I'm a Marine Veteran and I never knew the GI Bill expired. I had used some of my GI bill for a few years and then got a job in Law Enforcement. I'm currently still working in Law enforcement ( for 10 years now) and now wanted to go to college to change careers and found out my GI bill has expired.REPORT COMMENTS

I had 9 months left on my original GI bill and it expired. I applied for the vrap program and that also expired; also with 9 months of benefits available. I did not finish my school training since without my gi or vrap was unable to afford school and now I am stuck with school loans and without the degree I liked to have finished to be able to provide a better future and financial prosperity my family deserves.REPORT COMMENTS
