Louisiana DCFS mishandled a report by copying another case findings into my nieces' report and then filed the false report with the court; slandering my sister and endangering my two nieces. Somebody needs to hold these agencies accountable and make them protect the innocent children instead of muddying the issues with gross incompetence!REPORT COMMENTS

I have had friends harassed by cps (had and recordings of cps misconduct) Suffolk county judges are all corrupt as the attorneys. as for law guardians it is one of the most corrupted but coveted positions in the county. I think an overhaul and a lot of disbarment should be occurring.REPORT COMMENTS

Erie County Family Court has opened my eyes to the fact collusion, racketeering and just 100%bold corruption is in full effect! It seems it's all politics and networking, cliques and favors for favors..Judicial Electorsl Reform could help, and in an attempt to rid the courts of some of the corruption and harm being done to children and families, I would be happy if the SACRED AND HIGH POWER position of ATTORNEY FOR THE CHILD/CHILDREN, they should require a thorough and formal education in child development and milestones, child and family psychology as well as a refined education in psychology in general. All these elements define the cases they are supposed to be working w/ the goal of resolve that suits mainly the best interests of the children.however, if they don't have the knowledge and training to recognize the family dynamic and the underlying make up of such things, how can they truly do good for these families in crisis? The language of law is not complete when it comes specifically to FAMILY LAW...this is the one area of law that truly requires another dimension or more of various criteria's allowing for complete consideration and acknowledgement of what type of people and situations they are dealing with, so that actual resolve stands a chance of coming fourth, this benefits the family, which is the foundation of society! Please know that Erie County Family Court Judge Deanne Marie Tripi and attorney Melissa Ann Cavagnaro are in no way fit to work in the area of family law, they are involved in nefarious, deceitful, unlawful activity that is maliciously pernicious to children and mothers especially, they need to be thoroughly reviewed as do all of their cases!they are causing civil unrest and I hear rumors (what I hope are just rumors) about the trouble these individuals cause and the uprising they are causing to stir up behind the scenes! The government needs to publicly address this before things become worse! Now more than ever, people need faith in the government and trust and I see the opposite happening because of judges and lawyers like these.. I must say, the Niagara a County Family Court system is doing a fine fine job! Their judges, support magistrate's, clerks and all officers of this court uphold their positions with a true sense of honesty and integrity..creating an environment where justice csn prevail... NIAGARA COUNTY FAMILY COURT SETS A FINE EXAMPLE OF HOW FAMILY COURT SHOULD OPERATE! They truly put the "family" back into family court, whereas ECFC removes and harms the family... I would have never believed this corruption - in a million years - until it happened to my family. The CFS worker Dena Marlatt - refused to acknowledge the rape of a child - and gave the abuser custody. CFS social workers should be licensed by the state, maybe then there would be some accountability. CPS caseworkers are abusing their power. Children who are under the care of a parent, that are happy, healthy, thriving, attending school without excessive absences, attending all physicals, receiving all immunization in a timely manor, attending Dr appointments when ill, in some cases children are able to communicate to the courts about home life and are reporting nothing but a happy healthy home are being ignored and are being removed from a parents care for no more then a failed drug screen. It is unfair, not only to the parents who desperately want their children in their home, but also to the children, who are ripped away from their loving parents, loving home and are left to see their parents once or twice a week under the complete digression of the judge, who rarely looks or listens to anything but the District Attorney. Removing a child from a parents care should be the last resort, not first. More evidence of neglect should be revealed before taking such a drastic measures as removing children from their home and a parent losing custody. Removing a parent from a child's life cause more psychological harm then the parents non evidential neglect. The system is hurting more children then it's helping and that fact alone should be enough to launch an investigation.REPORT COMMENTS

Family courts are no allowed jury trials, judges are often free to order even violation of federal laws, assets are being taken away without proper due process, men and more now even women are beign inslaved with alimony payments to sometimes the part that commited crimes against them, essentially victim is ordered to support it's attacker. Family courts are outside of constitution, often to benefit endless attorney fees. There is no jury, judges are allowed to do exactly what the constitution is preventing. I can not even imagine what happens to children and their parents in this semi-just system. The whole family law is outside of constution. Lafayette county took my kids cause my six yr old kept sneaking out and my house is a pos we been fighting for four mts now and done everything asked of us and we are no closer getting my kids home they won't increase our visits my kids are begging to come home and we are constantly being attacked by the prosecutor and police,and dfs on false statements we get close then they hit us with new charges that throws us back like they are trying to keep my kids of no legitimate reason our kids are our life and are fighting like hell we can't even move to a better house cause they are constantly throwing us in jail and making it impossible to get the funds to do so and we can't afford a lawyer they just hit me with a felony charge on child endangerment cause my house was dirty but they had already taken our kids and waited four months to charge me I have never even been to jail until a couple days ago where I was treated horrible the male officers searched me without a female officer and made me sleep on a floor without a mat and put me in population when they knew my jusband was bailing me out with in ten hours I don't know what to do anymore please help meREPORT COMMENTS
