DYFS is an incredibly sexist organization filled with incompetent, arrogant, unintelligent thugs for the most part. My ex who is off her rocker, has filed many charges against me, which are ridiculously false. SHe only hurts the children in the process though her goal is to make me miserable. DYFS gives her free rein to trample me and I am "guilty until proven innocent"...She makes it hard for the people who really have legitiamte claims.REPORT COMMENTS

Enough is enough! The laws holds us responsible for not protecting our children; as they should. However, when we report to the "proper" authorities, "DYFS", "DYFS Judges, lawyers", truth of child abuse and neglect we are ignored. In the past my ex-husband beat me with his hands, after his first six-pack of beer. Now, because he cannot reach me physically he calls DYFS(CPS). Three years I have been warning via, emails, phone calls, etc.......... DYFS; "please stop him, he drinks with my baby". They ignored all of my warnings and his FIVE DWI's and TWO drug suspenssion's. November 11, 2011 my ex-husband was arrestesd with my THREE year old baby in the car. My baby is damaged for the rest of his life. DYFS did not notify me for three day's and when they did contact me I was told I have to come in for alcohol and drug evaluation because THREE years prior I choose to receive treatment on recovery for myself. Once again my husband is allowed to beat me with his wrongfull actions. We have to end this abusive behavior now! Or? is the government making to much money on abusing people from lower class to middle class.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps(Dyfs) needs to be stopped. My wife and I are being harrased non stop, we have two premature twins, at birth 1 of those twins tested positive for thc. My wife and I do not do any type of drug, we gave hair and urineboth of which came back negative, they are insinuating that we are drug addicts, we have no criminal records both hold good paying jobs pay our bills, do everything by the book, Dyfs said they would drop the case with negative hair test. They haven't they are stretching it out they want my wife to go to numerous narcotic evaluations, which takes bonding time away, more importantly she breastfeeds every 2hours, gave more negative drug tests. They want me to sign a letter of guilt saying my wife is a drug addict, and if I don't sign were guilty. Our babies were in the nicu for 84 days with no drug induced reactions just healthy premature babies, the hospital said they could not release the babies to us without a release from Dyfs. They were holding our kids without a court order. We have been looked at looked down upon during every visit to the nicu harrased by Dyfs for 3 months falsely accused, mentally abused. Stressed and inconvenienced much much more . Where are our rightsREPORT COMMENTS

its happening to us now and I was in a severe mental state when the guy who took our kids made me sign a paper accusing us of abuse. I don't know or remember what I signed. I didn't ever see a copy nor did my husband. I got proper mental help, 3 psych evaluations, a drug eval, 4 drug tests, and still they keep adding things on. please helpREPORT COMMENTS
