In August of 2010 my infant son Sammy was kidnapped by Dyfs at 11 months old because my wife, Victoria, had post partum depression. Victoria loves our son and was ashamed that she had post partum depression and would never hurt him. Because she had PPD I was taking care of my son and I never had PPD obviously. I took perfect care of him in every single way. He was never abused or neglected in any way whatsoever. He had everything a baby could ever want or need. He was happy and healthy, very loved and well taken care of. Dyfs took my son because they made paranoid false assumptions about my wife that had no basis in reality. We suspect that Dyfs initially became involved with our family because a sociopathic acquaintance of Victoria lied to Dyfs about her because she was jealous of her. Dyfs has been holding Sammy hostage now for over a year and a half. They have been trying to justify their actions in court by misleading the judge; presenting their paranoid delusions about Victoria as if they were facts. We haven't even been allowed to say a single word in court, so the judge has never been able to hear the truth. But these Dyfs Nazis have been allowed to lie to the judge for a half hour straight each time. My court appointed attorney says 'this is how the system is, you'll get a chance to testify in 6 months.' This gang of misguided authoritarians had no grounds whatsoever to kidnap my son. But I have never even been given the chance to tell the judge the truth. Dyfs competely violated our rights and they know it. But instead of admitting their mistake and letting Sammy come home, they are trying to cover their butts with a mountain of lies. They had Victoria see one of their therapists for an evaluation and the woman wrote a report that was 100% fiction. She claimed Victoria said things she did not say just to make her look horrible. It was the most unethical thing I've ever seen in my life. I want to sue them but I cannot afford the astronomical attorney's fees it would take.REPORT COMMENTS

Bayonne DYFS had harresed me for four years. Everything was unfounded! then I finally broke @ threatened to shoot them. So wrong on my part! The BAYONNE POLICE DEPT. made the police report that I was going to shoot my children. I was arrested for terrorestic threats. The charges were dismissed. DYFS sent me to there own evalations, wich I have @ they said that I would never hurt my children! After 22 months being in foster care were one of my sons was STABBED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, they were placed with there father @ his wife in LA. The father's wife was a mentally ill women @ a CRACK HEAD. The father was a WOMEN ABUSER 2 DRUG USER, witch I had 2 diffrent restraing orders in diffrent states on him. Judge Lourdes Santiogo didn,t seem to care about that! She placed the children with there father,@ after two years with him,they were both physcially abused,mentally abused, @my youngest son was arrested down in LA. several times ,when he never got into trouble here. I went to LA> @ regained custody of my oldest son, who is now 16. My youngest son who is 14, is in the custody of the state of LA. I flew back with my oldest son in Feb 20012. Don't you know a week later they came to my door ,pushing there way in. Now there making up allegations of substence ab use. Not true! They make up things TO FIT THERE OWN AGENDA! They have to be stopped from runing families! My two sons went through so much abuse with there father @ his wife, that I don't know if they will ever be right again! Please can some Attorney help me sue them so this NEVER HAPPENS TO ANOTHER FAMILY AGAIN!REPORT COMMENTS

I sent in a letter the other day concerning my case. My case happened in New Jersey and i now live in New York. I didn't go into details on my last letter so im going to tell you more about my case. It happened 14 years ago when my daughter was 16. I had a very difficult time raising her because she was so mouthy. I left her father when she was almost 5 and my son was 7 my mother in law didn't like my at all and all she would do was call dyfs on me for everything stupid things and even made up things so everytime they came out to investigate they didn't find anything and so close the case. Well one day my daughter when she was 16 was yelling at me so bad while i was driving down the road i kept telling her to stop yelling at me because it always made me nervous when she yelled at me so i kept telling her if she didn't stop yelling at me that i was going to pull off to the side of the road and smack her well needless to say she wouldn't stop so i slamed on the brakes of the car and pulled to the side smacked her in the mouth which in turn broke open a cold sore she had on her lip and she got a bruse on her knee when i slammed on my brakes so she told her grandmother and then she called dyfs on me so now they got me for child abuse that i will never get off my record anyways she went to go live her dad and grandmother her dad got custody and she lived with them for only 2 months and her grandmother dropped her off on my job and