JOIN FREE: Federal Class Action for U.S. Child Custody Victims - Friends, I just joined CAPRA as one of the lead plaintiffs in an upcoming landmark federal class action lawsuit against all 50 States and the Federal Government, because I qualify as: (1) a biological parent whose child custody was unconstitutionally removed without due process; and, (2) I have been directly impacted by that during the last four years, i.e., within the statute of limitations. This class action is on behalf of *both* types of "family court" -- for wrongful victims of divorce-and-similar-with-kids *and* for wrongful victims of child protection services -- and includes suing on behalf of ANY parent affected by either "family court" type. It's totally free to join, and the federal court relief being demanded includes the full restoral of my child custody rights under law, plus a nice share of the large amount in civil damages expected. Check it out! It just requires entering someone's referral Code to join, so PLEASE use mine - 42085JL619 - in the CAPRA registration form, located on the bottom of the homepage at http://parentalrightsclassaction.com Plus, check out their power-packed Legal Tips page for all parents fighting family court, too -- Wow!! Thanks!!

Someone from Baltimore, MD writes: Of the dozens of complaints, there is one glaring omission: birth control. Never has there been more kinds of contraception available as there is today. I see men complaining here, offering anecdotal remarks about their child's mother "doing nothing" all day and collecting checks, while they (the fathets) work hard and have to give X amount of money in child support. Unless you are with/observe the mother 24/7, though, how do you know she is doing nothing? I wonder, who then is doing (what feels like never-ending) the laundry? Buying groceries, taking the child to doctors appointments? Helping with any homework? Caring for the child when he/she is sick? Getting little sleep when the child starts cutting teeth? Taking them to/from the bus stop or to school 5 days a week? Is the father around at ALL helping to do all the aforementioned for the child(ren) THEY helped create? As for complaints about being poor after they pay child support--assuming they actually DO pay, and pay EVERY month, no sympathy here. YOU chose not to use a condom, far cheaper than 18 years of child support payments, don't you think? Yes, the mother is not blameless by any means. But her refusal, for instance, to use some form of birth control doesn't mean you act just as irresponsibly. Condoms cost less than a 6- or 12-pack of beer. Our courts are still unforgivably slow in going after deadbeat fathers who won't or don't pony up support until legally forced to. And l don't think it should matter if the mother marries another man, one who makes really good mother. Or even if the mother is unmarried but actually does work and earns good money. The father should still have to pay child support because the father is JUST AS RESPONSIBLE for supporting the life it helped create. Condoms are ridiculously inexpensive compared with 18 years of child support payments. Maybe you should have thought of that before having unprotected sex. You play, you pay. Period. You have two choices: never have unprotected sex with any female, no matter if she is or says she's on birth control. Suit up (if only to protect against STD, AIDS/HIV). Or abstain. Those are your two choices. If you choose to do neither, that is YOUR fault. Not the mother's, not society's. So put your big boy pants on, stop whining it isn't fair, and pay YOUR half for the human being that YOU helped create. The person who wrote this has no idea what he or she is even really talking about, and also you have no understanding of what is actually going on. YOU ARE VERY IGNORANT to the actual facts!!!

I am a loving and dedicated Father of two beautiful, healthy, intelligent, and sensitive five year old girls whose mother I am no longer with. I am also the father of their older sister, who is also healthy and happy. She is nine. I pay child support to my first daughter's Mom, even though she earns more money than I do. She is a highly effective, intelligent, well organized woman, and although our marriage didn't work, I have a great deal of respect for her as our daughter's Parent. The Mother of my twins by contrast is one of the most resistant and petty people I have ever known. She refuses to find work, and lives off a series of benefactors she has lined up. I prayed for the lives of each of my children before they were conceived, and no man is more blessed than me to be a father. My children's Mom's prayed right along with me. I am utterly confused as to why I am being required to pay child support that I cannot afford to the mom of my twins. They are in my home half the time, and I am willing to have them here more often. I do want them to have a relationship with their mother. In the posts I read of people's opinions about child support, it seems that whatever people's perspective is, the shared sentiment is that the support of the children is a shared responsibility. Why am I supporting a mother who refuses to support herself and our children? The financial burden to me is excruciating.

This laws are nothing more blackmail . If you don't have large amount of expendable monies you are fever the host of a parasite . Thank you for enslaving me to system of unconstitional taxes. Women have the freedom to do whatever they want and men get pay for everthing.when my children need help I'm there for them the mother just says it's your father's responsiblity. I say no one gets anything. Step up and stop using the child as a means to your own selfish desires. All any party in this process wants is money. Attorney court des ex spouse federal state County none of them give damn about the child. I say get out of everyone's personal life. if a child is left on firehouse no questions are ask. The system is full of coruption so get out of family life.

