My family has been fighting a chips case in Ramsey County Minnesota. Do to my kinship rights being violated and my nephew being medically kidnapped from the hospital placed into foster care for 22 days and hospitalized due to abuse and failure to thrive everyone within this case now has a personal interest due to the illegal actions that have taken place. The CPS worker made false statements to the courts to give Merit to this case and when we went to court and denied what was stated CPS remove that line in the petition which was the only thing giving Merit to this case and this case was allowed to continue and the judge was swapped. Throughout this illegal unethical process a verifiable fraudulent information has been submitted to the courts without evidence. Every order an action that has taken place on this case has been fraudulent. My sister and I have pull together medical records and Court transcripts to verify every action that has taken place in this case is fraudulent. We are now being blocked by the judge of submitting this motion on record YouTube the liability to all parties involved. My sister was stripped of her legal representation and was forced to proceed pro se. Everyone involved has a personal interest in this case due to the complexity and how far this case has gone on fraudulent actions. We are seeking any assistance that can be provided we have all evidence that is needed to verify that everything that has taken place on this case is fraudulent amongst other things. I am a 33/w/m, I have three children, a son Owen Carter 6 also two beautiful little girls, Skyleigh Lnn Marie (4), and Brooklyn Grace Lee (1). . Its been almost four years since my kids were stolen from us by a corrupt Schuykill County court gun ship of lies and misrepresentation along with some very scattered ammo provided by the kidnapers of the group, Children and youth ( Aka Baby Snatchers). All over non compliance. But now I have been in compliance for three years and still am only allowed two hrs every week not one visit at my home they are just keeping our children as slaves to pay there bills while we are being told we are not fit, my four year old tells me she it being molested by a foster brother. I just experienced a horrible experience with sheriffs showing up at my door with a young white guy who calls himself a CP investigator and took off with my baby grandson. This very same thing has happened to me and my grandchildren I was named kinship guardian two years ago and had children 20 months .. made someone mad and CPS worker created a Casey..From the CPS worker lying on original petition, to CPS going to Maryland and taking kids from there mother while on a visit to other grandmother house ,No chance for improvement just removal and then the children being moved 6 times in 2 months And also thst children were not only physically abused but sexually abused While in the CPS foster care system in state of West Virginia ... No integrity whatsoever being displayed by Family Court Judges and the attorneys that work hand in hand, (who are in cahoots with the Judges) with this unlimited abuse of power allowing this corruption to persist. Some people try to use "pull" to receive preferential treatment. They should realize that when justice is the issue it is CORRUPT to seek preferential treatment and CORRUPT to give it. The judgment belongs to God, not these corrupt money hungry judges and attorneys. Step down you haughty incompetent judges and their influential friends, the attorneys. Move aside and let justice prevail. Let the light reveal the darkness. Enough of this outright discrimination. Our civil rights are being denied within this arena of a monkey court. My 9 year old niece who is in the autistic Spectrum was taken from her parents home because they felt she had too dogs and messy. Do to the childs disability they refused to place her with a family or friends and they put her in a group facility 2 hours away from her home... well at this facility this child has been sexually molested physically abused and verbally abused I've been to the justice department and to the police is child remains there... this is outrageous you take a child out of a house where she is loved...to be sexually abused this is disgusting. CPS needs a total reform but unfortunately nobody seems to be doing anything everything gets just covered up and brushed under the rug we all need to work together to get this system reformed our children's lives and future are at stakeREPORT COMMENTS

First of all CPS took my grandson. Secondly, My grandson was sexually assaulted at a group home. I feel helpless! I went to the RPD to report the issue. I wanted them to call the Merced police dept. and send them to the residence where my grandson is The cps charge is that I said that I was unable to care for him when this statement is not true. Ann Bennett ER social worker told me you can go Ms Morris, he is not going to go to school, she ushered me out of the building and as a result I was given a attorney who is always on vacation and I am sitting here being told by the courts that there is going to be a reunification and each time I go to court they will not let me present my side of the story they took my grandson and he is learning criminal behaviors, seeing adults defiant behaviors and consequences, clients are passing gas on him as they pass by him and much more. He is 11 yrs old and the clients in the group home is 14 and up. He is wanting energy drinks, I feel that at this time he is being bullied and is scared to tell it to me. This issue stems from him not wanting to go to the special ed school the was assigned to and not wanting to go to his therapy apt as well as Dr appts. I explained the point that we were working with the Special ED Dept about his issues and we were looking at options to resolve this issue I have proof. Please have some one contact me we need help with this. The CPS report in terms of them digging up past history is only a one sided story. The language that they are presenting is not true or revelent. The fact is that he is not safe in that group home. I have outside services in place however the cps worker is obsessed. He states His grandmother would have slapped his lips off his face . I responded by saying I don't rule by the fist and he got very angry and stated he will be in the group home for years. The picture is that society puts certain young children in a Environment such as this one and later the child become a criminal or severely damaged. I want my grandson home .REPORT COMMENTS

I am astonished on how the State is allowing the practice of negligent investigations conducted by Social Workers to make decision that can have detrimental and long term affects to our children and families. It is very apparent the CPS case workers assigned to these cases are overloaded with cases, overwhelmed and making last minute decisions to meet their deadlines, in which is rarely NOT in the best interest of our children. The outcome of these carelessness investigations are affecting our children and families life?s here in California. CPS case workers do not have the time to properly conduct what should be a thorough investigation to make an effective decision based on what is the child?s best interest and well-being.REPORT COMMENTS