told me she can't handle her anymore well needless to say after she came back to live with me she then started cursing me and she even hit me i took her down to probation and they told me to let her go she was almost 18 by then well she is 30 now with 4 kids and they all live with their fathers because of her drug problem. I was more like the kids mother then their grandmother and now i can hardly see them or even talk to them i was going to try to get costudy but had to with draw because of my dyfs record they were there in the court room but they had the wrong dyfs record which made me sound like i was really a child abuser the report they gave me said i lived in a different county that i never heard of and said i use to beat my daughter with wire hangers and extention cords WHAT first time i heard this anyways the Judge would not even listen to what i was trying to say he just said to me DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY HAS NO GRANDPARENTS RIGHTS and so it is up to the fathers if they want me to see my grandkids and dyfs was like i strongly recomend that i don't see them. Well since then i moved to NY to get away from all this false reports against me it's been almost 2 years now and my poor grandkids are all separated from each other and hardly see me when before they saw me everyday we would play games fly kites catch lighting bugs go fishing have tea parties walks playground ice cream crafts you name it we did it now nothing. I was wronfuly acussed by my daughter when was 13 years old she lied on me to get out of some trouble she was in she is now grown with a child of her own since then my other daughter has had a baby and the baby got taken from her because of the drug problem she has and i tried to fight for my Grandaughter and because of my DYFS record from 14 years ago i can't even get custody of her i want to fight this but the Lawyers want between 3 thousand to 7 thousand dollars that i just don't have and i might not win my case anyway. My daughter that acussed me will tell the Judge that she lied to get herself out of the trouble she was in but i just don't have the money to fight it also my ex husbands girlfriend called DYFS on me several times and when they came to investigate they didn't find anything wrong so they closed every case. My daughter, her husband, their 5 children, our whole family, we have all suffered endlessly for the past 5 years. I?ve raised my 5 children to be patriotic and promote justice, freedom, and fairness as I was taught growing up. Only now I question whether or not being poor can deprive you of true justice? ... Here?s my story....... My daughter and her husband are both being wrongfully accused of crimes they did not commit. They are being charged with child abuse! My granddaughter fell while a toddler and ended up with one of the MOST COMMON ?toddler fractures? ? a minor hairline fracture that is MOST COMMON when toddlers are learning how to walk. Dalylah (my granddaughter) was learning how to walk at that time. On December 18, 2007 my daughter took her child to the St. Mary?s emergency room in Hoboken NJ and from what we know now they MISSED that minor hairline fracture instead Doctors called my daughter an over exaggerated parent stating the baby suffered from a sprained ankle. They wrapped her leg up in an ace bandage and assured her to follow up with the Childs regular pediatrician 5-7 days prior to the visit? Two days later my daughter was back in the SAME emergency room? Her daughter?s leg appeared unusual due to intense swelling and she knew there was something wrong. On December 20, 2007, we learned the doctors from the 18th had missed the minor hairline fracture and had treated Dalylah incorrectly. The doctor then said there was a fracture and proceeded to call the prosecutors office and Dyfs. That very same night all four of my daughter?s children were removed from there home. They were forcefully taken from their mother and placed in foster care. My oldest grandson had to be removed from the foster home because he was crying excessively for his mother.. he was uncontrollable and the police department was called. My grandson was taken to Hackensack Hospital were they double dosed him on medication to try and calm him down in order to bring him back to the foster care home. The 3 other children stayed in that foster care home were the foster mother beat them (I know this because my grandchildren continuously remind me of the nightmare they lived in fear of having to return to the same foster home) . They still remember it as if it were yesterday. The oldest still wets the bed and this was almost five years ago. This year (2012), Dyfs closed the case. They found my daughter and her husband negligent. They were found negligent because they had two prior attorneys who were incompetent and did not present medical evidence to prove there was no child abuse. In fact the injury progressed and became worse on behalf of the wrong diagnosis from the doctors on December 18, 2007. Clearly if they had provided such evidence, it would have been easily discovered