Another joke post from a lady from Baltimore MD. With equal rights should come equal responsibility. A lady has several options too: abortion, adoption and leaving kid at a fire rescue place. And there are no legal penalties for popping out kids like a baby mill. If a lady can decide not to want a kid. THE MAN SHOULD ALSO HAVE AN OPT OUT (no cash payout) JUST LIKE A LADY. We know its all about the money whether you ladies admit it or not. Not about the kids, ITS MONEY for you and this sexist court system. If kids were not bags of money to ladies, you would see less of them To stop ladies from birthing kids for cash 1. 50/50 custody and no money changing hands and alternate custody every 30 days. 2. to prevent baby mill ladies from attempting to use kids for cash, a man should have an option not to pay/raise if the lady wants to keep the kid. only ladies have an opt out with no cash penalty in 2016 That post from Baltimore MD was silly. Someone who wants to have their cake and eat it too. Someone who only wants a free ride and minimal financial responsibility . If you dont need a man like so many lady say, then you should not need/want his finances Baltimore MD you are a true contradiction

I'm 64Yrs old. My youngest child is 31Yrs old. I have 11 Grandkids and two Great Grand kids. My kids did NOT go to college. WHY in the hell is child support STILL taking OVER half of my income??!! All the mother did was sit on her*****and DRINK ALL DAY!! Now that my kids are fully grown they KNOW what she has done because she was DRUNK almost every day when they got home from school. They will not even SPEAK to her. And they CAN'T believe they ever gave her child support because they used to see ME give her money all the time!! She neglected AND abused my kids.....they made ME pay her to do that!! I'm in the process of reporting her to the Mo. Attorney Generals Office. They take your money to the point that you CAN'T afford an attorney to defend yourself and let the woman do whatever she wants!!! THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS

She knew I didn't want a child I told her I'm only 20 and I can't make that type of commitment as young as I am, I can't bring a child into the world and not be established. I told her I didn't want to be with her I just can't, we have different goals. She had nothing better to do, she knew I was going into the Air Force. Later before I could advance to tech school I was kicked out. She had a baby out of pure spite . It wasn't my choice it was hers. Now this girl is on assistance playing games with my hard earned money. I work my*****off , I strive to grow and not be a low life like a vast majority of people my age. How is it right to let these women sit an collect a check, when only a small portion is going to the child. What ever happened to dreams, what ever happened to goals. I lost my future due to an error in my med record from when I was 8, an it wasn't even my fault or my doing. I turned around and worked as much as I could to build myself back up just to have a chance in this lifetime, to have a decent life. An now I'm just trying to survive, the child support support payments are so high prison is almost becoming worth it.

The laws are unfair to men. The courts do not hold the mothers accountable for their share in supporting the child. Yet the fathers are required by law to keep up their payments - no matter what - while the mothers of the children can sit back, take jobs for less money during their divorce to get more child support money and not be accountable for their support of the child thru emancipation. The courts do not verify that the custodial parent is also supporting the children. The laws need to be changed and each parent should be required to submit to the courts that they are BOTH supporting the child to the best of their ability. The child support payments should not be to pay for the custodial parent's full rent and vacations. The person receiving the child support should have to document what they are spending the child support money on.

My son's mother and I have Split shared custody with NO DESIGNATED GUARDIAN. We share nights equally (7 each in a 2 week period). She works a good paying state job and voluntarily went down to part time, also taking an hourly pay cut, about 6 months ago. This was done on purpose to lower her income. Now, I'm looking at having to hand her over $700.00 per month. My son and I will lose our home, my car, and after all is said and done, I will be left with less than $300 a month to pay for gas, food for us, and clothes for us. HOW IS THIS FAIR?!?

Child support is extremely sexually biased. I get it, there's dad's out there that don't take care of there kids, but don't punish everyone because of a stereotype. The mother should be required to work full time plain and simple, or give up custody and the support payments. The equation for figuring support is flawed, the mother shouldn't be E able to continue the lifestyle she was accustomed to just because the father makes more money. The mother is owed nothing, the child should be the only consideration. If the child didn't live there, she would still have rent, electric bills, phone bills, car payments and insurance, cable bills, etc. So why should the father be required to support her lifestyle because she chooses not to work and milk the system. Who's the real dead beat parent? Psychology studies have shown that a father's role in a child's development is far more crucial than a mothers, do why do we automatically give custody to the mother and than demonize the father. It's about time the system gets an overhaul. It's outdated and biased.
