This is disgraceful, sad,and very shameful what Dcf New Bedford mass is doing. They take my granddaughter from her mother, obviously the mother needed help ,unfortunately she passed away her life was so very sad. Dcf put my granddaughter in foster care they try to keep us away not this grand mother. After six years we are still fighting for this child they lie ,court date changes four times this pass year. Our children belong to good parent who can take care of them not to be in foster care.A lot of Dcf workers I think are the devil.REPORT COMMENTS

My eight months old daughter has been placed in a foster home after I called 911 for my wife who was suffering from pod. The uxbridge police department responded first. Officer Stratton of the uxbridge police department went into my bedroom with my wife and daughter to watch my wife breast feed behind a curtain even though I had told him I wasn't comfortable with him taking her statement because she was hormonal and half naked. Officer Stratton then used a sweet talking Voice asked my wife if it was ok to come in. My wife said yes as long as she could cover herself but she continued breastfeeding my daughter. Officer Stratton then smiled at me with a smug grin and jokingly said to me in a sarcastic tone "but I'm a police officer" at the same time shrugging his shoulders and laughing as is I were a jealous husband and not concerned about my wife's psychological state at the time. Officer Stratton ignored the fact that I called for an ambulance. I tried to go into the bedroom to get my daughter. Officer Dean who was taking my statement, until the talking stopped in my bedroom, warned officer Stratton that I was going to open the curtain. I went outside to leave and file a complaint with the police department but officer Stratton put me in hand cuffs and started playing tough guy telling me he's the not so nice cop as he twisted my wrist and pinning my thumb against a nerve giving me an extreme burning sensation in my arm he continued to do this while he said to the other officer in a proud of himself tone "she doesnt even want him here, yeah take him away then leaned forward and whispered in my ear how cute my daughter was... then he stopped mid sentence. I had seen a neighbor on the window across the street so I tried to tell them I needed help by More loudly telling officer Stratton that the pain in my arm was excruciating and submitting to what was an obvious power trip. I was taken to the hospital for a psychological evaluation instead of my wife and the officers stayed at the house with my wife and daughter. I was cleared and released from the hospital that night but my daughter has since been taken from both my wife and I who have been forced to separate or they wouldn't give my daughter back to my wife. I wasn't allowed to see my daughter for 3 and a half weeks. Now I am only allowed to see her once a week for an hour with police detail because of lies from police and social services employees.REPORT COMMENTS

My wife had a rin in with heroin 3 separate times the first time she did a 30 day program and syayed cleam for 2yrs the second time her dr gave here the vivatrol shot that lasted a year this past time and hope last time ever they came inyo our lives they demanded i remove my wife from our home and take soul cusyody of our 4yrold daughter or they would take her from me so idid today they call and demand i stop letting her mother see here wich has only been a few times my wife is doing amaizing right now but the way dcf is treating her is only testing her sobriety i feel they dont care about helping families but creating more addicts and killing the ones that are addicts its not fair ive never been in this much pain in my life someone has to step up!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

DCF takes children from parents who actually love and care for them and sticks them in foster homes with people who don't love them or just haven't been caught yet for being perverts. It's funny more then once I've seen terrible news stories about parents who deserved DCF in their lives, for instant a 2 month old boy who went missing and the parents as well. More then once DCF had been contacted about these two drug addicted idiots by friends and family. But DCF never batted an eye nor investigated. At least until they all came up missing and blood splatter was found over the walls. I'll spare you the horrific details but needless to say the boy was found in a wooded area and the parents 4 states away. No but DCF waste their time with parents who love their children unconditionally over some domestic disturbance that occurred and completely ignore people like these two who the father had prior criminal history with child abuse and we're both currently in and out of rehab for abusing Crack cocaine. If they would of done their jobs instead of ruining the lives of honest hard working individuals they possibly could of saved this poor baby's life. And in my experience with DCF I have found that their methods are a bit over kill, especially for people who aren't bad people at all.REPORT COMMENTS

