my name is Frank Nicholas my child was born on 6th 6 2000 she had a heart defect the one who's doing the test on her heart accidentally broke the heart song because he was tired what an excuse so did you want me to put my kids to sleep and I told him now so that the fox came over and did the emergency surgery so I was the time went on we noticed that it Cooks Hospital in Fort Worth Texas had sat there and charge Medicaid millions of dollars for nothing so I went ahead and took my kid out of there because I have to go to CPS and file medical negligence against the hospital but the CPS told me she couldn't do that because it was a business and I asked her is that where you get all your business so the next thing you know everything broke loose I had Child Protection Services in my life for the last 17 years I've been here so I've been stalked you name it the messed up part about the whole thing was it was I had to take my kid to Dallas Medical Center to show proof that these guys are charging Medicaid all this money and nobody wouldn't even listen to me I got back from the hospital Cooks because I went ahead and recorded some of the information that you're giving me cuz they wouldn't tell me what's wrong with my kid I watched 11 kids died and simple things when you hear parents screaming at the doctor and saying when you mean you didn't put enough teaching my kids hard cuz she died this is our problem right now no problem this is our constitutional rights as their parents rights are getting neglected every single day I'm being abused by the CPS office and the state have been set up for many things and they try to kill him many times but I would like you to do if you can write me Frank Nicholas 340 South Texas to somebody's got to do something about this we ask you this for our sakes all of our sakes that child protection services and the government is so corrupted that we need to straighten this outREPORT COMMENTS

And The Judge Granted. How Unbiased Of Him. School Cop Boss Married To Head Sheriff Related To Top Judge. Judge And GAL Husband On Same Committee. Never Got One Chance To State One Sentence. Oh Yeah. There Was 58 Days From Emergency Ex Parte Filing & First Day In Court. Our Daughter Living With Us Until GAL Sent Her To Them.Then Another 56 Days Until Second Court Date, When The Judge Himself Called Continuance ( Still Trying To Figure Out If He Has Jurisdiction). This Was Another 91 Days When He Called Date For Case Review, We Never Received. 205 Days Total And Discover Brief Their Attorney Filed Saying We Abandoned Our Child. Not True. Their Petition Didn't Even Have Any Evidence To Support This. Not A Word. Never Have Seen One Report From The GAL, Who Never Investigated. Filed Appeal & Objection To Motion. Never Have Heard A Word. My husband and I were involved in a dispute(just verbal) which did not involve our children when the next day he was arrested for "questioning" and a CPS worker came to our house for an initial well visit(we had no open case with them) and took our children and placed them into foster care without doing an investigation of any sort. She did not speak with either of us in regards to the incident, neighbors, or police, or our children. Our children spent 4 days in foster care and we've had several arrangements since December 2015 with the kids either through a designee or with one parent ordered out of the home, but have NEVER in 10 months had an opportunity to speak in court about what initially happened and why our kids were removed in the first place. Our children and both my husband and I were finally ordered to live within the same household in May ONLY if we signed a paper agreeing that all the allegations the CPS was trying to make were true. We signed for fear we would have to live separately until we could get a new court date three months out. After living in the same home for 3 months, things were back to normal and everything was fine until we missed court and the judge ordered the children to be taken due to noncompliance. We had asked our case worker repeatedly to send us the court documentation and when our next court appearance was to no avail(we were given a wrong document from DEC when we left court in May). We were ordered to attend counseling and waiting for our case worker to arrange that(has to go through the case worker to be approved and set up). I was in the middle of my counseling appointment in complete compliance with a court order I hadn't even seen when they knocked on my door to take my kids and remove them. This system is a mess and as much as I'm frustrated over it, the people they are hurting the most are my two small children(Kathryn is 5 and was taken from school on her second day of kindergarten and Jaxson is 2). This is not what's best for my children and many that know the situation agree the ONLY people that have put any sort of trauma, stress, or pain in my children's lives are the Childrens Division and the Family Court.REPORT COMMENTS

