I'm Fr Alaska, ocs has been on my back for years. They lied to my ex husband and I from the very beginning. Stole both our children out of the village without proof of the allegations. Forced us into treatment and case plan after case plan. While my children crying to us to come home everyday. The courts didn't care about there welfare. Lucky they did get to go to my sisters, but lied about it being temporary. For yrs goin to court hearings and ocs dragging there feet with no help to my family at all. Ocs broke up our family, did not return my children after we did everything they asked. Now ocs overlapped my old case with a new one, cause I had a newborn. Ocs used my friend and 6 officers against me to kidnapped my child straight fr the hospital. Same crap, same liers, no help with the corrupt system at all. Cash for kids is what I read in newspapers. PTSD is what innocent babies get from getting ripped away there parents. Children don't know about money and the corrupt system. They just know they want to be with there parents. Wake up Alaska lawmakers and help our families Now! Stop Office of Children services! We want and need our children back that never should have been taken in the first place. Stay strong to all the Parents out there! God Bless you and may he give you strength, and your children back. -

kidnapping my child from a hospital and drugging me because you tell me you dont know where my child is saying im a danger cause im protecting my child is proof police state and hospitals and doctors lie to cover up all the unjustified kidnapping warrant states child taken from my home from me and the dad which dad wasnt even allowed to be with a pro.order in place should have ended it but lawyer and cps caseworkers and supervisors told me you cant negotiate with the government even though they see this was a set up they even told my family that this child is loved we never missed a visit or a ph.call throughout the year forced to give up my rights just to get their evil grip off my child they still stalk my child at my famils house and school in the state of NEW YORK having the schools attorney refuse them of my childs records because i closed it forced to give my child up they continue to waste NEW JERSEY TAX PAYERS MONEY all to have my child worry about being kidnapped again we even filled a police report .....the abuse of power has them on a all paid trip using governor Chris Christie STATE SEAL to write the lies of new case plan ....they need to be in jail and pay the tax payers of NJ back......and write apologies to all the children and families while they spend the time they serve ....my child even told them the foster parent let me go around the corner outside by myself and that the foster parent didnt let my child ware a seat belt the fp said its not the law ! every second our government doesnt do anything is a great injustice to the children of the USA! PLEASE DO SOMETHING CHILDREN WHY IS TAKING SO LONG !!!! I WANT MY CHILD AND WONT STOP TILL IM CLEARED OF THE PERJURY USED TO LET THIS HAPPEN !!!!! INVESTIGATE THE ATLANTIC COUNTY , WASHINGTON TWP. A family I know was threatened into signing a pcsp and was told they could talk to and see their children at any time. Cps did not let the family choose where the children would go and the children were put into 2 different homes. Cps violated the parents rights to have the children moved, after the mother sent a statement out of the cps handbook to the investigator an emergency removal was done. They twisted and used true events to suit their purpose for the removal. Cps has lied under oath in court and has not had to face any consequences for their perjury. I believe that they should be held accountable for actions such as these. Also the children have had no contact with each other for 3 monthsREPORT COMMENTS

My husband and I are victims of Jim Wells County CPS corruption. They immediatly took conservitorship of my two children, altered and destoyed files to gain upper hand in the case with judge, attorney, police, cheif, sherif,ect. Backing each other up. All this was done with a warrant that was not signed by a judge nor a case number. We are denied contact with our children it has been 4 mths now without hearing our childrens voice and seen them.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps has put red tape on me....they have made sure I can not see my granddaughter....and my mother has partial custody over her this is court ordered and Cps has advised the stepmom she can do whatever she wants either let my Mother see her yes or not....she was with me since the day she was born and then placed with my Mother for two yrs....then CPS then placed her with her Biological father... it is bad that after one has told CPS about the history of all that has happened in the Father's Past( having a DWI.over his head and having a child endangerment and the Stepmother's past..... they laughed at us and called us crazy people... and then there is another case where my other four grandchildren were placed with their Father with a past also and the Stepmother had cps case over her and still was able to discipline my grandchildren while hers were removed from her... .again CPS has advised that I am not allowed to see them also...CPS knows what they are doing...all these court appointed lawyers are paid by them...even the psychologist that work for them....to me they do not care where these children are placed as long as they get paid for it..Wish someone would listen to all that happens.. But CPS do what they do because they can get away with it all....REPORT COMMENTS

