Someone a few posts ago mentioned air conditioner. Yep they can get into air vents and air cobditioner and blow around you betcha. I have fought the good fight for four years or so and like many I am tiring. I dont believe in giving up but at some point after sleeping in different parking lots because you cant lay down in the same space or your apt either..it gets riduculous. Ive like many spent everything and my life has come apart at the seams. I do not believe the Creator holds suocide against you if you really are in a no win devastating disease situation. America thinks parasites are more a 3rd world problem and dont train doctors to take them too seriously. Bought a leaf blower. It wasnt strong enough to dry them out. Whats next? I feel a good strong air blast could do it but I mean industrial strength! Also rotenone and not a silly little 1 or 5 percent. We need something no joke hard core beyond permithrin and tea tree oil. Of course rotenone illegal in U.S. i feel blocked at every turn. Ive tried Ivermectin selemectin ambezole coconut oil clove oil oil of oregeno MMS miracle solution bleach borax hydrogen peroxide like 5 different zappers enzymes galore salt 91% alcohol ultra expensive rose mite treatments tempo avid floradex UV light bonide dead bug brew spinosad vaseline kerosene citronella used motor oil malathion terramin clay castor oil liquid nitrogen windex lice gel aloe sulfur ozonator benzyl benzoate like 5 different homeopathic remedies catnip arrid xtra dry formalin baking soda diatomaceous earth alfalfa zinc delacet dimethicone praziquantel turpentine coal tar mustard powder neem colloidal silver cetaphil one percent lindane everclear tobacco juice volcanic ash dawn dish soap lodoform chloroform copal resin permithrin 37%!!!! Same story doctors are helpless. Like many i see an eidemic coming. Of course mites can cross species lines flesh is flesh. Doctors are not up to date. For everyone else out there going through hell you are not alone.REPORT COMMENTS

I just wrote but forgot to put, if you do see them as salt and pepper, people have left the invested place and it's contents (very hard to do) and gotten free of these. They stayed at different places, making sure they were clean, before settling into one place. I know that doesn't seem like a solution, but if you have been dealing with these monsters, it isn't that crazy.REPORT COMMENTS

The red mite (type of bird mite) and the rat mite don't live on the host their entire life. You can probably see them as salt and pepper, they lay eggs in your environment. The Northern Fowl mite lives on the host it's entire life cycle, bad news, leave the invested area, they come with you. Some people have gotten rid of them by putting oil on their body pressing firmly, waiting an hour than scraping with something all over their entire body to get eggs off them (make sure you dispose of those eggs carefully). This is a horrific affliction, keep hope alive. If you get over these, do not go back to a place where you got them or open something that might have them. Without a host, they can hibernate for years, maybe even forever. Don't chance it. Wonder if we can get a class action suite against the CDC for ignoring this affliction, I know somehow the people that are being affected need to have a voice.REPORT COMMENTS

Lived in my aunt's apartment when she moved away. Pigeon nest above roommates room. Started getting itching, intense crawling, sensations all over body. Contacted pest control. He took a sample using masking tape against the interior wall below where the Pigeons nest. Calls me back 2 days later to notify me that it is bird mites. Leave the apartment, lose everything, after 2 months of bathing twice a day, trying every remedy, living on the floor of my grandmother's home, washing linens/sleeping bags/clothes (threw out all clothes, purchased 3 pairs of sweatpants, 3 shirts, 2 sweatshirts, 2 pairs of flip flops), the sensation eventually subsided. Life went back to normal, I barely made it. 4 years later, my aunt invites me over to her apartment, the very same apartment I contracted the bird mites, before. I stop by, not even considering the fact that the mites were still there after so many years, and my aunt has been able to live there incident free for 3 of those years. Stay for an hour or so, enjoy some tea, she offers me a flat screen tv she doesn't use which i accept, and say my goodbyes. The nightmare has returned. I assume they were either in the wall-mounted tv, or just attached themselves to me, again. Got rid of the television. Purchased all the usual recommended remedies: 20 Mule Borax, Lysol, Bounce dryer sheets, Tea Tree Oil, apple cider vinegar, peppermint oil, menthol crystals. Nothing keeps them from crawling on me at night. I've slept maybe 5 hours in the past 3 days. I don't think I can make it through this time around. I cannot afford to lose everything. The mites are in my car, now. Thoughts of suicide are becoming more and more frequent with every passing night. It's just too much to go through, again. Species: Bird Mite, Dermanyssus gallinae. Symptoms: Intense crawling sensation throughout body. Occasional biting sensation, but no marks. Visibility: I have yet to actually spot an active mite, however I have stored lint rolled samples of my skin in the freezer, and looking to locate a lab that would allow me to use a microscope. Please, help me...REPORT COMMENTS

