I want NO money just my grandaughter! I have money and a home to take the very best care of her.GOD this is so WRONG!! Some-one out there Must change these laws!! DYFS & the courts allows the young generation to dsrespect their parents. that is why the crime rate is hirer. Familys are only a number on their chart so the state can recieve funding. DYFS do not care about family values any more. they are heart less. even to there employees, family needs. I do not like or trust DYFS. They mishandled my case and I so uch as told them so when they sent theyre representative to close my case. A though there's bad parents in the world i think the laws need to be changed to protect the good ones .. were not perfect..... They took my friends three girls from her and placed them,in a home her kids were tied to the chair by rope and left neglected .. a while passed and they then were released to a friend which lived in a drug house smh... I have soo many stories... My grandma had nine adopted kids and they were all abused through the system before we got them i mean it was bad .. one boy didn't even know how to use the bathroom properly .. he had burn mark on his hands from forks and radiators ... My five children were taken because my abusive husband told the police I attacked him with a knife. I was arrested he was arrested and my children were taken. I am still not allowed to get my children simply because. I don't get along with my abusive husband who kicked me out of our home and stole all my property. While our children are still in dyfs custody he got another pregnant. I have done everything, every service dyfs wanted me to do. Now, a year after losing my children, my home my family, my job and struggling so hard to get these things back, I am still not allowed to be reunified with my children because of domestic violence issues with my husband whom I have a restraining order against. The judge states in the court order because we have unresolved dc issues reunification seems impossible.REPORT COMMENTS

dyfs took my 3 young boys from my care unjustly for a drug screen that vame up false positive which i was called in 2 days after taking the screen (results not even in yet)to take repeat test. when i asked why , i was informed there was too little to test , no temp reading and was taken unmonitored. they needed new specimen wiich that day they got 2 fromme each only half hour apart. reason being it was taking some time to pee in the company of a complete stranger violaying my privacy ,squatting donn in front of the toilet stating she needed a clear view so she told me she would give me a few minutes to see if i could "go" but guess i was so relieved that she no sooner walked out and the cup was full. unfortunately that was considered unmonitored as well. not even 10 min after leaving the dyfs office. . . i was back insisting to give a monitored specimen. . . which , i did. who would've ever thought 2 days later the results of the first specimenwhich was deemed "untestable" would come in positive for COCAINE , a drug i never touched! enough to remove my 3 boys tho. the repeat tests both NEGATIVE! with the help of my town pharmacist it was cocluded that a high dose of the antibiotic augmentin i was prescribed for 10 days leading up to the day before the positive test can cause a false positive, he even obtained for me written statements from the manufacturers explaining this. it was such a relief to know (or so i thought) that i could now tell dyfs why it was positive. . . take another test which the lab could now factor the augmentin into the equation, see that i was not lying and return my heartbroken boys who had never been away from mommy before.it was a dream come true. . .turned nightmare! not even 5 minutes after hanging up the phone with the dyfs worker with my good news, she called me back and said "OUR toxicologist said that wouldn't do it. chances are too slim"and got off the phone. i was told by the NJ courts and the drug evaluator at dyfs that a test only comes up as a POSITIVE for COCAINE from one thing. . . .using COCAINE! i find this funny because NJ courts have the NJ DRUG COURT program< and they have an entire list of NO-NO's that can make a person come up POSITIVE for COCAINE! i have no record because i have NEVER been in trouble. i have never even had a speeding ticket yet 10 months later and no boys. i have seen them a total of about 30 times 2 hours ea. please help. to dyfs, my children are a case. . . .to me, they are my life.REPORT COMMENTS

The gov/state needs to regulate the corruption of dyfs. I have experienced the dyfs lies, false reports, threats, harassment. Why do you think they come in pairs? Because one will lie and make false reports and the other will testify to it in court! Why? Because the more children they take away from parents the higher up in rank they move within the corrupted organization. This is as of now happening to my daughter. Jan 27,2012 her 4 boys were taken from her on false allegations. And her DYFS worker did admit in court that she is using the TIME-PAST. The next court fact finding is July 31, 2012 but it seems that DYFS can't come up with any facts of the allegations that the boys were taken for. They try to say that the house was dirty, which we were just starting because we had just gotten back from doing laundry, the boys smelled, were dirty, which they were because we took them to the park while the clothes were getting done. But they did not want to hear it, so they called the police, they took the boys and my daughter and I were sent to Crisis which she was released and I was admited because I was in Atiral Fibulation Flutter (afib). The boys are with my brother and his wife, she only sees them twice a week at their home, which the judge stated liberal and reasonable visits but DYFS told my sister in law just twice a week and my daughter has to be supervised. My daughter did not abuse or neglect these boys.REPORT COMMENTS

Yes dyfs sucks and it needs to stop, my Ex called them because he was mad cause I broke up with him told them my kids weren't in school which they aren't they are homeschooled I proved they are being homeschooled but dyfs said they still newest to be registered in a public school, I called the board of education to find out what paperwork was needed and was told I'm not required by law to register homeschooled children in a public school I told the cw but yet my case is still open because I believe that proving the cw wrong ****ed her off and the case shouldn't be open but 3 months later the case is still open.