MY TWO DAUGHTERS WHO ARE TWO AND SIX WERE TAKEN ON 6/21/16 AND I WAS CALLED INTO COURT BY MY ATTORNEY ON THST DAY AND TOLD TO COME TO COURT BECAUSE WE HAD COURT BUT ON 6/14/16 WE WERE COURT AND I WAS TOLD TO COME TO COURT ON OR BEFORE 6/24/26 BUT STILL I CAME AND MY LAWYER CHRISTINE COOK OF HISCOCK LEGAL AID SAID THAT MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER'S FATHER BROUGHT UP A 'NEW" AGAINST ME AND SIGNED A STATEMENT BUT SHE REFUSED TO SHOW ME PROOF. THERE WAS COURT OFFICERS SAYING MY NAME AS IF THEY WERE GOING TO ARREST ME SO I ASKED MY LAWYER AGAIN WHAT ARE MY CHARGES AND MS. COOK SAID THAT WAS'NT YOUR DAUGHTER'S FATHER OVER YOUR HOUSE THE OTHER DAY AND I SAID YES AND SHE SAID THAT HE SAW YOUR DAUGHTER HAD INJURY AND REPORTED IT AND THEN HE WALKED IN AND MY ATTORNEY WAVED TO HIM SAYING THE JUDGE HAS NOT CALLED US IN AND TO WAIT OUT IN THE WAITING AREA SO HE DID. THEN MY KIDS LAW GUARDIAN ARLENE BRADSHAW CAME UP TO ME AND SAID HARSHLY WHERE IS HOPE AND I SAID IN THE CAR WITH MY MOTHER AND SHE SAID I WANNA SEE HER NOW AND I GOT MY PHONE AND CALLED MY MOTHER AND SHE CAME IN THE COURT HOUSE AND BROUGHT MY BABY HOPE AND THEN JUST STARED AT HER AND WALKED AWAY INTO THE LAWYERS CONFERENCE ROOM STARING AND POINTING AND MORE COURT OFFICERS CAME IN AND I SAW THE CAPTAIN OF THE COURT OFFICERS LOOKING IN AND SMILING SO I JUST SAID TO MY MOTHER HOLD MY BABY BECAUSE THEY BEHAVE AS IF THEY WERE GOING TO ARREST ME FOR SOMETHING AND THIS WENT ON FOR HOURS I GOT TO THE COURT AT 10ISH IN TE MORNING ALLOWED TO TAKE A LUNCH BREAK AND TOLD BY JUDGE HANUSZCZAK THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO RETURN BUT I WAS SCARED HE WOULD SAY I FAILED TO RETURN... AND NOW I WISH I HAD NOT RETURNED BUT I WENT BACK TO COURT AND I WAS NOT TOLD TOLD OF MY NEW CHARGES AND THE SOCIAL WORKER GAVE TESTIMONY AND I TOLD MY LAWYER THAT I WANT TO SPEAK AND THE JUDGE ALLOWED MY LAW AND I A CHANCE TO SPEAK AND DID A RECESS AND WE RETURNED AND I WAS ALLOWED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THEY DID NOT TELL ME OF ANY NEW CHARGES AND THE JUDGE REFUSED TO LET MY YOUNGEST FATHER ENTER THE COURT PROCEEDINGS WHICH WAS UNLAWFUL. I WAS ASKED NOTHING OF THE "EDUCATIONAL NEGLECT" THE ORIGINAL CASE FROM 10/30/2015 NOR WAS I TOLD OF THE NEW CHARGES. THE CASE WORKERS, SCHOOL & SCHOOL DISTRICT ONLY ALLEGATIONS AND NO EVIDENCE. MY DAUGHTER GOT "WHITE-EYE ON HER EYESLASHES BECAUSE SHE TRIED TO MIMIC ME USING MASCARRA! I HAD TRIED TO GET IT OFF AS BEST I COULD AND I DID BUT SHE IS VERY LIGHT-SKINNED AND HER EYES WERE IRRITATED SO I TOOK HER TO THE DOCTORS TO CHECK HER EYES AND THE DR. GAVE ME OINTMENT CREAM AND I APPLIED IT TO HER SKIN AREA AROUND HER EYES! (PROVED) NO NEGLECT! BUT THE JUDGE TOOK MY CHILDREN AND I WAS TOLD BY MY OWN ATTORNEY NOT TO SPEAK AND I SAID NOTHING MY ATTORNEY DID NOT APPEAL, FILE A STAY, CONJUNCTION BUT RATHER BENT OVER AND LAUGHED AND I HEADED TOWARD THE EXIT SO I COULD GET MY TWO YEAR OLD THAT WAS WITH ME AND THE CASEWORKER ANDREA LEVANDOWSKI RAN BEHIND WITH COURT OFFICERS FOLLOWING ME AND MY MOTHER WAS NOT IN THE COURT SOREPORT COMMENTS