I have worked construction for years, been exposed to dead animals, awful debris and also love camping and pets. I know what fleas, mites, ticks, scabies, eczema, etc. are. I am mentally sound. I thought at first it was lice, then perhaps body lice, then maybe bed bugs, then maybe zoonotic mites, chiggers, cheteyllia mite, bristle beetles or carpet beetles or fungus or mange or leptospirosis from working in raw sewage. Maybe bird mites or rat mites or a mite from a dead fox... I also found dead birds. It is too infuriating how dismissive professionals are. The CDC decided people are all delusional or allergicSuddenly half the world has gone bat******crazy? (oh yeah, my cat caught a bat also). Ate something bad or drank bad water or God knows. Suddenly I have "allergies". I have seen the pests who seem to roll up in fibers, hair, laundry. Hot water does not kill. Dryer does not kill. Cleaning and sprinkling with baking soda, borax, apple cider vinegar, bleach helped plus a no sugar no coffee no alcohol no starch diet, add acv and lime juice-- those helped. If it were not a communicable issue then why did I seem to conquer it and be "allergy free/lint free/bite free" only to open up a SEALED (for 5 months) bag of clothes and now it begins again with the lint, the sandy feeling on scalp, the itchy, the crawling on hands, feet, shoulder, face, ears. Eyes, nose, mouth. I had sudden abdominal pain, vomitted, fever, then gone. Same as before. I treated self with lice treatment and my sinuses opened and ears opened. Something is going on and it is total ******** no one is being treated like they are for real. I have read thousands of medical journals, thousands of posts all over the net from all over the world. Some think springtails, others bird or rat mites, others "Morgellans". There may be a few mental people out there but this is preposterous. ALL OVER the WORLD! I saw a couple tiny maybe 1/16" things in sundress I put on out of storage when it got wet-- caught one on tape but they move FAST! I can't talk to any one because all professionals dismiss it and tell you see a shrink. Something is going on and whoever is responsible for continuing to brush this crap under a rug needs their*****kicked. I will beat it again and in the mean time you better hope all these people affected don't frequent any place you do. It is most certainly some sort of near microscopic ailment. When at most severe, eyes turned yellow, shaking like convulsions or some minor seizure. Drank a lot of pickle juice and a few months of CoQ10 and L Lysine plus normal vitamins. Weaned off every medicine prescribed and otc--nothing that created any withdrawal signs so don't even go there! It all cleared up (I also used coconut shampoo and conditioner, coconut lotion with eucalyptus and camphor oil added and lavendar sachets and Noxema around hairline, ears, face. All better in 30 days of doing it all and cleaning everything and no allergy symptoms with NO allergy meds! Ahh-- then BOOMREPORT COMMENTS

I am convinced that I moved into an apartment filled with these insatiable biters. They make patterns on my walls, floors, and skin leaving the most horrid sores that don't heal. I can barely see them near baseboards and corner walls of bathroom and kitchen. they seem to come out of the vents down the walls into the carpet making a b-line to me at night and return to hide when its light. I am convinced they can pierce through anything - walls, furniture, carpet a certain depth. In me deep enough to bruise. They seem to have a smart travelling system where one is dependent on another, they seem to function as a whole. I do think Epsom salt baths are helpful and may be truly helpful if you could rid the exterior environment of them also. Perhaps they occur as the combing environmental factors of mold spores hitching a ride with any or multiple types of mites. They take so much from those who they invade, when they exit they must be different than as they began. I suggest that they are an evolving mutation that has been allowed to get so dynamic. I pray to YHWH for relief from this terrible exposure. I know it is weird to say but I almost can hear a high-pitch squeal that I associate with them as the a/c comes on at night. I have lived in the "afflicted apartment" for seven months and always felt something was off. I have known the misery for one month. I am quite frightened.REPORT COMMENTS

News: The head of medical research at a university, is not replying to my request for help. Although he did say, 2 weeks ago, he would talk with his staff. I sent him another email Monday. So, what else is new from the Ivy Tower Crowd? Smug, Indifference is par for the course. Nevertheless, to show you how stupid our medical system is, you need to know what a Smart Medical System looks like. A Smart Medical System has a National Research Center that has local, 24 hour Hospital Clinics, staffed by Scientists, who have worldwide connections and treat everything. This means that when you go to a Hospital Clinic for help, these Scientists examine you from top to toe with the latest technology, which includes microscopes. Also, these Scientists keep a record of all symptoms on a National Data Base, which is monitored by Scientists. When these Scientists see a large number of people, asking for help, they research the problem, immediately. Now, compare this Smart System with our Stupid System. Patient goes to doctor and says, ?Doc, I am being bitten by microscopic mites. Can you help me?? Doctor says, ?I don?t see anything. I don?t have a microscope to examine you. I don?t know where to send you. Our county, state, federal health departments, and our major medical clinics don?t treat for mites. I?m not a psychiatrist, but you?re psychotic. You need to a Psychiatrist who will charge you $250/ hour. My charge for today is $170. Doctor, ?Got any more questions?? Patient, ?Yeah, Doc, Are we in America or a Banana Republic??REPORT COMMENTS

