to health and nothing had been done to the foster family that caused it or DCF. They removed my daughter a second time for false allegations and she received a bad rash from abuse and neglect. I pointed it out at a supervised visit...she was also covered in bruises. I took pictures then was yelled at by the worker that my visit would end if I took any more pics. She didnt get medical care for over a week and didnt see her doctor who was familiar with her rashes. They were not even going to tell me the outcome until CVS blew the whistle by calling my home telling me Audrina had a script to be picked up. She received an abscess on her private areas due to being untreated. (she is 3) and had to have it sliced and drained. She is traumatized and still in foster care when plenty of family members and friends want her. She now has scars that the department will not pay for. And she told me she had to sleep in the dcf office the first couple nights due to no foster parents. Then the foster mother made her sleep in a crib which she is way to big for and kept her in a room unfed. DCF deserves to be shutdown. My daughter never received disease or injuries on her privates in my custody. She loves me and her Papa and we take excellent care of her. She has everything she could ever want and most important she is loved terribly. Please help get her home this sweet innocent little girl is not the same and is permanently scared. DCF can do no wrong though even thought they are the main people that hurt and kill our children.REPORT COMMENTS

Dcf is threatening to take my son over neglect, but here's the kicker,,,he wasn't neglected, here's the real story, I was relocating, and staying with my grandfather, but had no room for my son, so he stayed with my mother. I was struggling to find a psychiatrist for his medications for mental health issues (he's 7), but kept getting met with waiting lists, and the like, so no luck. He couldn't get anymore meds through his Psyc doctor in nh because there was 1 for a whole county and he refused to switch meds that were not working. My son went 3 days without meds, and they called it neglect, even though I told them how hard it was to find a psych doctor here for him. Other parents take their kids off meds for a more natural approach, but I cant??? Now they refuse to let him back with his grandmother, saying neglect as well, but refuse to give me another option to work with that is feasible for us, not even suggesting alternative housing for us to be together, so tomorrow I may lose my son,REPORT COMMENTS

Dcf is a part of the system that needs overall, caseworker don't tell the truth and in the meantime the children are the ones that are scared for life ,and have problems as adults. DCF has custody of my 13 year old son. They are planning on moving him to another program even though he is excelling where he is. He has been in this program for a month and DCF has not enrolled him in school and state they won't enroll him until he is in the new program even though there is spacific time for him to be placed. They are now saying I may not get him back in Dec. they state they know I have done everything necessary to get him back but they are worried about him acting out and being removed again. They have torn my apart for way too long and my son has mental health disabilities so it is going to be extremely hard for him to adjust back to school and catch up and DCF says it's not their responsibility to make sure he gets a tutor. Not to mention that people who NEED DCF do not get services,meanwhile people who do not need services are plagued by DCF. DCF does not try to help families stay together they only take small children who they an mold and can't tell what goes on in foster care. They are suppose to help families but they don't. People who don't have kids shouldn't even be a worker. While we do need a program to protect children,DCF is not it. All the workers should be screened like they screen those parents involved with them. Just like the government,they care about a paycheck and people who do not even belong in our country. My niece is 10 years old and her mom is leaving her home alone..I feel it is totally wrong with everything that can happen to her and just morally its wrong!! Is it legal to do this? Or do you think that's serious enough to call dcf on her mother for not caring for her. Because now shes saying i cant see her because my brother(my nieces father) was at my house and the mom didn't want him around her! But before I took my niece I told her my brother would be staying with me while she was with me because hes waiting to move in upstairs to his own apartment and our cousin just died and we had a funeral to go to so we were visiting all together! so thats her excuse why i cant see her and now shes fighting with my mom (my nieces grandma) about having her and its all just for no reason we did nothing wrong!! SO i would really like to know if its a legal to leave your kid home alone until a certain age or if it is serious enough to call dcf on the mother??? I've been dealing with dcf for 3 plus yrs and have done numerous drug tests which came back negative and remind you I have NEVER had a drug problem EVER...but because my parents were addicts I'm one too in the words of a supervisor it's hereditary which is complete b.s. I'm a mom of 5 and dcf has taken me to court with outdated information due to lack of their help with any services that they say they offer...my kids missed school due to my family being evicted and placed in a rodent infested scattered site so I was forced to stay somewhere and couldn't tell school transportation or if get kicked out and I'd ask for my social worker to get a Bus pass which they do, do cause I've gotten them before. With absolutely no help from them but then 5 to 6 months later they take me to court and say we've done everything we could to help this family that my kids were in danger and had to be removed right away so we had to go to court the following day thank God for great lawyers cause they fought and the judge seen right through their lies...I have another court date coming up on Oct.4th and my kids have all updated records for doctors already future appts scheduled had a meeting with court investagator and she too sees through them hopes to the case to be closed...REPORT COMMENTS