These guys recorded the whole ordeal with there cyfd case and they were not allowed to show it because they could proove everything was false of what cyfd said and it all started when they asked for help by the state and there child thearpist came out to help them and told them a wrong idea and they have all the records from them and why didn't they get in trouble or go to prison like this faimly and they Done there whole treatment plain and and when they finished there treatment plain and got the kids back home they went to prison and they deserve justice and help because they have recorded and dated everything on these recorders and paperwork and pictures so the Kirkland faimly of Hobbs nm needs help cyfd tryed to take this stuff but thank god there faimly hides and kept there stuff because when they had a home and a great long timed work job they went after them went they got put in prison and did not exceed to get them they hurt them more when they served there 9 months sentence and still done everything to get there kids back and then lost and a cyfd even ammited to lying in court even while on record taped court records still they can show the judge and someone please help these guysREPORT COMMENTS

My CPS case was from domestic violence in my home by my ex husband...I called the Police which I thought were to protect and serve But I regret it with all my heart. Social WORKERS came aggressively and already discriminating upon my parenting ethics. They said I failed to protect when I called the police to protect myself so I could protect them... I knew my rights they had no jurisdictional grounds to obtain my children and I was a clean and sober person. I had nothing to hide. The y had warant and any documentation with false or inaccurate statements automatically are disqualified for any reason to come into my home and take my children ...My daughter was only five she stayed in a foster home with my ! half year old son... I noticed in visitations that my children had undocumented browsing, always dressed really shabby even though my parents and I brought them new clothes which we never seen them wear. My Daughter had a bad cut on both sides of her foot and it was swollen with bruising, she could barely walk and they were too scared to speak.. They became Zombies and my daughter was taking on more protectiveness toward her two year old brother because she said she was in fear... Thee out dates later I read a portion of the report that my daughter was inappropriately acting upon herself and was taken eventually 18 days later to be examined.. There was obvious damage but The CPS reporter said there was no need to investigate and called the police off the scene. Later after our case closed I went to The hospital to retrieve those documents for that day...The foster mom waited 18 days before she took action and my daughter mentioned she was scared on laundry days because she would get angry about her bloody underwear....Her 17 biological son was the result of my daughter having night terrors. The son of 17 would kick her out after he was done sexually abusing and raping a five year old girl. She made an attempt to escape but the son pulled her back into the room and that is where she got the stolen foot and random bruising she would have to return to another quarter where a 13 year old girl being fostered who would immediately call her ugly and gross with the knowledge of what she went through...My taught became more of a mother figure to my son to protect hime from being hit in the hear and slapped to the ground to stop hime from his temper tantrums ..There were times when my children knew the foster mom left the building and would just want me to hold them, I wasn't allowed to cry or make promises of them coming home. But I will never leave my children but that was the first I was not even allowed to protect them. They looked like beat down dogs and make very little eye contact.When I was given my god given right to have my children back and my case closed, My children were not the same, I would stay up on endless nights trying to comfort them from what they had experiences.