2008: major ceiling collapse, the size of the standard bath tub underneath with over 3 weeks exposure to an attic crawl space, infested with pigeons, rodents, it rained for 3 weeks non stop as much into my apartment as it did on the outside, it was an El Niño year, encountered shoddy treatment of city inspector and building managers. 1. I was exposed to asbestos, lead in this older building with the severity of the structural damage 2. Severe sustained water damage in a pre-existing moldy apartment, later to discover an outwardly gleaming vintage stove/range to be full of sewage or pigeon poop as the huge pipe was connected into the attic. 3. About 2 weeks after the ceiling collapse I did notice an onslaught of these tiny but many filth type flies/spider like in the center with string like extensions, in bright light appear hollow with tiny bubbles, wherever I went they stuck with me, car, work, internal terror, every body cavity, skin, scalp, eyes, nose. Immediate environment of personal belongings , living space. 3. After attacking with endless expensive fogger, gadgets, co2 tanks, air purifiers, ozone generators, de humidifiers etc, personal remedies to keep them out of me, multiple moving to new apartments, tossing of fine furniture and wardrobe, finally dawned on me, it is a futile attempt to keep or get them out, they live, breed feed of me and I could live naked in a steel cell and I woul still harbor these things until the final end of cremation. 5. In addition of deteriorating health including advance stage cancer, (with a robust baseline health before the dooms day apartment, marathon runs 8 in two years, happy, ) I am ruined financially, socially and otherwise. Who could I ask to observe these things that are actually quite visible to the trained eye since they rise upwards and in bright light structurally identified. These things move quick and are super reactive, they chase food in the mouth as well as waste in the bladder and bowel, they settled in the hair follicles. I am or was a super busy and astute RN and wonder how I kept face for so long in public and others. Now I am a total goner, no help no hope. I am looking at my skin, waxy or calloused build up, so is the surrounding. These things do not cause high level of morbidity just a slow degradation or decomposing effect long term.REPORT COMMENTS

My wife has suffered with this unexplained dermopathy for over 2 years. It's life altering qualities have impacted our lives dramatically. She is unable to work as an RN due to her symptoms which include : 1) red lesions that won't heal 2) Intense itching at times 3) Intense pain, 4) Visible parasites, 5) Debilitating fatigue at times. 6) Devastating scars to most of body. Although these parasites are visible to the human eye without magnification and specimens obtained by the Dr. no results were reported back to us. The Dr office obtained a specimen which was highly questionable for cancer. A second biopsy was destroyed by the Dr. This was supposed to have been sent for analysis. Financially speaking with the loss of income we are struggling as I'm sure are many others. Who wants to employ someone with sores covering the body?? A few people are getting better by use of homeopathy. Why can't the medical field get on board as well? I am in hopes that we can treat these people with the respect and dignity that's deserved instead of labeling them as psychotic. My wife and I are certain this is a parasite in her case. We have seen hundreds of them over the course of two years. I thank you for your time. Sincerely, Bill SteeleREPORT COMMENTS

We know it?s BACKWARD because no one uses our latest technology and examines people, such as, a microscope We know it?s DISCONNECTED because when the doctor says he don?t know what to do, you walk out the door and go ?Doctor Shopping? because no one knows what to do or where to send you Not the doctor Not the county Not the state Not the federal department of health No one is connected to anything. We know it?s DESPERATE because it forces people to use Alternative Medicine. This is dangerous, expensive, and it doesn?t work. If it did, doctors would be using it. We know it?s EXPENSIVE because Brain Tumor Surgery can cost anywhere from $50,000 to $150,000. Now, you know why doctors live in expensive homesREPORT COMMENTS

When our foremost medical clinic rejects a man who told them he was being bitten by microscopic Mites. The clinic, after conferring with doctors and supervisors, told him that the clinic didn?t treat Mites and hung up. She didn?t say, Goodbye. She just hung up, like she was talking to a man who was delusional. Since when do we only need help, 8 to 5, Monday thru Friday? Even worse, when you do talk to them, they don?t know anyone who can help you. If it weren?t so tragic, this last story would be outright funny, A man called the National Smithsonian Institute and asked about Mites. The Smithsonian referred him to the CDC. The CDC referred him to a university entomologist. The entomologist sent him a paper on Delusions of Parasitosis. In other words, the famous university entomologist was calling the man a nut job.