Ok, well I know more than I should because I buried myself and investigated each state that has ffiliation with Mentor Network and come to find out each state with a contract with this agency also has like massachusetts a ridiculous amount of removals of children. They are targeting the families they can profit off, the ones with disabilities and the ones who can't afford legal counsel. The ones with a brain they argue are insane and losing it. I will not stand by and watch any longer. I will fight for each and everyone of you along with the children. And I will support the removal and overhaul of dcf 100 percent. I have done beyond enough research and digging into the corrupt system in the last few months spent hours upon hours following the trails of money to the connections of people who are employed and gain financially from the removal of children. Sadly, I had hoped that my finding would prove me wrong and that there is no financial motive behind the removal of kids, while we hear most removals are minorities, or come from low income families torn by drug abuse and crime I myself a victim of domestic abuse a victim of this torn system can wholeheartedly say that they do not care about YOU, ME, THE KIDS, THE ABUSE, NOTHING they care about the money and the kickbacks. I was going to attempt to get Charlie Bakers ear in Shrewsbury in late August as someone who taught his youngest child DARE in school I felt I may have a chancestors to make him listen to the awful corruption that exists in the state DCF, DTA, DCHD offices. Well, that week while putting together my arguments and finding exact proof for my claims I found an article that was bumped from front page of Herald and Globe that same week. What was it? An article stating that the REMOVAL RATE has increased 10% since Baker took office. I'm sickened. He can't be trusted either. I now know we are all just pawns in this money making smac. Out of 8,900 children removed in 2007 only 100 of them were legit abused or neglected. The Mentor Network is the agency that works hand and hand with DCF and isn't it amaxing that last year they made a whopping 47 million on NY stock exchange under CIVITIAS. please if you truly have been wronged by DCF and have had your family torn into shreds by people whom haven't spent one day studying law please follow the money. The state now doesn't have the mentor network on their budget under dcf now they provide the funds through DSS, wondering if that's why all these babies are being snatched at hospitals and children with disabilities are being removed at higher rates than ever. Starting in 2008 all the board members from CIVITIAS are also Listed on Bloomberg as Directors of Mentor Network, my family fears my research and think I am going to mysteriously be thrown off a building for speaking up but I won't hold this information back any longer. Look up DCF removal rates, look up Clinton 1998 campaign for kids safety, look up Oprah Winfreys stake in the removal of kids. It's sick. They are all connevted. I will be happy to provide all and any proof needed. I habe called state house, written letters, and called press release office for gov with nothing but having unemployment cut off, and any and all assistance shut off. I made the mistake of telling a worker what I had found and how they the dcf workers are actually part of a sick system who by corruption and money the main goal are basically selling our kids as they would drugs or guns on black market. dcf opened a case with my whife because she smoked on occason when morning sickness was to bad it helped her better than anything else and is all natural in jamaca they incourage it and there are not bad effects associated with smoking a little when pregnet or allot. The case is 7 moths old now our worker has missed between 3 and 5 appointments and did not call for days after or calls last minuite and says that he needs an appointment within a week or a day or 2. Not only is she 7 months old but she is advanced for her age she can take a few steps on her own say momma dada and hold her own bottle and feed herself treats. They gave us the option to do early intervention in the begging but we dont like strangers in our home around our kids. they are doing this too keep there business afloat at the dcf office my daughter has all she needs from us her parents we want whats best for her its time the goverment takes a second look at how they go about things and stop waisting funding on parents who actually care about there kids and go after more serious casesREPORT COMMENTS

I know exactly how they run in the department of social services because I once was in there system when i was 16 until i turned 20 and trust me on this they don't care about anyone but themselves. I have lost ny son William Johnathan Collette for open adoption and haven't even seen or heard from my son since they lied about me to make themselves look good. Last November 2015 my Sister was murdered by her estranged Husband. Because her Husband didn't have my new phone number, my other Sister received the phone call. My other Sister has since had the Boys - trying to control everything - will still hasn't been found. I've been fighting with DCF for close to 10 months in wanting to see them for Christmas, and other overnights - they continue to make false promises to visit my Home to approve overnight visits and I'm still waiting. Today was the last straw. We had an appointment and they never even had the decency to cancel. I wrote an email confirming the appointment and they cancelled (due to a supposed emergency) The Boys told DCF Social Worker they want to sleep over my Husband and my Home - they continue to lie and make false promises. Shame on them for ignoring a relative who wants to be part of these young boys lives. I'm happy when my Husband and I get to take them for the day, but still want overnights. I'm the victim, not the criminal and have been wronged by so many family members and DCF workers.REPORT COMMENTS
