NJ DYFS has it own Jerry Sandusky and they are allowing him to hide behind anonymity and immunity. They lie, harass and intimidate close families that try to do a good thing by trying to take a child out of the system but they lie to take their child and put them into the system! All while 2 year olds are being beheaded and 6 yr olds being killed in Camden!! Call the Federal Monitor and you get NO where!! They don't help, Trenton ignores complaints and child advocacy, they are also a joke. We are supposed to live in a Democracy that says innocent until proven guilty. Not according to NJ DYFS they are above the law and you are automatically guilty until proven innocent!! They are helping no one!!! They ARE creating more problems!!! I believe that DYFS is trying their best to keep my son from getting his 7 children...They were not living with him at the time of removal from their mother.HE has no allegations against him & currently has custody of his autistic son. The other 6 are in foster homes.Seems foster parents can say anything they want to the children about the family but DYFS monitors all visits with teh children & tell us waht we can & can not say to them. They can change their name all they want not going to change their actions or in most cases inaction or mistakes!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Dyfs Needs some serious overhaul. My Grandkids were taken because the mom and dad got in an arguement. My daughter requested her kids be placed with me. DYFS has made excuse after excuse why I am not qualified to take care of them. The lastest is I have 10 unsubstatiated calls against me in the 80's and 90's. They told the judge they need to review them. That was a month and a half ago. I have no dyfs history , no criminal record, not even points on my drivers license. And the Judge allows them to play games. Its all a conspiracy, Child Advocacy is another sham, they work with and listen to dyfs. Serious change is needed now. These people have too much power, and they are not educated enough to hold that much power. And Judges really need to wake up, and put dyfs in thier place when they dont comply with court orders. Someone needs to do something about dyfs. They came to my house and removed my son because some no good hitch that worked at a convenience store called police. She claimed my husband punched my son in the face as I watched. They came to my house and lied that they had a court order when they DID NOT!! They rely on you being too emotional to think straight. Usually when someone comes to your door and tells you they are taking your child who wouldn't get scared. When I went to court the duds investigator purgered himself on the stamen. He lied about telling me he had court order. He lied and said that he saw track marks all up and down my arms. My lawyer asked him to point these out but the judge didn't want to invade my space. Gee thanks. You take my child and call me a junkie but you doblnt want to invade my space. They are trying to charge me with neglect and my husband with abuse. They wouldn't even let my parents see my son or speak to him on the phone. They make ridiculous claims that they just are probably trained to say. The founders of this country would roll over in their graves if they knew what d.y.f.s. gets away wig. What ever happened to our constitutional rights. My husband an I are damn good parents. I love my son more than anything in this world. He is NOT abused. Our lives have been turned upside down. Our savings gone because we had to hire lawyers. Our son gone! MYy heart is dtorn to pieces and I feel so powerless to do anything about it. My son was questioned and they wouldn't even allow a lawyer eleemosynary hired to listen to the questions. I want to believe America is better than this. I feel worried for anyone innocent who gets mixed up with d.y.f.s. because you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. I want to start an organization for people caught up in this mess to turn to. Whoever wants to help please email sykora39@msn.com. we need to stick together in t his or nothing will ever Change! DYFUS and the so court Family Court has caused total chaos in my house hold. My ex husband who is using his money and hatred of my making him pay child support and taking out on me by using the courts and our children. My ex husband choked our 6yr old daughter and she went to school and wrote in her diary. My ex then turned the story around on me by telling DYFUS a lie to deflect off of him and they have been doing in house counseling with me as though I did something wrong based on his fabrications. The have stated in writing that there is no abuse or neglect but the remain constant in our lives. The case workers themselves even stated that there is no reason for our case to remain active.REPORT COMMENTS

DYFS should not be able to open any cases on anonymous phone calls, nor should they continually to harass parents who are NOT doing anything wrong. They should not be able to open a case until they have hard proof, just a word from someone is not enough. They lie and try to make you say things to use against you. It is very frustrating. DYFS needs an overhaul and needs to stop and work with people as oppose to abusing the system. They need to take classes, schooling etc. They are not trained to do what they do. They send out people who have no clue about real life or raising children. They are not there to help you, they are there to judge you and to use things against you. They come for one reason but look to add to that reason. Things need to change! They destroy lives and cause undue stress where there wasn't any before. You should be able to go after the person who made the claim against you without any proof. It is not fair that they get away with damaging lives for just their sick twisted game.REPORT COMMENTS

My Bestfriend moved there with who she thought was going to her husband.. This was a trap for him to get custody of their illigitamate child. She has no friends or family there and already has 5 children 4 of which are minors. Now she is homeless and DYFS took her 4 children from her put them in foster care because her eldest jumped on her and she fought back the neighbor and boyfriend called police and now they have taken all of her children all but the one that is fathered by the boyfriend. She needs help to get her children back to Ky with family but DYFS will not expidit the case.REPORT COMMENTS

You cannot trust DYFS, when they are the children enemies. They don.t have a clue as to how a child should be raised. Over 50% of these children haf AFS (Alcohol Fetal Syndrome) and 25% have (ADHD). DYFS believes what the mother of the children, but not the truth of the grandmother who has raised them from birth. DYFS does not have hands on experience other people children, they don't even have hand on expertise. I have witness a worker leaving her son in her car in a dangerous neighborhood,They lie to the children, and the foster parent and if you disagree with DYFS they will pull the child out of the foster parent house, so that they don't have to deal with the TRUTH!!! They make promises to the (18 year olds) about independent living, expecially those young adults that want to go to college. They will allow the young adults to fill out the forms, but the workers do not send them to Trenton. Just approximately 6 weeks ago a very new worker came to my house to close the case on my 23 year old grandson, Now I hear they have close my daughter's case complete. Dyfs, set me up for WELFARE FRAUD!! DYFS, gave them fraudulent information and Welfare did not notify of the court date.REPORT COMMENTS

i dont like or trust dyfs they have my case open for 2 years for no reason because of a missed dentist appt. they been saying for 6 months now they closing my case but keep making more stuff up like we need to get the kids school records we need there doctor reports , dentist reports they have all that stuff already and if they do one more back round check on me im scream they didnt find nothing the first time they just looking for stuff to throw at you im ready to take them to court im tired of them leave me and my kids alone..