I am the mother of Anna Nunes, in Nunes vs. Eelman. I am writing to ask for your written encouragement of an immediate decision regarding my case, and ultimately, the safe return of my 2 year old. daughter Anna. On October 7th 2011, the removal of my child was issued in an order stating immediate and irreparable harm. It was allegedly argued that I did not provide defendant with his parenting time. I was the primary custodial parent since her birth on August 6, 2009 until she was removed to defendants parents house where she now resides. The charges were later dismissed in municipal court on January 10, 2012. The defendant failed to appear and failed to establish that I interfered with his parenting time. I was not served with the supporting certifications for the claim of harm to my daughter. I was not given my day in court and denied due process. The change of custody was ordered based on unsupported conclusions which are insufficient. ?Rather, the trial court must state clearly its factual findings and correlate them with the relevant legal conclusions.? Curtis v. Finneran, 83 N.J. 563, 570 (1980). That did not happen here, and these are just a few of my concerns. I feel violated, and discriminated against, as a human being, and as Jewish woman. I believe the court failed the best of my child as she is suffering harm under this current order. I believe a Judge should observe the same standards that the law requires from ordinary citizens.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been fighting for 2 yrs to get my kids home, they were taken into custody for reasons im unsure of to be honest. Since then evidence has disappeared, evidence has been fabricated, they lied to the judge under oath. My lawyer wasnt on their side not mine, when I question anything their doing or point out how their wrong the answer I always get is, "it is what it is." My husband isn't allowed any contact even though there isn't a safety issues and the kids ask to see him. I have three FOIL reports on three sepreate unsubstantiated ACS investigations. The Family Court in Manhattan proceeded to use the "evidence" (I know they did not look at the reports) to give my ex full control over my children. I am a historian and trained at reading freedom of information requests and have ample evidence that my ex has used her position as a court mandated reporter for her own personal benefit. No one will listen or look at my evidence. I have mountains of other significant evidence (recordings, forensic report, texts, etc...) that demonstrate her abuse of the Family Court/ACS (she is a high-school principle). The corruption is unrestrained and I, as a professional historian and tenured faculty member am now on the verge of homelessness because I had the audacity to fight back. Now I can't see my children because the courts allowed blatantly faulty evidence and her repeated fabricated information to ACS to overcome a supposedly judicious and equitable process. This corruption remains unrestrained and from my research has ruined thousands of lives of loving and dedicated non-custodial parents.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS took my 4 kids in 2011. Because I was around people smoking marijuana, while I was 8 months pregnant. They then piled on crazy crazy lies. I've done random weekly UAs for four and half years never failing one. I've jumped through all their hoops. Sept 19, of this year the court filed to terminate my rights of my soon to be 5 year old and move my case towards adoption. My now 11 year old was placed with her father (who'd never had anything to do with her) in 2012. CPS has removed her from his home due to horrible physical abuse... And placed her in foster care Again. We have Not SEEN OR TALKED to her in over 5 months because that is what DCF thinks is Best for her right now.... she has attempted suicide 3 times in the last 5 months... And I am not even allowed to talk to her... She has No idea her Mom is fighting for her. AND THIS IS JUST A SMALL FRACTION OF WHAT DCF/CPS/KVC HAS DONE TO MY FAMILYREPORT COMMENTS

Lana Camron from Kenton County Kentucky falsified statements in a court to push her own agenda. I raised my daughters for two years on my own before moving to that state for a job. She told the judge I smoked crack (submitted a hair sample, clean of everything), that I left them home alone with a gun (I was next door with the only gun I owned, that I was in need of treatment (obtained my psychological report after it was court ordered, not even close to accurate.) I was the only living parent for my two little girls and the last time I left them was with my oldest having to be restrained screaming and crying as I drove away. I will gladly go public with everything, unlike CPS, I don't hide the facts to cover up a negligent investigation that consisted of them throwing down a bunch of accusations to see what will stick.