that my granddaughter had the facture the fist day my daughter took her (again a fracture that is most common with toddlers who are learning how to walk). I, too, have fell victim to this horrendous injustice!! I lost my 5 children for violation of a court order over 19 months ago. i have been investigated by the Randolph Nj office and only had my children removed for the above violation. I was pregnant during the time of our still pending court case. When I given birth, my newborn son was taken out of my custody at 3 days old. DYFS continues to commit perjury, along with their affiliate therapists, and the like. DYFS workers stated on the court report that I have 6 allegations that we transubstantiation for abuse. Despite the Judge ordering them to give them to me (NJ state laws requires substanitaions to be provided either verbally or in writting--incident dates, children names, and the type of abuse) Myself and my attorney have requested these substantiated findings several times, even in e-mails and still get no response. I am being told to answer to the case worker "true or false" to all the allegations they have in order to self-incriminate myself. I have no drug history, mental history, or have ever abused my children in any form! My family and I suffer immensely! It's been 19 months now and DYFS" therapists have said I have made no progress, so my children are going through the adoption process. I do not deserve for violation of a court order, and I fell as though I suffered enough and learned the error of my ways. Goverment officals need to closely investigate this office in particular and should be investigating all current adoption cases and trails coming from these fraudulent employees.It is a total violation of every right we have as American citizens and parents to try to terminate our rights from our own children when we cooperate and excel with every service that has been offered to us. I REFUSE TO REST UNTIL MY CHILDREN (ages 12 to 5 months old) ARE RIGHTFULLY RETURNED TO MY CARE! (If anybody out there knows any agency that will help me prove my case I would fully accept any advice. Time is of the essence! Heres my story....... My daughter and her husband are being fausely accused of abuse and face a 15 year sentence. My granddaughter fell while a toddler. My daughter did as any caring and loving parent would. On December 18th, 2007 she took her to the hospital, Saint Mary's in Hoboken. There that day, after having taken a x-ray of her ankle she was told her daughter had sustained a sprained ankle. She was told to follow up with her physician within 7 days. Two days later she took her daughter to the same hospital, She was concerned because the sprain had become swollen. The doctor then said there was a fracture and proceeded to call the prosecutors office and dyfs. ( The fracture was there Dec.18th. They just missed it)That night Decemeber 20th the children were removed by dyfs. They were put in foster care. My oldest grandson had to be removed from the foster home because his crying for his mother was uncontrollable and the police department was called. He was taken to Hackensack Hospital were they double dosed him the drugs to try and calm him down in order to bring him back to the foster care home. The other children stayed in that foster care home were the foster mother beat them. They still remember it as if it were yesterday. The oldest still wets the bed and this was almost five years ago. This year 2012, dyfs closed the case, but found that my daughter and husband were neglagent, They were found neglegent because they had had two prior attorneys who were imcompetent and did not present medical evidence. Clearly had they providing such evidence it would have been easily discovered that my granddaughter had the facture the fist day my daughter took her. Dyfs workers randomly showed up to my daughters house unannouced, They interviewed the older children and never found any sign of abuse. They would check for physical abuse on all 5 children and each time said there was no sign of any kind of abuse. Why are they still proceeding with the criminal chargers? Isnt there enough evidence to say it was the hospitals mistake... Why is dyfs still trying to mess with my grandkids lives and seperate them from the two people who love them more then anything in the world. Their parents..... If youve suffered such an extreme injustice as my family is now, I ask you to join our fight towards true justice. Dyfs is involved in my family and has now threatened to remove my two younger siblings from the household. I am the 3rd adult in the house and I was interviewed by a dyfs case worker the next day after they interviewed the rest of my family. I was informed by my own family what each memeber was asked and talked about and when I was interviewed, the case worker lied to my face and told me I was giving her false information. How can I give false information from the ones I heard it from? DYFS has been in and out of my household for 3 years now and I feel they are abusing my family. I WANT THEM OUT AND DISSOLVED.