Dcf is a joke i feel as if they stand for the better intrest of children why is it that families that work an try there very best are the ones they rush into an remove an the ones that are needing that rush into an removed are left for all the bad to remain etc.its going on 4yrs without my babies February 10th at 5:00 o'clock to be exact I've completed several service plans an due to domestic i done my part I've gone to shelters W.H.A. even called programs that dcf stated could help get my children back an i was turned away by all even a shelter for women n children due to having more then one child an all them being diagnosed with autism then they shouldn't advertise a battered shelter for women an children i have 4 small children in custody due for adoption. If they wanted adoption why keep adding service plans i jus dont get that in Worcester theres more help for parents whom are addicts then actual help for families in need that alone is child abuse i visit my children at the local office in which i find to be considered abuse to all children first off there rooms are never clean nor sanitized thats how children become sick worker's sit in door ways on chair's blocking entrances to each individual room in a narrow hall to myself i see that as being a fire hazard an unsafely if visits are to be supervised then i feel worker's should sit in the same room to hear an observe everything. My children always say what goes on in the homes while visits are placed as I address the (worker dcf words) "say when they say that. What happened." They'd know if they really done there job correctly when it comes to susupervised. An dcf is always famous for the words "well ukno there autistic they really dont kno anything" an that isn't right then there rooms feel as if were stuck in a coffin i belive there should be a park or playground in or out there buildings after all they taken precious childhood moments to be left as there only memories give the children whom suffer far more then you can imagine some pride an dignity as a child stop ripping the un broken mend the broken. The Fall River DCF has taken both of my grandkids from their parents,because of the parents being young adults this DCF in Fall River is putting them through hell telling them their not allowed to be together or even talk to each other. My grandkids parents deserves the right to be parents they are allowed to have sex,allowed to get married,so why not allow them to be parents. They need to start waking up and listening to all of us where's the Governor,where's the Senator. A family member contacted the Senator the next day in the Fall River DCF office Mike Brammer took her into his office took her visits away and yelled at the top of his lungs at her she came out crying why is carp like this being overlooked. Is this the new thing with Massachusetts DCF Office's taking children and placing them with the highest bidder, is there any newspapers,tv,radio stations,Government out their to Help us. We the people, Have had enough, and we all as the people need to keep telling them, enough is enough DCF! A long time ago, while living in Massachusetts. I posted a video of the police abusing me and they did a number on me. The video started to become popular online https://www.reddit.com/?/after_haverville_ma_police_figur?/? /\ They came to my home 26 times in one month (some of the times I was not home) I filmed many of these experiences and posted them online. Finally the state stepped in and took my children. they had me take courses and jump through hoops, and I did. For my children I would bring down every mountain in my path... Still no children, just another program to suggest. the videos began increasing in popularity exponentially , Reaching 70K views without breaking a sweat. It was causing a stir online. Finally, I arrived one day at Dcf Department Children & Family. A police officer was at the front steps, he confiscated my laptop and my back pack. I was lead to a small room off of the main hallway. There I was seated beside two woman and a man, social workers. I explained I was missing my children and that I've accomplished all that was asked of me, I also explained I deemed it unnecessary to take any more courses to be re-established with my children. They replied that perhaps the videos were clouding my vision. I told them I was innocent and I wanted to uphold my ability to be free in America. They answered that I wouldn't see my children until the videos where put down. I went home, took down the videos, and I had my kids 2 weeks later. #MURICAREPORT COMMENTS

I had a daughter she was taken for no reason. Dcf "NEVER" gave me a treatment plane to get my daughter back. My dads girlfriend asked my old worker if she gave me a treatment plane and the worker stated it's too late. no my daughter is 1 almost 2 year's i never got a chance to see her first step and to hear her first word. I have a case that i was never charged yet. Its been four years for this case now and i still haven't been chagerd. Dcf has been holding my daughter agaist me. Can we all try to get together to petition congress to change the way Massachusetts DCF handles things? They are ruining families, devastating families. Something has got to be done. We need to rally together and fight theses child kidnappers and save more families from being torn apart, more heartache, more abuse while children are in foster care.
